Parents who are sending their boys to school are unaware of the latest threats in the schools their boys are facing. Unlike for girls, the society has not recognized even the existence of dignity and modesty of a boy. Teachers in school have started using a new tactics to punish boys in schools. Humiliate boys. How? Strip them. Yes, strip them. Make the boys stand naked in the school for other students to mock, humiliate and bully them. Could we even imagine the action our society will take if such punishment is meted out on girls? But we are so shameless and so insensitive that we don’t oppose such punishment on boys. How cruel could we get? We have no rights to call ourselves humans. Stripping boys in school in front of other students is worse than rape. Such teachers should be mutilated and sexually assaulted in public.

A female teacher made three 6-year-old boys stand naked in the school as a punishment. The teacher goes scot-free because she is a woman and the victims are boys, not girls.

A teacher forced a boy to strip in the classroom during examination because she felt he was copying. It was found he was innocent. Would she do the same to a girl? Why not? Why boys are targeted and raped like this? Would you keep quiet if a girl was stripped?

(Personally, if this sort of thing would ever happen to my son in the future ever, I would definitely punch the woman and break her face in two half and no surgeon in the world will be able to repair her face.)  

What is happening in our country? What is happening to the teachers? It is important to find out the thought process of these teachers who believe they can sexually abuse boys. Why have they become so inhuman toward boys? There has to be immense hatred for male gender for them to force the boys to strip. These boys are of the age of the teacher’s son, and so you can imagine the nasty despicable mentality these teachers are carrying toward boys of their son’s age. Besides, these days the teachers are concentrating on looking hot instead of teaching their students. Are parents feeling that their boys are safe in schools? Unfortunately, they are least concerned about it. Is it because the victim is not a girl? Is it because we are programmed not to react when a boy becomes a victim? We are so insensitive toward a boy child that we always snub them whenever they come up with their complaint. Mothers obviously won’t understand a boy’s psyche but why is the father hiding behind the curtains like a sissy? Is he waiting for the orders from his wife to protect his son? If he does not react because his wife is disinterested to know the trauma of his son then he better commit suicide before his son does. A boy will be better off without a father who cannot protect him. If parents don’t have the heart to care for their boy child, then it makes perfect sense to dump them in the gutter after birth instead of watching the teachers sexually abuse them in schools and still be quiet. For a boy to be sexually abused is as good as rape. He is getting raped by his teacher and in front of everybody. We just can’t imagine his suffering. Not even the mother will realize the suffering of her boy because nobody has taught her to respect the dignity and modesty of a man.     

We are brought up in such a hypocritical society that dignity and modesty belongs only to a girl even in the midst of raunchy and obscene music videos shown on television. We respect the dignity and modesty of a woman even when we see women proudly flaunting their butt-crack and cleavages. We respect the dignity and modesty of a woman even when we are forced to change the channel in the presence of both, senior citizens as well as a child, when a raunchy scene of a woman showing off her body is coming on the television. We see women wearing bra-less tight t-shirts showing off her cleavage. We see women wearing low-waist jeans showing off her panty and butt-crack. We see women flaunting their thighs. Women are openly and proudly violating their own dignity and modesty and we still want to respect the so-called dignity and modesty of these women. How pathetic!!! And here boys are forced to be naked, and still nobody wants to oppose it. Disgusting mentality! How can we be so hypocritical? A man’s dignity and modesty is never recognized and respected. Women objectified their own body and are blaming it on men, and now women are trying hard to objectify men to humiliate and mock them to flaunt their own sexual superiority over men. And spineless men are enjoying this sexual humiliation. We are turning into animals. First of all, dignity and modesty of a woman is not in a woman, it is in us, in men. And this sentiment toward a woman is being systematically exploited by women to torture men.

Actually in our hearts, we know what women are doing is wrong but we are too scared of opening our mouth. Speaking against women in India is considered as speaking against some religion. Such is our narrow-mind and ridiculous thinking. We are blinded by our own sentiments toward women and women are taking full advantage of it. And we call ourselves educated and civilized citizens. My foot!!! We know women should not be wearing such dirty clothes and we wonder how their parents can allow such dresses. Women have become so boisterous and brutally bold that most senior citizens avoid conversing or interacting with these women. However, we watch senior citizens ogling at hot women in some advertisements, which is derogatory to old men but nobody has the spine to oppose it. It’s really a strange phenomenon happening in our society. In the past, the society sincerely respected women but now they seem to just behave normally in order to hide their disrespect toward women to avoid any unpleasant situation. It’s plain disappointment toward women but nobody is willing to say it. They have lost all hopes from women. This could be one of the reasons why there is female foeticide. Women organizations are thinking that by introducing draconian gender-biased laws, women can be protected. The fact is that such laws are getting misused on a massive scale, men are suffering and so is his family member which also includes women, and because of which women’s status is deteriorating rapidly. Actually women’s status should deteriorate more rapidly and only then the society will understand the real meaning of gender equality.

It’s a shame that a boy is made to stand naked in the school and nobody has opposed it. Even the police are reluctant to register the case against the culprit. The media isn’t raising this issue as seriously as it should have. Would the police and media act so insensitively if a girl would have been a victim? They would have acted immediately against the culprit if a girl would have been a victim. What is the reason? The reason is because it’s a boy, not a girl. How inhuman we are? These heartless people deserve to be hanged. In the pretext of so-called women empowerment, we have lost the humanly feelings toward male gender. We feel nothing toward a male gender. We don’t care if a man is stripped naked, or raped or murdered or brutally beaten up or falsely convicted. We only care about ourselves. It is this mentality which is bringing us closer to destruction. A boy is sexually molested in schools, when he grows up he is exploited by his girlfriend, he gets married and lives with an abusive wife, he gets falsely accused of dowry harassment and pays huge alimony, and in the end he dies even before his parents. This is the life of new generation boys, thanks to our gross insensitivity. Yes, ours and specially yours.

Even the boys should be blamed. The society has always been anti-male. One boy has no respect toward the other boy. When a boy is made to stand naked, why his other male friends did not come forward to help him and support him? If this would have happened to a girl, her female friends would have come and supported her. In this country, men are expected to be hostile with other men and they are hostile with other men but we still hear the deception of feminists about so-called male-chauvinism. Do we really see any man supporting another man? No. But we always see a woman supporting another woman in all circumstances but we fail to call this female chauvinism. Being overly supportive to all women and insensitive to all men is discriminatory. This is our tendency but we never feel guilty.  

There is no brotherhood between men. If a boy tells his friends that his girlfriend slapped him, his friends will mock him and start laughing at him. If a girl tells her friend that his boyfriend slapped her, will her friends mock her and laugh at her? No. Because there is no sensitivity between boys. We have seen incidents in schools where one boy flicks his friend on his crotch to hurt him in fun. Have we seen a girl doing this to another girl? In fact, now girls are finding it interesting to flick on a boy’s crotch for fun and the boy is helpless because he can’t do anything back. Yes, some readers will find this amusing and this proves how inhuman men have become. For a second, place yourself in the position of a boy who is being sexually abused by girls. Most will enjoy the feeling because they are spineless and also most men are part-time unofficial gigolos who are anytime ready to get sexually used by women. Men don’t care about other men and we continue to hear about male chauvinism. We continue to see the unconditional support between women but we never call that female chauvinism. We make fun of other men to impress women. We hit the gymnasium to impress women. We drive the car fast to impress women. Whatever we do is all directed to impress women. Are women doing the same? Are women doing anything to impress men? Women just have to wear some revealing clothes and that’s it; men will go bonkers and will be ready to walk on their hands to grab her attention.

If we want to protect our son, young boys, then be sensitive toward them. Now it is high time we must teach our boys to respect his self and other boys. We must teach him to be more competitive especially with girls. We must teach him to fearlessly complain if somebody tries to violate his privacy, dignity and modesty. We must teach him to be sensitive toward his own feelings. We must teach him to respect his body. In schools, the condition of boys is fast deteriorating. Their educational performance is declining only because of excessive discrimination in schools. Teachers are going out of their sane ways to support girls unconditionally and punish boys without any reason. They are ill-treating boys and also encouraging girls to misbehave with boys. And these boys are gradually losing interests in studies which is why we are seeing girls scoring higher marks than boys. To add insult to injury, the Government is introducing sex education in schools. Parents are glad that their responsibility will be taken over by the teachers but they are only ruining the life of their children. A female teacher should never ever be allowed to teach sex education to boys. We are immature to understand the adverse effects of this on the boy’s mind seeing a female teaching them about sex. Moreover, the girls are bold enough to tease the boys in the class about their anatomy and boys will have to keep quiet in humiliation. And teachers will just look on and smile as if she is hoping to get an orgasm seeing the embarrassment of boys. And parents are heartless enough to ignore the complaints of their son. What a filthy country we are living in!!!!

Do we want our son to be brought up with the trauma inside him of being sexually abused by teachers and girls? You are not sensitive enough to understand the deadly consequences it will have on young boys. Parents must act responsibly and give all the love, affection and support to their boys. If you don’t have the heart to care for your son, then it’s better to kill the male foetus before you ruin his whole life.

Men - victims of domestic violence

Every married man is a victim of domestic violence. Since verbal abuse, emotional abuse and mental cruelty is a form of domestic violence, men can reasonably prove that each and every married man is a victim of domestic violence.

How often are we nagged by our wife? Almost every single day.

The nagging of your wife is so incredibly powerful that you will do anything to avoid being on the receiving end. You will begin to obey all her instructions only to protect yourself from her nagging. Her words go cracking down your spine leaving you frustrated, depressed and helpless. You feel that by crying your wife will calm down but you are wrong. She will get more angry and when she proves her point making you accept her wrong notions, she will cry in front of others complaining about you. This is a very old-fashioned tactic but it still works wonders for women. First harass the husband, and when she is successful in bring him down to his knees, she will complain about him to others with tears in her eyes. Is this what they call domestic violence on women? It’s a shame that the society believes the lies of these women. It is easy to laugh on these harassed husbands and many do laugh on them. People prefer to support abusive wives posing as a victim but they will not support genuinely harassed husbands.   

Husbands are not reluctant to say that they fear their wife, and the society, instead of sympathizing, make them a laughing stock. The society treats harassed husbands as those lots who are not man enough, who can’t control their wives, and who will be their wife’s slave. Society finds it funny. If a harassed husband complains, he will be ridiculed and humiliated for being a victim in the hands of his wife. If the husband says that he has to first ask her wife before taking a decision, the society will ridicule him for not able to take a decision on his own. And when he does take the decision on his own, the same society will insult him for harassing and disrespecting his wife. The society is also responsible for making the lives of harassed husbands more miserable. Here, in the house, the wife is taking all the decisions and giving the ultimatum to his husband to keep his mouth shut, and other women are complaining of not been treated equally in the house in decision making. What a deception!!!  

Husbands are not free in their own house. The wife will always be watchful what her husband is doing or planning to do. She will inquire about everything, absolutely everything - from using a new shaving cream to his female colleague’s dress. She will ask trick questions to trap the husband to make him say that he looked at another woman, and then the husband will be punished for a week by boycotting him in the house. He will be dragged in discussing issues that are useless and trivial, and if the husband expresses his dislike to discuss on such issues, then again the wife will make him feel guilty of neglecting her, which will continue for weeks. In every situation, the husband is made to feel that he is always wrong and the wife is always right. The moment the husband comes home from office, the wife is mentally ready to show him who is the real boss in the house. She will ask him about the day making him feel that he is in safe hands, and then bang, the wife strikes him with a vicious blow of her taunts, criticizing his this habits, that habits, this attitude and that attitude. He is tired from work and he is subjected to such mental cruelty every day.  

If the husband happens to say something that has irritated the wife then she will make sure that the husband knows that he is now going to get a rough treatment. She will bang kitchen utensils, break glasses, she will throw things to make noise and she will steal the television remote control, go into her room and shut the door. At times she will even physically assault her husband with a slap or a kick on his groin. The husband can easily fight back and send her to hospital but he endures all pain silently. The husband knows that he has to kneel down and apologize even when it was not his fault. After all, the society has taught him to compromise with his abusive wife in all circumstances. The husband has to adjust himself with the extreme behaviour of his wife, her tantrums, vicious taunts, silent treatment and boycotting. Such cruel treatment on the husband on a daily basis is indeed a severe form of domestic violence. But the society has accepted that domestic violence on husband is part and parcel of married life for all men. Even if a man complains, there are plenty of people pretending to be wiser in marriage, advising him to tolerate it silently. “Its all life, you got to accept it,” they would say. And when a woman complains to the society, these same people would say, “don’t tolerate, go and complain to the police station.” This double standard of the society cannot be forgiven.

The life of a man gets ruined because his wife has murdered his individuality. His wife has strangulated his freedom of speech. His wife has tortured his independence. His wife has subjected him to mental cruelty to such an extent that in the husband’s heart of heart, he just wishes to die as soon as possible. He works all day to earn for his family, he lives like a slave in his house, and hear news that all men are wife-beaters. Deception of feminists is spreading far and wide. Feminists have no words for husband-beaters. A wife humiliates his husband saying that he failed to sexually satisfy her and she wants to satisfy herself from outside men. The husband is emotionally shattered to hear that but he knows he can’t stop her nor can he complain. The wife enjoys her sex life with other men and the husband continues to helplessly sponsor the life of this husband-beater. And if the husband is too tired to have sex, the wife will humiliate him for days calling him impotent. Such emotional abuse is considered funny by the society.

The society has never accepted the reality about how much love is there in the heart of the father for his children. The father’s sacrifice for his children is never recognized. The children will grow up being brainwashed by the mother thinking that their father is useless, stupid and deserve to be beaten up by their mother. The wife will never allow the father to talk to their children alone because she does not want the children to support their father. The children often turn against their fathers on one command of the wife. And if the father has two or three daughters than he accepts that he must have committed a lot of sin in some past births. His whole existences in the house will be humiliated and tortured by females in the house. In many cases, the wife persuades the daughter to file a false rape case on the father to teach him a lesson. The father’s life is ruined and spends the rest of his life in jail just because his wife thought this is what her husband deserves.  

What if men realize that they do have a ‘choice’? Since women who are husband-beaters are also posing as victims of domestic violence, then why would a man not complain against his abusive wife?

Each and every married man is a victim of domestic violence. He is a victim of nagging, emotional abuse, blackmail, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and mental cruelty. Are men going to continue treating this torture as part and parcel of their married life or will they seek justice and equality? Amazingly, many people are encouraging these harassed husbands to speak up against this cruelty but they seem to be so scared of their wife that they would probably remain a harassed husband in the hands of their abusive wife till they die. For now, those abusive wives are enjoying themselves torturing their husbands and also posing as a victim for the society to think that all husbands are wife-beaters. Who could be a bigger liar than these women?

KBC insulted us all

Recently, in one of the episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati hosted by the energetic Shahrukh Khan made a shocking and gross comment hurting the sentiments of thousands of people. Perhaps the comment was not his own but whoever has composed the dialogues for him must issue a public apology. Such comment must not be tolerated.

The comment was: “Every man should respect his wife/girlfriend more than he
respects his mother/sister.”

India is the land of the mothers and so nobody should be given such malicious instructions to anybody to show disrespect or less respect to their mothers. Nobody has the rights to compare the role of a mother and a wife in one’s life. There could be many girlfriends and also many wives but there could be one and only one mother. It appears that such despicable instructions could only come from women’s groups like NCW who are only taking care of unscrupulous greedy wives and not bothered about the mothers who are arrested along with the innocent husband on a false dowry harassment complaint of these wives. Why these women groups want men to respect their mother less? Because they are anti-male and anti-family. The Government, for their vote-banks, wants to ruin men’s lives and support such misandrist feminists, and approve lopsided laws for women only to be misused by women and torture innocent men and his parents for money.  

Besides, not mentioning about the father itself proves the reason why 45% of the men committing suicide are married men. In this female dominated society, nobody seems to be giving any respect to fathers. People don’t realize that a woman becomes a mother because of the man who will become a father. It’s because of the father that the economy has grown so dramatically. It’s because of the father that the children grow up to be successful. Too bad that in this society people respects greedy women, women who wear skimpy clothes to seduce men and justify it as their so-called ‘rights’, women who blackmail their innocent husband to extract money misusing laws, women who have adulterous relationship with others and yet they are called victims, women who secretly sexually abuse their brothers/cousins and still be called victims.

Shame on KBC, Shame on the producers/directors of KBC and Shame on Shahrukh Khan for agreeing to give such a filthy comment on television. By becoming the mouthpiece of anti-family women groups, they have lost the supporters of KBC. KBC will go down after this.

Love & Sex

There are countless people who say that falling in true love with someone is a million times more beautiful than having sex.

The moment mature conversation begins leaving behind the unavoidable, essential and phony dating procedure, two people will commence their emotional tug-of-war each one subconsciously trying hard to love one own self more than the other.

Gone are the days when men were expected to be charmingly chivalrous to a modest neatly dressed woman. The dating rules have changed. Now, men are not expected to give counts of their achievements and accomplishments to skimpily dressed bold women. And women also need not have to wait for men to approach after which they used to wonder diverse dating techniques of creative and not-so-creative men. Now women ask, men answer, men ask, women will ask again. There is nothing to hide, nothing to be ashamed of and nothing to feel inhibited. The situation has changed so dramatically that if one wants to get rid of his/her date, he/she just has to mention that he/she loves him/her. The listener will just walk out of the relationship like mosquitoes flying away from repellants. Nowadays, falling in love is a dating repellant.

Men know they want women, women know men want them, but men don’t know what women want. Women want men to want them. Simple! And we see this all around us, everywhere. Many people still wonder, “What is between women and cosmetics?” An inseparable bond between the two, isn’t it? Let us not waste time in accepting the fact that men have to work a lot harder to attract women. He has to think really hard to come up with good one-liners, be creative to make her laugh, be witty to tease her, be intelligent to impress her and most important, have a large wallet. Whereas a woman just has to slid lipsticks on her lips, dab make-up powder on her face, sweep mascara over her eye-lashes, wear attractive clothes, and there you go, men will go gaga over her instantly. It is so easier for women, isn’t it? Or maybe men are making it easier for women.

Gone are the days when women used to sincerely appreciate and like chivalry, manners, and decency. Now women want bad boys. Women like boys who are careless about their outfit, shabby hair, battered jeans, slang, accent, swear words, dirty MMS, and a habit to squander money. Gone are the days when men used to sincerely appreciate and like decently and modestly dressed women, shy, nervous, charming and laconic. Now men want bad girls. Men like girls who are bold, boisterous with tattoos on her lower abdomen, ring on her navel, shabby unevenly coloured hair, low-waist jeans showing her undergarment, flaunting her curves, enjoys showing middle-finger, and talking dirty. And decent men and women are left only to act as a benchmark so that cool men and hot women can say they are not like decent men and women.

But all this is so accepting, enjoyable and fun before marriage. We all are enjoying our pre-marriage life so much that we not only enjoy flaunting our adventures to family oriented men and women after marriage, but we also sometimes have to avoid talking about our past escapades to prevent embarrassment. There sure must be a tonne of mystery of private sexual adventures behind all married men and women. A past in which everybody enjoyed being a spoilt brat, indulging in immature and objectionable sexual experiments, late-night phones, speeding cars, pornography, arousing dances, smoking, drinking and fighting. Some are so experienced from their past countless flings with men and women that they are totally helpless before their habit and continue their romancing with outsiders even after marriage. Satisfying one’s own sexual desires outside the marriage is not longer looked at as infidelity, cheating and betrayal to the other life partner.

We have observed that such spoilt brats who used to mock and ridicule decent men and women are now desperately searching for decent men and women for marriage. There is a vast difference between dating material and marriage material. In marriage, men want decent, homely, beautiful, modest, understanding, well-mannered, well-dressed, and intelligent having loads of family values. In marriage, women want decent, responsible, stinking rich, independent, preferably with a separate house, cars, pot-belly, bald, grey-hair is acceptable, and a good listener (meaning obedient). There is a strong tacit understanding between the two; they both know that sharing one’s past adventures will only create more discomfort between the two and so they both bury their own respective past memories and experience in their heart and act as if they are naive.    

As far as sex is concerned, both men and women have already enjoyed enough before marriage and so they usually don’t have superior expectations. However, in certain cases, if either one of them isn’t satisfied for direct or indirect reasons, he/she can easily find someone else as a temporary back-up. Extramarital affair, like pre-marital sex, is no longer unacceptable in the society. People are beginning to realize that it is really not that bad an idea to try relationships with no strings attached. One-night-stand is no more an uncommon incident in people’s lives. Private parties are organized for new-comers to join the tribe and cheer the strippers. Curiosity has led people to try forbidden sexual experiments within the family. Some people believe, ‘more the merrier’ even in sex with their life partner. Dirty games like swapping and grouping are played. People have gone to lengths that are just inconceivable in our kind of civilized society.

Some people will ask where is the ‘love’ in the present World? We see love everywhere. Look around and you will see love everywhere. Love for one’s own self. A love that drives people to do anything, absolutely anything. Love for one’s own self has killed love for others. Love for others is now floating through the minds of idealists, garnishing poetries, becoming mundane quotes on emails and sms, enhancing valentine cards, and a subject for writers to write fanatic love scripts. Imagine if people become honest in love. They would say, “I love myself a lot, would you like to love yourself with me?”

Fatherless Child

We all have grown up with tales of motherhood. A mother’s love epitomizes the true nature of love, a selfless love for her child. Will this selfless divine love remain unchanged? Let’s see.

In Thane, a 6-year old boy was branded with red hot tongs at several places on his body by his school tempo driver. How could a school tempo driver do such a barbaric act to a little child? What did the child do to provoke this man to take such a step? What was the real issue? And if at all this crazy tempo driver wanted to hurt this child, he could have simply slapped him. Why brand him with hot tongs all over his fragile body?

The truth will blow us all away. He confessed that he was instructed to do so by the child’s mother. Yes, mother. He said she wanted her ‘mischievous’ son to be taught a lesson. Taught a lesson??? Which child is not mischievous? Stopping a child to be mischievous by torturing him in this manner is barbarism. There is no way the tempo driver would have come up with his own idea of branding him with hot tongs. This sort of idea must have surely come from the child’s mother, who thinks a child should never be mischievous and if the child is, brand him with hot tongs.

The incident came to light as the boy has stopped going to school since the past two days. His aunt, who works as a peon in the same school, informed her husband who went to his sister’s home to find out what was wrong. He was appalled to see the burn marks on the little boy’s body. The boy, who was in a state of shock, narrated the incident to his uncle who took the matter up with former Thane mayor. The driver was caught and produced before the Naupada Police station. He confessed to branding the boy, but said he had been asked to do so by his mother.

How could a mother give such an instructions? And why to the tempo driver only? How could she instruct the tempo driver to brand hot tongs on her own child’s body? Such barbaric act of a mother could never be justified. Never.

When asked the elder sister of the boy, she shamelessly denied. She said that her mother had asked the tempo driver to just scold him as he used to keep nagging her for pocket money everyday. Is the mother incapable to scold him on her own? Why did she ask the tempo driver to do so? What the tempo driver got to do with their own family matters? And what is wrong in asking for pocket money for his daily expenses from his mother? This mother is a widow and so the boy has no one to call for help. What is wrong in asking pocket money from his mother? It is the duty of his mother to fulfill his wishes, and also act like a mother. Besides, if they didn’t ask the driver to brand him with hot tongs, why didn’t they confront the driver for torturing their child like this? What made them keep quiet after seeing such cruelty on the child? It is obvious that the instruction to brand the boy with hot tongs was in fact given to the tempo driver by the mother of the child, and apparently the elder sisters of the boy are not shocked and disturbed to see the burn marks.

The boy is living with two elder sisters and his mother. Where will this little boy go? His mother is giving instructions to others to brand him with hot tongs; his elder sister is denying and justifying such punishment. The little boy is alienated in his own house. What will be the effect of such a type of upbringing in his life? Will he recover from this trauma? Will he forget this incident? Will he be able to love his mother and sister after knowing that they instigated such a torture on him? He is left alone to heal his wounds? What a tragic life? Shame on such a mother and sister, and shame on our society. What has happened to the sensitivity of female gender that we always cherish? Is this sort of an incident expected in a family where a child is not supported by the father? A father would have never ever allowed the mother to take such a barbaric step against the child. Impossible!

With the increasing divorce cases, more and more children are brought up in single parenting system, which are then physically and/or sexually abused. Are these children safe? Are these children going to be having a normal and healthy life? Mother is an indispensable being in a child’s life, but father cannot be called dispensable. More and more cases of child abuse are seen in single parenting. Who is responsible? The mother or the society who believes that a child can live without a father?

How many such cases go unreported? Millions. Child sexual abuse is rampant in India. Girl child at least have some sort of social sympathy to encourage her to complain, but boys don’t have any social support; they get abused, keep quiet and suffer silently like this little 6-year old boy. We may not be directly involved in torturing these children but our inability and unwillingness to accept and support these little boys can’t be forgiven.

Education attacked by Feminists

The Indian Education system has been hijacked by radical feminists of the country that says, “Don’t educate children; educate girls.” This politically correct transformation is occurring right under the very nose of the society and people are presently unaware of its disastrous consequences. Why the academic performance of male students steadily deteriorating? These days, there is a pungent atmosphere of feminism in schools. Male students are receiving tacit messages from the feministic schooling that they are not wanted in the school, they will always be inferior to girls, they don’t deserve any respect, and they must accept their low self-esteem. Just because it is the male students that are suffering, it should not be taken seriously, right?

Increase in suicides amongst male students in Indian Institute of Technology represents the gravity of this dire situation. Male students are forced to taste male-hating women empowerment in television, movies, newspapers, magazines, and now they are in for a cruel treat of studying male-hating women empowerment ‘Gender Studies’ in their school curriculum, thanks to male-hating feminists Renuka Chaudhury, Minister of Women and Child Development.

Children are the future of our country. However, it is seemingly politically correct as far as vote-bank tactics is concerned to differentiate children into boys and girls. It is also financially viable for NGOs to give importance to only girl child education because of the society’s sentiments toward children. Government recently banned child labour. People need not be told that there are substantial number boys working as labourers than girls. People also need be told that these boys, who have the right to education, will continue to work in the most inhospitable environment to feed themselves and their poor parents. NGOs understand that it is not financially a wise decision to act for the welfare of these boys. It goes without saying that it is these poor boys who grow up to become AIDS victims and in some cases rapists. However, the Government is more interested in vote bank tactics and approves gender-biased laws of radical feminists; meanwhile the press media will make sure that the country understands that so-an-so city is not safe for women. Educating boys is an essential way to curb crime and AIDS. But, is it not advantageous for radical feminists to criminalize all male gender as rapists and wife-beaters? It is.

In US, the result of feministic education is that there is an unprecedented increase in boys dropping out of school. However, it is politically correct to ignore such phenomena, and the same applies in India, too. Adding Gender studies in education curriculum will only increase the gender gap in the society, and obviously it is only the boys who will suffer. Besides, it is a well-known and accepted fact that women are much more chauvinistic than men. Therefore, the tactics is to bring a woman in authority and the chauvinism will do the trick of demoting all men under the shelter of women empowerment, and that is what glass ceiling in corporate world is all about. If males would have been chauvinistic, Domestic Violence law would have never been passed in the current form. And women welcoming Domestic Violence law proves their chauvinism without even realizing that their brothers may one day be a victim of these gender-biased laws.

Instead of equal education for children, Press media, too, is joining hands with these male-hating feminists to divide children in boys and girls. Gender studies will, no doubt, prove to be disastrous for male students. Or perhaps this is exactly what these feminists intend to do. If there are no educated men, then obviously it is the women who will hold superior position everywhere with no competition from men. House-husband has already become a reality in foreign countries, and seemingly, feminists would like to see the same in India, too. But the only difference would be that the woman will invariably be called a victim. The picture is now getting clearer as to why there is so much emphasis on girl’s education instead of children’s education, and the purpose of inserting Gender studies in education. Unfortunately, there is enough apathy in the society toward male gender that such disaster will not be prevented. Or will it be?

Anti-male Indian Judiciary

If anyone in the World hears the way Indian Judiciary treats Indian men, their reaction would be a mixture of disbelief, shocking, amusing and pity. Why?

India has diverse and multi-faceted demographic, sociological and cultural dimensions. There is no scope of a dependable and reliable consensus in the country. Statistical information produced can never said to be prevalently consistent. The conflicting factors and misrepresentation of facts and figures are primary reason why statistical study on a particular issue cannot be considered a representation and depiction of reality. The result of all this is a conflicting data, social disorder, and judicial chaos. Unfortunately, most of the policy decision are been made on this faulty statistical reports.

Indian Penal Code, 1860, has been amended several times but it fails to accommodate the present realities of the country. The Government is not bothered to look into the Indian Penal Code’s inability to adapt to the current conditions, which is now becoming a source of social disorder. In India, women has been given the status of goddesses because of which, this male-dominated society has always be at the service of women. India is the land of the mothers and men are disposable mortals in the society whose only duty is to serve women. This duty and responsibility of men toward women has been addressed as oppression. The society is so generous and lenient toward women that they actually believed that it was oppression and not reverence. Feminists were very happy to see that the society accepted their falsehood.

Indian Penal Code only partially punishes the crime committed. Due to excessive reverence for women, several sections and sub-sections are designed in a way that gives unquestionable power to women to accuse anybody (always a male) and the police will not waste a moment in investigating the complaint to assess whether the complaint is genuine or false. No, so far, this unbelievable unjust has not been considered as violation of human rights of men. Women in India are respected so much that nobody will dare to demand evidence from her, instead the accused (always a male) will be considered guilty until proven innocent. No, nobody needs to worry about this dangerous situation unless you are a man. Don’t even think of saying that this does not seem to be a male-dominated society because nobody will believe it.

What is more amusing is that after believing the false claims of feminists (someone who tries to show that all women are victims and all men are criminals) as true, Indian Judiciary has finally proclaimed that there is no such thing as human rights of men and so more laws need to be enacted/amended in order to criminalize male-gender in the name of legal protection for women. Most men find it thrilling to read a horror fiction but they are very frightened to read Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Domestic Violence Law, and Sexual Harassment at workplace law. They should be. If they happen to read it some day, they would not believe that the society and the judiciary, by default, consider them born criminals.

Not only the Judiciary does not want to ascertain the possibility of misuse of laws at the time of enactment/amendment, they are also not interested in giving a thought to the increasing number of false cases from misuse of laws. When they don’t believe in human rights of men, it is obvious that a man’s suffering will not bother the judiciary at all. The increase in the number of false cases reflects in the statistics on crime against women, which then motivates feminists to demand more anti-male laws for women to misuse it. It is a vicious circle. Indian women are supported by the outdated culture of worshipping women through out the country with no exception, press media’s unconditional assistance for women to criminalize male-gender and the fabricated statistics produced by feminists that is never ever questioned by the Judiciary. It is indeed a formidable force to reckon with.

National Commission for Women, the headquarters of all the women organizations in the country, announced that each and every woman in the country is a victim. Till now, nobody has refuted their stupid claims nor has anybody laughed on their ridiculous belief. Neither Judiciary nor the Human Rights Commission has accepted that such belief will increase the violation of human rights of men. The irony is that men are left with absolutely no human rights but they continue to hear that everybody is living in a male-dominated society. Men are at the receiving end, are under constant threat of being falsely accused, are legally terrorized, but the press media and judiciary continues to follow the radical belief of National Commission for Women that all women are victims. Women continue to become legally powerful to terrorize anybody they want and still be called a victim, and men continues to suffer and still hear from the press media that it is a male-dominated society. Such anti-male environment cannot be created without a well-planned deception devised by male-hating feminists.

For Indian men, it is time to silently suffer, constantly hear that it is a male-dominated society, read in press media that all males are born criminals and observe that the whole country believes that only women are victims. This happens nowhere in the World except in India. A woman will murder a man and she will be called a victim. The police will do their duty of bringing in a stranger (male) and falsely implicate him to close the murder case. Are there anybody left in the society who will understand the suffering of men? Are there anybody left in the society who will understand that these feminists are only creating social chaos and disharmony?

The condition is only going to get worse. Now, men have absolutely no legal recourse. Women are given extraordinary legal powers to legally harass anybody she wants and still be called a victim because whoever she accuses, the accused will be considered guilty until proven innocent. Even if a man is harassed by his wife and goes to a police station to seek legal protection, the police will blatantly refuse to protect him. And in case if a woman goes to a police station to complain, irrespective of the authenticity of the complaint, the man will be immediately arrested without any investigation. He will be left alone, he will not be given any legal protection, he will be blackmailed, he will be humiliated, his character will be assassinated by the press, and he will still hear that it is a male-dominated society. The woman falsely accused this man and she will invariably be called a victim, and her false complaint will yet again get registered in the records of crime against women. And the press will highlight the increase in crime against women forcing the Government to enact yet another biased law in the hope of bringing down the crime against women without realizing that this is increasingly violating human rights of men.

These feminists are sadists. They seek pleasure in the suffering of men, and that is why they never admit that men too can be victims. Imagine these same male-hating women are given such draconian laws and if you happen to marry one, not even God can save you. That man will be legally terrorized, blackmailed till he becomes bankrupt or commits suicide. The demand of feminists for legal powers will never end till people take drastic steps to fight against this virus that is now slowly destroying the social peace and harmony. Innocent families are reluctant to marry their son fearing that their to-be daughter-in-law has been given a legal weapon that will ruin all their life. It is clear that how much ever a man suffers, the feminists will make sure that the society is called a male-dominated society. How much ever a man is legally tortured, blackmailed and terrorized, the feminists, with the help of press media, will make sure that only women should be called a victim. Is there an end to this? No.

To aggravate men’s condition, Women Reservation Bill of 33% could be passed and if that happens, the number of men committing suicide will be unprecedented anywhere in the World. 181 anti-male feminists will enter parliament with fool-proof conspiracy to legally torture every man, but still every woman will be called a victim. More biased laws will get enacted to legally harass every man and he will have absolutely nowhere to go to save himself. He will have to practically live like a slave to women if he wants to protect himself and still hear from the press that it is a male-dominated society. The future is dark for men, thanks to women. If nothing is done to save men, then India will collapse. Protect men to protect India. There is no possibility that this catastrophic situation can be prevented without people aggressively opposing it. As long as men don’t unite and fight against this tyranny called women empowerment, sooner or later every single man will be tormented legally and they will be able to do nothing. Unite. Speak up. Share. Oppose. Fight. And then live in a peaceful country. Press the panic button. Better late than never.

Men are getting molested

On the night of 31^st December 2006, a shocking event took place in Mumbai in a five-star Hotel. The Hotel was jam packed with enthusiastic people celebrating the much awaited event of the year. Booze was flowing like the river, cigarettes were polluting and girls were looking hot in their tiny little clothes. Everybody were jumping and screaming, and some were embracing each other in way that an elderly person will be embarrassed to watch it. And then the sensation of the event arrived. Yes, none another than Mallika Sherawat.

But before she arrived, a bunch of people were dancing on the stage on latest bollywood hit songs of the year. And out of the blue, a male dancer lost his maturity and the respect for women and pulled the slacks of another female dancer down. It was shocking. She pulled her slacks up and went back stage. The danced pressed on. How can a man dare to sexually humiliate a woman out in the audience? It is really appalling and against the culture of our country. Women should be respected. Her dignity and modesty should be respected.

What was your reaction after reading this incident? Were you shocked or you felt it was funny?

Actually this incident never happened. I was bluffing. However, I would like to draw your attention to an incident similar in nature.

Mallika Sherawat, in the middle of a dance, actually pulled a male-dancer’s pants down. Yes, she did that in front of the audience and other female dancers laughed at the helplessness of that male dancer as if a joke was cracked.

Are you shocked? No? Why? Just because it is a man, everybody including any woman has the right to sexually molest and humiliate a man. Is this true? Don’t men have dignity? The audiences too weren’t shocked. Why? If it had happened to a woman, the cops would have arrested the man of offending the dignity and modesty of a woman. And when this unfortunate incident happens with a man, people laugh. If this is not gross insensitivity, then what is it? How can the organizer tolerate such an incident. Supposing this act was pre-planned, who was that person to plan such an act? He/she didn’t realize that men too have dignity and modesty, and that he has the right to protect himself from sexual molestation and humiliation. Is a man’s dignity a laughing stock? For a woman, it is.

Even in one episode of Mtv Roadies, a male contestant wearing only towel was attacked by a bunch of girls trying to pull his towel to see him naked in front of the camera. Who is the world will allow this to happen with a girl? But it is considered fun if it happens to a boy. Why? It seems along with women, men too enjoy watching another man being sexually molested or humiliated. Only a mentally ill man can enjoy other’s suffering, let alone the sadist women.

Just so you know, millions of people get inspired by bollywood, and there is every reason to believe that such appalling act will happen in our day-to-day life also. Mallika is already the favourite of many girls. Why do you think girls will not imitate this act? Boys will have to be careful wearing shorts as they can be sexually humiliated by any woman any moment. Already incest is rampant and sadly there is none to realize that now-a-days, boys are becoming more sexually vulnerable at homes. Recently, in a school in Mumbai, a lady teacher stripped three 6-year-old boys and paraded them in the school as a form of punishment. Still people do not realize that boys too have dignity and if they are sexually molested or humiliated, they do get emotionally traumatized.

A few months ago, I saw an unbelievable sight. A girl, 7, was playing with a boy, 5, in the building premises. The girl took the boy behind a tree and asked him to raise his both hands upward. The boy obliged. The girl instantly pulled his pants down and started laughing frenziedly pointing her finger toward his genital. The boy’s reaction was submissive and timid. He was hurt but couldn’t react. One other occasion, the same girl in the fit of rage, in the middle of a game, grabbed that same boy’s genitals and the boy started crying in pain. I repeat the girl is 7 years old and the boy is 5 years old. They are living in the same building on different floors. It is shocking that even after reading this, people still remain passive and refuse to react. They refuse to admit that boys are now becoming victims of sexual abuse in the hands of girls. How shameful!!

If we allow such appalling acts to continue, one needs to remember that there are absolutely no such laws in India that will give a man justice if he is sexually abused by a woman. Besides, when the society is so incredibly insensitive toward male gender, who will want to get more humiliated by the society by complaining of being sexually abused by a woman? The sexually abused man will have to keep mum only because there is none to support him. This is a new trend. Sexually humiliate men. And if we do not oppose now, tomorrow you will fear of going out of the house in this female dominated society. However, it also depends on people whether they consider sexual humiliation of men as women’s rights.

Goodbye Marriage, Welcome Live-in

Indian women were jubilant when they heard that National Commission for Women has recommended that alimony should be applicable in live-in relationships, too. Isn’t that wonderful for women? Now they will be given the legal powers (this can’t be termed as their rights) to demand maintenance and alimony from her live-in partner. It is like a pension scheme for women. Persuade a gullible man, which are plentiful, to live together from one day to as many days she likes, and break it off from him and then legally demand monthly maintenance from him. Certainly, this legal arrangement is in fact much better than the profession of prostitution.

It is strange that NCW is now looking after the interests of urban women by bringing in this law, but when it comes to amending laws (498A & DV Act) to protect Indian families, they then remind people about the village women.  Are they supporting the selfish interests of those negligible numbers of modern urban women who go for live-in or are they actually denouncing the importance and sanctity of marriage? It is obvious that when modern young anti-male, anti-family female lawyers are given the task to transform the social structure with the authority to amend or enact laws, then we can expect the laws recommended will only look after the selfish interests of modern greedy women.

When a woman is given so many legal powers (not rights) then who would want to get married and live with the in-laws of the man? More women will now opt to have live-in relationships because there is total freedom in terms of adultery (adultery is not punishable for women), she can break up anytime and demand monthly maintenance, she can even legally seize the property of the man, and she can still be called an unmarried victim in the society. It seems that a lot many prostitutes will leave their profession and try to find a man who would be willing to stay with her for just one day and she can then claim monthly maintenance from him calling it a live-in relationship. It is difficult to comprehend the repercussions of this law on the society. It would not be easy for the woman to answer the question who is the father of her child?

It needs to be understood in what way the future of the children can be secured and the harmony of the society can be maintenance by disgracing marriage and encouraging women to go for live-ins. It seems that India is now desperate to be a step ahead of the western culture in terms of legal powers (not rights) given to women related to marriage and live-ins. Nevertheless, it is good that now men will have a reason to first read the Indian Penal Code, CrPc, DV law and various other legal provisions before deciding to get involved with a woman. When approached by a woman, a man will first pull out his pocket IPC and CrPc, read the provisions applicable to him and then decide. Men will still get trapped into this legal snare because women believe that a man can’t live without women and therefore, they have to pay up to be with any woman. Apparently, monetizing a relationships like marriage and live-in does not qualify to be termed as legal prostitution. Does it?

Such laws will create an unprecedented social chaos and only the husband and his family and the children will suffer the most, but it is the woman who will be considered the victim. Does it make any sense? It depends on how quickly people are able to decode this feminist’s conspiracy behind such legal recommendations. Is there any possibility that such legal recommendations will be rejected without people protesting against it?

Office Romance

Most of the employees do not know that the colleague seated on his left side is having an affair with another colleague seated on his right side. These are all clandestine affairs within the organizations. A secretary may come and slander about the Managing Director in the pantry, and the employees gladly participate in the gossip without realizing that the secretary is having a sexual affair with the MD. Men aren’t clever enough to hide their office romance the way women can. Maybe it is natural for women to be secretive in sexual affairs.

Spending most of the hours of the day in the office interacting with the opposite sex, does not necessarily lead to office romance, but it always does. Surprisingly, married people in office romance aren’t having problems in their marriages yet they experiment, and their experiment turns out just fine. Obviously, it is always fun and welcomed any non-platonic relationship without any strings attached. The man and woman enjoy the sex, and nobody in the office gets a clue what is going on between the two. To avoid being caught, they may even influence the colleagues to think that both hate each other.  

It is observed that women dislike other greedy woman climbing up the corporate ladder by offering sex to her superiors for the simple reason that people do take notice of that. Extramarital affair is fashionable and there is no reason to fear if the relationship is a secret to everyone. Sexual relations in the BPO industry is so common that if the press flashes a news that an employee was caught making out, people really do not get surprised. In fact, people will ridicule them for making out in front of the hidden camera; they should have done secretly.

There are many cases where a housewife keeps on suspecting the faithfulness of her husband demanding answers to her nagging questions about his whereabouts even when it is she who is having a sexual relation with their neighbour. Tripti Nigam dragged Azim Premji of Wipro using DV Law accusing him of driving her husband Gautam Nigam away from her by providing dating allowance. Not to mention that there was no dating allowance in Wipro and Gautam was already a harassed husband of misuse of dowry laws by Tripti. It seems some women find it convenient to hide her own wrongdoings and accuse the innocent with such biased laws.

Recently, National Commission for Women has decided to keep the adultery laws untouched. The Government proposed that adultery punishment should be equal for both the genders. Yes, an adulterous man can be punished but an adulterous woman is considered a victim. Don’t know how an adulterous woman can be considered a victim. Victim of what? The definition of a victim is “An unfortunate person who suffers from some adverse circumstances”. Yes, an adulterous woman is an unfortunate person who suffers from having sexual relations with others in some adverse circumstances where she is already married or engaged. Weird, isn’t it? Not amending the adultery law is indeed a big relief for women. It is really exciting that one can sleep around with as many people as possible and still be called a victim.

A survey revealed that 40% of women cheat on their lovers as compared to only 34% of men. This was a bit of a shock. Everybody is told by women organizations that men are born perverts and hence they all cheat their wives and girlfriends. But, this survey has revealed the truth that it is women who are unfaithful to their husbands and boyfriends. Wonder how these women can manipulate; letting her husband/boyfriend know that she loves him deeply and also enjoy sex with others. Clever, but she is called a victim, yes a victim.

The survey also revealed that 34% of women fantasizes lesbian sex. Now that is something to be worried about. It was believed that some women are bisexuals but this study is really shaking up the opinion of the society toward women. Are women that desperate for lesbian sex? But then why do were hear only about homosexuals and never about lesbians? Clever manipulation yet again. The study also revealed that one in two women think that size of the lover’s manhood does matter. Why women pretend that size do not matter to them? Maybe it is yet another way to tell the society that they are the victims of their own preferences. How typical!!!

In short, extramarital affair is very common but men must understand that the woman is considered a victim in the eyes of the law. Have fun in this modern World with ancient beliefs!!!

Indian Marriages - A Legal nightmare

Indians are proud to understand that marriages in India are intriguing for the rest of the World. And when it comes leaving a mark in the social circle, people don’t miss out anything in glorifying the traditional grandeur and colorful extravaganza of Indian Marriages. The guests leave with enough data to gossip about the particulars of the marriage ceremony like jewelry worn by the bride, cuisines, and exotic flower decorations etc in their circles for a month to even a year. Everybody appears to be in their own World; some are spell-bound but try to behave normally; some are analyzing the nitty-gritty of the decoration to estimate the actual expenses incurred and some are just keeping their enthusiasm intact.

Before the marriage, the parents of the bride and the groom are busy estimating the expenses, the guests to be invited, the jewelry, dresses, cuisines, decoration, gifts, orchestra if any, vehicles etc. The bride and the groom are overwhelmingly conscious but manage to hide their anxiety. After the marriage, the whole marriage procession appears to be a dream, a fairy tale excluding the pinching bills that is to be paid. Everything comes back to normal except that their life will never remain the same from now onward.

The optimism and positivity of the Indian people is indeed commendable. They are absolutely oblivion of the legal provisions that govern the marriages in India. Who would bother to know that these days, the groom and his parents are arrested and put behind bars on a false dowry harassment complaint of the bride? Who would bother to know that these days, Dowry Prohibition Law IPC 498A is rampantly misused to extort money from the groom? They would never believe that the bride demands mind-blowing amount of money to settle a false case. They will not get disturbed to know that the accused will be considered guilty until proven innocent. They remain optimistic all through the marriage and after. The legal proceedings is the last thing a family wants to face in India but the groom and his parents prefer to ignore such occurrences and remain positive that it will never happen in their life. Interestingly, those who are actually falsely implicated in this manner had the same optimism and positive confidence.

The labyrinth of legal procedures in India is such that when one is entangled into these complex judicial provisions, their whole life will be wrecked. Lawyers and cops, like scavengers, will extort as much money as possible giving false assurance that everything will be taken care of. The judge, who has detached him/herself from the reality, will pass an order that would be more painful than the life imprisonment. The groom and his parents will give away huge sum of money to the wife, who is a victim by choice. The husband is emotionally and financially ruined and prepares to arrange for maintenance to be given to his ex-wife. His parents remembers courteous interaction with the bride’s parents, the efforts and money gone into the marriage procession, the dark patchy walls of the prison, intimidation of the cops and emotionally exhausting court proceedings. The wife goes back to her home winning the jackpot without a grain of anxiety for her future and reputation in the society.

Indian families should be praised for their optimism because despite knowing that legal provisions are misused to harass husbands and his parents after marriage, they still go ahead and hope a happy and wholesome married life for their son. They dream a beautiful marriage for their son even after knowing that more such biased laws are been enacted to be misused after marriage. Indian family’s predicament does not end here. Live-in relationship, too, comes with its own legal provisions that again put the husband and his parents at the receiving end with no fault of theirs. Any relationship between a man and a woman validated by marriage or live-in is attached with such biased laws. Remaining single seems to be a safer way of living one’s life. But the Indian families are stubborn in matters of marriages, how much ever biased laws are enacted and misused; they will continue to get married.

Indian marriages are nothing less than a legal nightmare. The sanctity of the marriage is lost but the hope of people still lives on. Let us see how long this hope survives.

Legal Extramarital Affairs

National Commission for Women has now revealed a disturbing trend in the Indian society. The Government had proposed the amendment of IPC 497 relating to adultery demanding the law to be gender-neutral. Till now, this law, which was enacted in 19^th century, was considering only men as the culprit and women as the victim in adultery. Now that the modern lifestyle has changed dramatically and women are not reluctant to experiment after marriage, the law is supposed to be amended with the changing culture and lifestyle of the society to be effective and serve its purpose. Extramarital affair has virtually become fashionable.

Government demanded equal punishment for the crime of adultery for both the husband and the wife. The society, too, has the same opinion that if the woman is having an extramarital affair, she should not be let off scot-free just because the law was composed in the 19^th century. Any person with reasonable understanding will agree that when the husband is punished of adultery, the woman cannot be allowed to protect herself by a law that is outdated and ineffective in the present times. And therefore, it is prudent and socially acceptable that the law must be amended to suit the present conditions to remain effective and efficient in justice delivery.

However, National Commission for Women turned down the proposal. NCW is aware that their reputation is degraded in the society and any justification given by them will only increase ill-feeling toward them. NCW gave the justification, anyway. NCW believes that women are victims in adultery, and that making the law gender-neutral is not suitable knowing the status of women in the society. This implies that NCW is confident that if adultery law is made gender-neutral, a staggering numbers of women will be punished of adultery. Women want the adultery to be legal for them. This isn’t fair for fairer sex, right? Besides, the legal brain of NCW is run by a large group of young female lawyers hired as research associates and legal advocates, who are modern, promiscuous, and anti-male and anti-family, will never want theirs and other modern women’s extramarital affairs to be illegal. These young female lawyers closely monitor all legal provisions and try to find ways and means to amend the law to the sole advantage of young promiscuous women and regularly update NCW as recommendation to the Government. Domestic Violence Law is the product of these female lawyers.

NCW has recommended against this proposal, which is even more incredible. NCW wants maintenance to be given to women who are engaged in live-in relationships. It is easy to understand why they want to promote live-in. They want women to live with as many sexual partners as possible, have many live-in male partners who will be slogging to pay her money to have sex with them. No, NCW does not agree that this will promote prostitution in the name of marriage. Besides, NCW has also been initiating pro-abortion drive for women to have many sexual partners and extort money using IPC 498A and DV laws. The male live-in partner will be paying maintenance to his female live-in partner to have sex with her. NCW does not feel comfortable calling this female live-in partner a prostitute.

In short, National Commission for Women definitely understands the society better than the common man. NCW knows that now extramarital affairs of women have become so common, that it is a bad idea to amend the laws and make their adultery a punishable crime. Restricting women to have sex with many sexual partners after marriage is wrong, according to NCW. It is the so-called ‘rights’ of women to have as many sexual partners as she likes.

Now it is understood why NCW has rejected this amendment. How will a woman live having just one single sexual partner after marriage? Will she not become a victim of sexual boredom? It is her ‘rights’ to indulge in promiscuous lifestyle and nobody should restrict this “Indian Woman” or “Bharatiya Naari”. NCW is here to protect the ‘rights’ of women to have multiple sexual partners. Yes, it is their ‘rights’

NCW on Adultery

The reputation of National Commission for Women is deteriorating rapidly especially after the enactment of Domestic Violence Laws. The society was already demanding justice in the misuse of 498A, but NCW never wanted to help the innocent. Renuka Chaudhury, the Minister of Women and Child Development, said, “It is okay if innocent men suffer after DV Act” on national television. The chairperson of National Commission for Women, Girija Vyas, was the prime suspect in petrol pump scam in 2005. If more facts are dug out from the closet of NCW, the Government will be forced to shut down the organization after people’s demonstrations.

NCW regularly proved to the Indian society that their only mission is to support unscrupulous daughters-in-law. In the misuse of 498A, old mothers and unmarried, married and pregnant sisters too are arrested on a false complaint of a daughter-in-law. Yes, NCW claims to protect women, but apparently, mothers and sisters of the husband do not qualify to be women of the country. NCW has a massive network of other women organizations and groups, which are always on standby to give guidance to married women approaching them. The most common suggestion given to married women is to file a false dowry harassment case against the husband and in-laws. Even the cops are fearful of these women groups because their scream would be heard in the parliament in this female dominated society.

There seems to be a major difference between the way society and NCW perceives equality. Society believes that there should be no differentiation of punishment of crime committed. However, NCW believes punishment should be given only to men only because they are men. Do they hate men? You decide.

The times have changed. Now people don’t get shocked or surprised when they find out that a person (husband or wife) is involved in an extramarital affair. Modern thinking or what? People live a modern life but apparently, NCW wants people to treat women the way they were treated in the Vedic times. No, in Vedic times, women were never involved in any extramarital affairs. According to Indian Penal Code 497, a woman cannot be tried of committing adultery. In other words, a woman committing adultery – being unfaithful to her husband and sleeping around with other man or men – will not amount to a punishable offense. No, the husband can be punished of committing adultery. No, NCW does not believe that this is inequality.

The Government proposed to amend the existing biased laws of IPC 497, but NCW turned it down. Nobody expected NCW to justify their decision to reject the proposal knowing people’s hatred toward them, but they did. Girija Vyas of NCW said, “Why punish the woman? She is a victim, not an offender. Considering the position of women in Indian society, the NCW took a line against making Section 497 a gender-neutral provision.” Yes, according to NCW, an adulterous woman is a victim. So predictable reaction! But the question arise that adulterous woman is a victim of what? Victim of a man who agreed to have an affair with her or victim of her own sexual needs. They are saying that considering the position of women, gender neutral provision in adultery laws will not be good. For the first time NCW is right. If adultery laws are made gender-neutral, then it is difficult to imagine the numbers of adulterous women who will be punished. The conviction rate will be staggering.

A lot many men who are having an affair with a married woman are unaware that in the eyes of the law, they are actually victimizing the woman. It could be difficult to convince these men of the way the judiciary sees women, but now they will know because people are beginning to oppose any biased laws and media too is pressurized to give voice to these people. Nevertheless, NCW rejecting the proposal is a big relief for adulterous women. Now that their unfaithfulness toward their husband is not an offence, they will find it even more tempting to experiment sexual encounters with different men. It will boost their sexual appetite because their adultery is not an offence. Maybe this is what women empowerment is all about. It was the society who couldn’t realize this when it all started.

NCW is taking very good care of the desires of unscrupulous wives/daughters-in-laws. Wives can now falsely accuse their husband and in-laws, and blackmail them for money. Wives can extort money by threatening their husband of filing a false case. Wives can kick their husband and in-laws from the house under domestic violence laws. Wives can have extramarital affairs proudly with anybody even when the husband and in-laws are aware of it. In short, it is simply great to be born as a woman in India. Whatever she does, she will always be considered a victim. Surely, these women will be extremely thankful to NCW for legalizing their adultery. What is not illegal is legal. Adultery for women is not illegal and so they are legally adulterous. What more women want now? 

Go married women, have sex with anybody and you be called a victim. NCW is with you. And men will have to learn to accept that his wife will have extramarital affairs with anyone she likes. It depends on individual opinion to view such a stance of NCW as a means to make husbands a pimp – sexual facilitator of his wife so that she can have sex with anybody she likes. If the husband’s right to oppose her wife’s adultery is illegal, then obviously he can be called a pimp.

Abortion and Foeticide

The only difference between abortion and foeticide is that sex determination test is not used in abortion. Mostly, unmarried women will abort their pregnancy for reasons known to all. Covering up her mistake by murdering the foetus is acceptable in the society. Yes, women have the legal powers (not rights) to murder her foetus. Foeticide happens when the pregnant woman first determines the gender of the baby and then decides to murder the foetus. That means killing foetus is women’s rights (?) and legal, but killing foetus “after” determining the gender of the baby is illegal and crime. Therefore, only the element of determination of gender of the baby differentiates between so-called rights and crime.

More shocking is that the husband will be legally punished if he forces his wife to abort her pregnancy for whatever reasons. It is women’s sole prerogative to murder her foetus as she likes and when she likes. The husband has no say in her decision to kill her unborn baby. He has no rights to stop her wife to abort the pregnancy. Yes, Indian society still believes that women are better care-takers of children. Anyways, various laws are enacted to protect those women who want to murder their foetus without determining the gender of the baby. Laws are also enacted to protect women of female foeticide by falsely implicating the husband and in-laws for forcing her to have only male child.

It will probably take some more time for people to realize that it is always the woman who desire to have a male child. However, men will have to pay the price to live in India and marrying an Indian woman. There is an increasing number of bachelors who are realizing these days that they aren’t marrying an Indian woman, they are actually marrying a woman who has been given so many legal powers (not rights) that she is, by default, a legal extortionist and a legal blackmailer. It is not the question of being a good human being because it all depends on the woman’s intent to either let her husband live independently or legally harass him to become her slave. Who doesn’t want her husband to become her slave? It is romantic for a lot of woman to see her husband their slaves, and given the legal powers (not rights) to legally force the husband to become their slave is a dream come true for women. No, women are still portrayed as victims. Funny isn’t it? Don’t know what else they want as their legal powers (not rights).

The modern lifestyle of women has taken away their natural maternal instincts. They are absolutely clueless how to take care of their baby without the expert guidance of an elderly woman who either understands the needs of the baby or has not let the world damage her maternal instincts. Today’s mothers are impatient, reckless and short-tempered. There are several cases discovered where mothers have made a zombies out of their children by nagging them in a such manner that the child will do exactly what his/her mother will say. Sit, stand, walk, shut up, eat, sleep, drink, etc these are the orders received by the child from the mother, daily. Such treatment understandably damages the creativity and independent thinking of the child. Apparently, the father of the child is so much hen-pecked by the verbal domination of his wife that he can either support his wife whatever she is doing or run the risk of getting verbally spanked, nagged, emotionally tortured or maybe divorced too. Yes, this amounts of domestic violence on the husband but he is deprived of his fundamental rights to protect himself from his vicious wife.

It is these kind of women who are given the powers (in the name of rights to deceive people) to kill their foetus by abortion. Meanwhile, NGOs aggressively propagate the female foeticide issue in order to procure funds from the Government, corporate World; international organizations etc so that they can utilize the funds not for the welfare of child, but to promote, enforce and strengthen women empowerment. UN says that women empowerment is important for the welfare of the children. Yes, because when the foetus is killed by the woman through abortion, the child is saved from coming into the World of female domination. Everybody knows that UN is taken over by radical feminists and vehement protest is going on against UN for destroying the sanctity of marriage and also altering the human civilization for the worst. Indian NGOs can’t control themselves and they too started their own pro-abortion and anti-male campaign to fool the public.

Again, foetus, an unborn child, is living. Killing the foetus, before or after determining the gender, is a sin, if not a crime in female dominated society that we live in. In a female dominated society, crime does not apply to women because people are unable to understand their deception, and despite they understand their deception they refuse to oppose.

Indian Teachers

Indian culture says that Guru (teacher) should be respected as God. This culture continued for many thousands of years. Teacher is the giver of knowledge. They impart wisdom into the young generation for the better future of the country and society.

What if the teacher strips and parades the boys in school as a method to punish them? Will the culture of respecting the teacher survive after such incidents? Not likely.

This is what happened in Guru Grand Union School in Kansai section of the town. Teacher Maria, a modestly dressed young intelligent woman, admits that she sexually abuses young boys but does not feel ashamed or guilty. Is it her wickedness or her confidence in the system that will never punish her for whatever she does or maybe both?

She says, “Yes, I did parade them around nude and also took some of them to dark room and threatened them. I can't beat them up as the law prohibits me from doing so. But when they do not study, their parents come and confront me. I had no choice but to teach them a lesson so that they concentrate on their studies.” Does law allow the teachers to strip young boys and parade them in school? Does law allow teachers to humiliate the dignity of boys?   

Horrifying tales of what students went through in Maria's classes began tumbling out after a Class II B student, who was paraded nude through the school on Friday, refused to attend school the next day. The parents, however, believe that these incidents are only the tip of the scandal and that a lot more students were similarly humiliated and abused in the school.  

"The kids are so petrified these days that they refuse to go to school. My kid did not tell me what happened to him on the day he was paraded nude. It was only when Shefali approached us that my son narrated his experience," said Anju D, another abused boy's mom. Maybe because our society is still blind to the fact that males too are victimized by a woman, whether by a teacher sexually abusing young boys, or a wife subjecting her husband to verbal and emotional abuse. The society is extremely insensitive toward male gender, be it a grown up man or a little boy. Maria may have committed this grievous crime but it is the society, which is empowering these kinds of women. So long the society continues to generalize that each and every woman is good, the society will suffer like this.

The school principal was as usual unavailable for comments, which is a sign of protection for Teacher Maria. But why is the principal trying to protect Maria? Because the principal, too, is a woman and she might already be familiar with the way boys are sexually abused by Maria, and she might have liked the way to punish boys. Or maybe, like most people, she believes that males do not have any dignity and that males don’t feel humiliated if they are stripped, unlike females. Such attitude, unfortunately, is becoming more and more pervasive in women, and it will expose young boys to be sexually abused in schools and even in their own homes. Assuming that no boy is sexually abused in their homes is empowering the perpetrators.

Now even in television, we are seeing such despicable attitude in women. An episode shown on Mtv Roadies wherein two girls and a boy secretly entered into another contestant’s room at the time he came out of the shower, the girls began to pull the towel he had wrapped around his waist. He was fighting to protect his dignity and the girls were determined to humiliate him in front of the camera by stripping him naked. The boy was pleading to leave him alone, the girls were laughing out loud and the cameraman was shooting the whole scene of that boy’s helplessness. If a guy would have done such a thing to a girl, he would have been arrested by police for molesting a girl, but when a girl does it with a guy, we forget that the victim is a human being and we laugh it off. Such inhuman attitude toward that innocent boy is prevalent but none is bothered to understand that boys too have dignity and their dignity is no laughing stock for girls of today. Apparently, the society is, in a way, encouraging these girls to humiliate boys more and more by being inhuman toward male gender. Only time will tell how the society’s cruel treatment to male gender will backfire the whole coming generation.  

By letting Maria go scot-free will only encourage other teachers to resort to such methods to humiliate young boys, which is non-physical assault but extremely agonizing. Partially, the society, too, is a cooperative factor in the reason why justice will not be delivered to these young innocent children. Society does not feel the need to take strict legal action against Maria only because the victim happens to be a boy. Now teachers feel that by sexually abusing the kids, the kids will grow up to be a better and successful person. But as long as the society does not wake up to the 21^st century women, the society will go from bad to worse in no time. And then the real fun will begin; the society will then get an explosive kick on their backside for blindly supporting all women and ill-treating male gender.

Harassed Husbands

Our society is conditioned to believe that a husband can never be harassed by his wife. A man has been deprived for many decades of any legal, social or economic support only because he is a male-gender. The gender discrimination against men is so pervasive and common yet nobody seems to realize it. People still find it uncomfortable to accept that a woman can harass a man. Such narrow-mindedness of the people is responsible for many innocent men being deprived of justice. Laws are been enacted by showing a delusive purpose to protect the so-called ‘rights’ of women, which is subsequently enabling women to legally harass and blackmail their husband and in-laws. Everybody knows that these laws are not women’s ‘rights’; they are given excessive legal ‘powers’ to harass and blackmail innocent families.  

IPC 498A (dowry law) was enacted to protect women from unlawful dowry demands is now become a formidable weapon to harass and blackmail the husband and in-laws. 98% of the cases filed under this law are false. It means women intimidate and blackmail their husband and in-laws to agree to her terms, any terms, and if they refuse, the woman will go and file a dowry harassment complaint against her husband and in-laws in the police station. It is a very cruel form of harassment because the police will first arrest and put them behind bars. It is non-bailable. Bail can be availed from the Magistrate, which could take from few days to few weeks and sometime months. Innocent family is legally terrorized, tortured and blackmailed. The police, lawyers and the court enjoy the show where a woman posing as a victim is legally harassing the innocent husband and in-laws. The woman will then demand a mind-blowing amount of money to settle the case in which the court, police and the lawyer will act as a facilitator to the woman. The husband will go bankrupt; let alone the social stigma, emotional trauma and humiliation that he and his family will face.

There is absolutely no legal or social recourse or ‘rights’ for these harassed husbands. Why? The society continues to live in the dark and perceives that male-gender needs ‘nothing’. Such harsh and inhuman treatment toward male-gender still continues. The harassment of husbands is increasing exponentially and more disturbing is that even after knowing the helplessness of these families; the Government passed Domestic Violence Act. Shockingly, the executor of this law, Minister of Women and Child Development, Renuka Chaudhury, boldly said, “It is not a bad idea if innocent men suffer after DV act.” Such statement does expose the deception of these women groups/organizations, who are proposing such laws to the Government under the garb of protecting women. They only want to enslave men, torture innocent families, and blackmail them for money using these biased and draconian laws. Not providing legal protection for men under DV Act shows that feminists want to protect those women who will happily misuse this law to harass the innocent, hapless husband and in-laws.

Now men are totally helpless, vulnerable and constantly exposed to legal threat and consequences even when they are innocent. He is considered guilty until proven innocent only because he is a male-gender. Such brutal discrimination has never been seriously considered maybe because most of the people are deceived to believe that only women are victims, and some men who want to oppose against such discrimination are silenced by press media. When a woman wants her story to be published posing as a victim accusing her husband, the press media immediately publishes with a male-bashing heading and assassinates the character of the accused with no proof or evidence. On the other hand, when a victimized man wants her story to be published exposing the cruelty of his wife, the press media seeks the statement of the wife and prints her side of the story, which invariably accuses the male victim of dowry harassment or domestic violence directing the article against the victimized man. Male-hating feminists have flourished in India primarily because press media violates the code of conduct of journalism when it comes to appeasement of these women groups.

With the increasing harassment on husbands, the status of women has dramatically changed. Women are no longer perceived as victims. People are now beginning to doubt women, who are now able to be victim by choice. She knows that her one statement can portray her victim even if she is the culprit, and she is using that unconditional credibility to her advantage. She is now ever more violent and abusive. She can physically assault - let alone emotional abuse - her husband and still play victim. Especially when a woman is violent and abusive, and also equipped with such draconian law, whoever marrying her will end up in jail. Unfortunately, the man realizes the abusive nature of his wife only after he gets married. People are still reluctant to speak against such abusive women and support harassed husbands. This inconsiderate disposition toward men is costing many innocent lives and these women are more than happy to pose as victims and legally harass their innocent husband and in-laws.

Finally, the label of a victim infinitely attached to a woman has now been broken. Ironically, the more feminists portray all women as victims with the help of press media, the more people will realize that women have been given excessive powers in the name of ‘rights’ to harass innocent families. How many more innocent husbands and in-laws need to be legally tortured by women for the people to realize that men, too, need legal protection ‘now’?

In-laws in India

In-laws in India are at the mercy of modern daughters-in-law. These modern daughters-in-law, who are equipped with formidable weapons like dowry law IPC 498A and now DV Act, have become extremely powerful legally, but ironically, they are incessantly portrayed as ‘abla-naari’ (helpless women) by press media, NGOs, women groups, judiciary and the political parties. These laws were supposed to protect the victims of unlawful dowry demands, but now these laws have been misused by modern women to harass and blackmail in-laws.

The number of false cases filed by these modern women against their in-laws is staggering, compelling the Supreme Court of India to remark that such malpractice will unleash a whole new “Legal Terrorism” in the country. Legal terrorism!! How serious the situation has become that the Supreme Court coined “Legal Terrorism” for this malpractice? The nature of these laws and the way such cases are handled instills fear in many people living in India and abroad. A mere written complaint by a daughter-in-law is enough. The husband, brother, sister and his old parents along with close relatives can be easily arrested and put behind bars. Getting arrested is one of the most traumatic experiences in one’s life, and it becomes infinitely painful if the complainant is a wife/daughter-in-law. These cases are settled by giving away exorbitant amount of money to the wife/daughter-in-law. The money that was saved for the education of children and healthcare of their parents is now taken away by the wife/daughter-in-law by misusing the laws. The social stigma that follows the in-laws after being falsely accused by their daughter-in-law is something that cannot be explained in words.

What would be the mentality or character of that woman who files a false case on her husband/in-laws? The reason for filing a false case could be many but the way she exploits the laws to torture her husband and in-laws is worth understanding. What could have convinced her that misusing the laws to torture her husband and in-laws is socially acceptable and ethically correct? She does not fear being punished for filing a false complaint and torturing her husband legally. She does not fear anything. That is because the law is so pampering toward women that her complaint is considered genuine and the accused, whoever, is treated guilty until proven innocent. This pampering has become a source of confidence, inspiration and encouragement to women who believes that when the law blindly supports her, then why not she misuse it and get her husband and in-laws behind bars and then blackmail them for money? These laws have become a way to earn a large sum of money in a short span of time. Instead of protecting the victims of misuse of laws, Domestic violence law is introduced to encourage modern women to consider these laws as a money-making instrument. DV Act and 498A is the weapons used by modern women to become a legal extortionist.

Old parents, who usually wish to spend their time in contemplation of the Almighty, are brutally arrested on a false complaint. They have lived their life with dignity, have never harmed anybody and have also taught their children the greatness of truth and morality. They start their day early. They offer prayers to their deity at home, go to a temple and bring back ‘prasad’ and give it to their family members with their blessings. They will pray for the safety, welfare and success for their children. They also chant God’s name using rosary and listen to ‘bhajans’. They have some physical ailments from minor difficulties to a more life-threatening disease. They just wait for their family members to ask for help and they are right on their feet to give a helping hand from giving valuable life’s wisdom to cooking a snack, from cleaning the house to bringing groceries. Sometimes they just sit there in contemplation on God with little pearly tears in their eyes. They are the foundation, the pillars of Indian family, Indian society. Now, these god-fearing people are considered guilty until proven innocent on a false complaint of their money-minded daughter-in-law. These innocent people are arrested and put in the prison along with other criminals. What thoughts would be going on in the minds of these old parents at the time they are getting arrested on a false complaint of their daughter-in-law? It is indescribable.

Indian Men

A man asked, “Babaji, I am suffering a lot because of my wife. Could you give me a solution to it?”

Apparently, the only solution to your problems from wife is to remain single.

We have heard a million times in social and friendly conversations the condition of an average married men who were proud to flaunt their courage, confidence and guts during their bachelorhood, but soon after they get married, they turn into a subservient sissy. Astonishingly, nobody seems to question the aggression of the woman who managed to turn his courageous and gregarious husband into an obedient tamed pet. Women obviously can’t admit that they cunningly change their husband to suit their own lifestyle, temperament and ambition. Men, on the other hand, are crushed between their own ‘right’ to freedom, independence, self-respect and the traditional culture of protecting and providing the woman in the family, which nobody seems to realize that it has become outdated long ago.

The condition of modern Indian men is like the Dhobhi ka kutta, naa ghar kaa naa ghaat kaa. He is forced to abide by the outdated Indian tradition, more so now because women have procured legal provisions that will legally punish men if they decide not to fulfill the whimsical desires of his wife e.g., kicking out his own parents out of the house so that the wife can rule the whole house. In the name of protection for women, feminists have procured legal provisions for women, which are, in reality, a legal slavery of men. Dowry laws and Domestic Violence laws are ways to protect women who proudly harass innocent men and in-laws. Feminists are trying to instill fear in men by proposing such biased and draconian laws for women’s so-called protection by which women can easily enslave men legally. Now, men are not safe in their house and nor at the office. Everywhere he goes, he is under constant threat of being falsely implicated by a woman. Feminist call this gender equality. Too much of anything is disastrous. Women have been given excessive legal ‘powers’ not rights and therefore, misuse of laws becomes inevitable. Innocent people are suffering and nobody seems to be bothered.

The pressure on an average man is incredible. He is now growing up in a feministic environment where he sees himself hated by women, unwanted by the educational system, labeled as criminal by the judiciary and eventually called a sperm bank and money-making machine by his wife. This feministic environment has taken away his fundamental ‘rights’ to live his life with freedom, independence, self-respect and dignity. He reads in newspapers that everybody believes that all men are rapists by nature, criminal by birth and born wife-beaters. He wants to object on the way male gender is degraded by the society, but he is so crushed inside slogging to make ends meet financially, that he has no energy left to stop anti-social activities of these feminists. He is emotionally hurt but can’t express his feelings. He has to endure watching male-bashing advertisements and TV serials. He has to endure derogatory remarks made by male-hating women and male-libbers. He is filled with furious anger, but he chooses to keep quiet.

In school, his existence is invisible to others, he is abandoned by his parents, thinking that he is a male and therefore he must be left alone taking care of himself. He is burdened with a million unanswered questions that he must silently endure and also continue to be a part of the rat-race in the competitive world, and repeatedly face failures damaging his self-confidence. He knows he is reasonably sensitive but his feelings are never respected nor taken care of by the family, friends and society. Reaching adolescent, he has already suppressed half of his real true self so that he does not become a misfit in the society. This suppression understandably damages his self-esteem and self-respect to an extent that his strong points becomes his weak points, he loses his determination, his passion fades away, his creativity weakens, what used to be a sharp mind now becomes blunt.

He finds no source of inspiration. He drags himself only to survive with the hope that his situation might not aggravate any further. But it does. He then gets married. However, before marriage, he may have believed that there is one girl out there for him, waiting to be discovered and loved by him. Fear of rejection in men has never been a serious issue in psychological science maybe because it is much easier to understand a woman than a man. Besides, addressing a woman’s issue pays because it becomes easier for NGOs to procure funds when addressing women issues. Men issues are buried in the pile of apathy and disgust. Even after marriage, his inner most wishes are battered by so-called practical behaviour expected from him by his wife and the society. He understands the importance of ethical behaviour and therefore he remains jovial, friendly trying to conceal his true feelings from everybody he knows. He knows everybody around him, but nobody knows him. He masquerades his true emotions to be able to live a happy married life with his ever-dominating wife who only knows what ‘she’ wants, nothing else.

Indian men have proved that when it comes to being mysterious and enigmatic, they can easily defeat women. Indian men’s heart has been battered to such an extent that it is virtually impossible for anybody to even comprehend. He may always want to reclaim his lost self-respect, dignity and freedom in this feministic environment, but in reality, he knows that he is no less than a saint, who walks a broken and treacherous path to salvation, freedom from a life of slavery. This is Indian Men, who has been there and seen it all. He has seen the best of women, and now the worst of women, but his role as a man in India still remains the same. Indian men are getting the real feeling of spiritual enlightenment, where he is emotionally squeezed to look inward and search for true happiness inside him instead of dreaming a beautiful happy married life with a virtuous woman, which invariably turns out to be a self-centered wife, who only shows him the list of demands that he must fulfill along with handcuffs, in case he refuses or fails to comply. These men, though, will be lost in the memories of the rarest after they die, but will inspire ‘one’ unsuspecting man to discover a whole new life for Indian men for the years to come.

However, there will be certain men who will fail to resist the temptation of the fictional pleasure shown by self-indulgent glamorous women. They will be unable to sense the increasing emptiness within them because of the uncontrollable and beastly greed for sensual pleasure. Perhaps, these men, too, are necessary in our society for ‘others’ to observe and learn that if men don’t look inward to search for true happiness inside them, then they will run the risk of turning into an animal having no sensation of the true self. The past was glutted by mistakes, present is deplorable, and the future will get even more disastrous if Indian men don’t turn introvert and discover the true source of bliss. Living in such a decadent society is no easy task especially for a man having moral and ethical values, but if he takes the destiny of the future in his hands by being happy with what he is instead of pretending to be somebody else to avoid being a misfit in the society, he ‘will’ be in a position to alter the course of Indian society from becoming the victim of it’s own outlandish culture.

It is now time to be unconventional and revolutionary. Indian men must now seek to reclaim his lost self-respect, dignity and independence by not allowing the deformed and distorted Indian culture to overpower his ‘will’. He must now become connected to his true self, the sensitive and generous self, which has never been recognized in this female-dominated society. Only when he resists the temptation of sensual pleasures, which is now all around him, and opts to retain his dignity by respecting his body and the life-creating-force inside him, he will then feel the void inside him filling up with bliss and emotional freedom.

Spirituality is the key for the problems of Indian men. The more they greed for sensual pleasure, the more they will feel empty and blank inside. The more they turn inward to seek true bliss and freedom, the more they will be in charge of their life and destiny. There was no respite for men in Indian tradition and culture and there will never be. Indian men can rest in the abode of spiritual knowledge and self-realization. We have always suppressed our self to be accepted in the female-dominated society, where we have been labeled as criminal, rapists and wife-beater. Not any more.

Let the World believe what falsehood these feminists are spreading, let other male-libbers support these feminists, let women shed their character to wear skimpy clothes, let everybody go crazy for sensual pleasures, Indian men must now protect his individuality, dignity and self-respect. Now the tables have turn. Once the role of sanctifying the Indian society was played by women, now it will be played by men.

UNProtected Men

Men are now unprotected. Feminists say, “The Government should never protect men. Men should be left unprotected.” How these feminist are planning to do that? Any action/deed committed by a man that does not fulfill the whimsical desires of a woman is termed a crime by enacting special legal provision in the laws. These laws are obviously composed by male-hating feminists to get exactly what they want from men legally. If a man does not fulfill a woman’s “any kind” of desires, then the man should be legally punished for subjecting a woman to domestic violence. And the crime committed by a woman should never be considered a crime because if laws are enacted to punish crime committed by a woman, then men will be legally protected.

Domestic Violence Act is one such example set by feminists pronouncing that men should never be protected at any cost. In this law, only a woman, whether she is actually a victim of domestic violence or not, can complain against any man she wants to destroy. And men, even if they are the actual victims of domestic violence, the crime committed by a woman should not be punished and therefore, men should not be allowed to complain. In short, in order to protect women, men must remain unprotected. If men too are protected, then women will be punished for their crimes and that is not acceptable to feminists. According to feminists, no woman in the entire world should be punished for any crime committed if we need to attain gender equality.

Domestic Violence Act was prepared and recommended on the basis of reports furnished by United Nations. It’s a shame that UN took up agendas of radical feminists to keep them busy. Various committees are formed in order to fulfill the radical feminist’s dream world where men live like slaves. Legal provisions are enacted to make that a reality. UN reports on domestic violence say that 70% of Indian women are subjected to severe domestic violence. UN was confident that their fabricated reports will never be exposed, but now reports are surfacing that UN has distorted the reports to empower radical feminists in India only to globalize the radical feminist agenda.

UN’s reputation was already tarnished when US decided to bomb Iraq, and now allowing radical feminists to annihilate men’s rights by enacting laws to torture men legally and destroying the sanctity of marriage, UN is as good as a slaughter house where radical feminism slaughter men’s rights legally in the name of gender equality.

Domestic violence Bill passed in the Parliament was a momentous day in the history of India, 26^th October 2006. No law in the history of judiciary is composed like Domestic Violence Bill. It is extremely biased, inviting massive misuse and acting as a formidable weapon in the hands of women. It is enacted exclusively to torture men. In the name of protecting women, DV Act violates men’s rights on an unbelievable scale. No man in the world will say that he has never been subjected to domestic violence at the hands of his girlfriend and/or wife. DV Act does not give ‘rights’ to men to complain if he is tortured by his girlfriend/wife.

Feminists say that the number of men suffering from Domestic violence is lesser than women. They mean to say that if we have to attain gender equality and women empowerment, men should not be allowed to complain and the law should not punish a crime committed by a woman. This is their idea of gender equality. If laws are enacted on the basis of numbers and not the nature of crime, why don’t we repeal sections from the Indian Penal Code that are hardly used? Keep the sections in the IPC that are regularly used and abolish the remaining sections that are seldom used because according to feminists, only numbers matter. Their argument is lame and exposing their foul intentions. It does not matter if the male-victims are not as much as female-victims. This isn’t a zero-sum game that either male or female can be protected under law, not both. Why not both are protected? Their denial only shows that they don’t want the law to punish crime committed by women. They want to protect bad women and unprotect innocent men. 

Not giving ‘rights’ to men to complain proves that these feminists want to torture men legally. And they are doing so by entering into politics, legal system and NGOs to dictate their wants to the Government without facing a public debate. They are procuring large sums of donation from various Government departments by producing fabricated reports. They have been regularly giving instructions to press media on how to write male-bashing articles showing women are innocent and victims. Male-bashing advertisements are also instigated by these anti-male feminists, which is a way to disarm the masculinity of men and damage men’s confidence and self-esteem.      

Unfortunate for these feminists, people are now beginning to penetrate into their women empowerment conspiracy. More and more men are coming out of their shell, breaking their silence and opposing against these draconian laws. Press Media is flooded with letters of protests from men against these biased laws. Blogs are created by aggrieved men on a massive scale. Forums are filled with articles exposing the feminist’s conspiracy. It is like a war between men and these male-hating women. These exasperated feminists are losing their ground, losing their strategic battle, and their desperation is evident in the way they are trying hard to protect their ‘agenda’ by publishing more and more fabricated reports on domestic violence, dowry deaths and crime against women. Feminists had never expected that men will ever fight back to protect his rights. It seems their game is over.

United Nations, on the other hand, are sending huge amount of money as grants to Indian women organizations to silence male-opposition in India. US have allocated money to UN to work on their radical feminist agendas. US men’s organizations are fighting back and exposing the fabricated reports published by UN. UN wants to unprotect men by showing fake stories and figures of women’s status in the world. Men are now unprotected by way of not giving them ‘rights’ to complain against a crime committed by a woman. It is now time to fight for men’s rights. These women have shown us that they don’t want gender equality; they want to torture men legally. Their intentions are loud and clear.

Azim Premji falsely accused in DV Act

Domestic Violence Bill came into effect on 26th October 2006. Some call this Doomsday. Even before one month of its existence, there are already incidents coming to the surface proving the claims of people about the way this bill will be heavily misused. There was already desperate apprehension in the society about this bill, which has not yet been documented by the press media for they have the agenda of appeasing women's group. Quite obvious.

The victim, obviously not the first and the last victim, is none other than the charismatic Azim Premji, the chairman of Wipro Ltd, who was once the richest man in the country. The way he is falsely implicated under the provision of heavily biased DV Act is as incredible as it gets. Gaurav Nigam, working in Wipro Technologies
as a software engineer, is the main accused. His wife, Tripti Nigam, alleges that her husband's behaviour has changed toward her since he started getting dating allowance from the company. She has alleged that because of the dating allowance, her husband was keeping away from her. For this, she has dragged Wipro chairman Azim Premji and the HRD Head Pratik Kumar as responsible for her husband's change of behaviour.

Surprisingly, Wipro Ltd has absolutely no such dating allowance given to their employees. They have categorically stated that they don't have a dating allowance in any form for the employees. So what could be the reason, or should we call, the intention of this Tripti Nigam to drag the company into her personal affairs?

It is pretty understandable that a company as big as Wipro and the chairman so respected and reputed like Azim Premji, any woman would be tempted to use the biased provisions in DV Act to blackmail and extort very large sum of money from Azim Premji.

On this, it would be worth to hear the justification of Renuka Chowdhury who once said, "Good husband will not be harmed" and also "It is not a bad idea if men suffer." Yes, both the statements are contradictory. This is our Honorable Minister of Women and Child Development of our Country. If Renuka is asked the definition of "Good Husband", she would not hesitate to say, "Husband who lives like a slave to his wife is a good husband, and so he should not worry at all." And she will say it smoothly with a little wicked smile on her face.

Tripti observed from her own questionable perception that her husband Gaurav Nigam's behaviour has changed. Perhaps Gaurav Nigam was way too loving, affectionate, caring and ever ready to fulfill all his wife's wishes, and when he very slightly deviated from the code of conduct as prescribed by Tripti, she couldn't wait to test the power of DV Act. She can definitely screw the innocent Gaurav legally, but she seemed to be so greedy that she thought that, "Why not test the power of DV Act on Wipro's chairman."

Anyways, the claims of millions of people about Domestic Violence Act are proving right. This Bill will definitely get misused on a massive scale. This Bill is of course enacted exclusively to be misused by women against their vulnerable and defenseless men. If Tripti Nigam goes scot-free after trying to defame Azim Premji and Wipro, then many Tripti will be induced to test the power of DV Act against a little lesser influential man. In short, punish this Tripti Nigam and set an example that will deter other Tripti Nigam to legally harass innocent men. Predictably, press media will
continue to prove their loyalty toward women's group.

Women's Rights

Apology to women who are expecting this article to be pro-feminists. Apology to women, for this article will be revealing and exposing the delusory manipulation of people’s sentiments and misdirecting the Government’s priorities in the name of “Women’s Rights.”

The respect, gentleness and chivalry showered by all men over female-gender for centuries have now become the noose strapped around the neck of all men. Women cunningly went on demanding preferential treatment by exaggerating the need of chivalry, and men continued to feel nice for being in the good books of women. It is evident that for a man to please a woman, he must treat her with respect, gentleness and courtesy. It was the way men expressed their admiration toward female-gender. Men have always been submissive to a woman’s desires. Whatever she wants, the man will do everything to make her satisfied and happy. But, women are insatiable and up to some extent, illogical, too. 

Women re-named the need of excessive chivalry into “Rights” Rights! According to the definition of ‘Rights’, it means ‘a just claim or title, whether legal, prescriptive, or moral.’ An exaggerated and a perverted version of chivalry have been called a Woman’s Rights. Is there anything like Men’s Rights? Not likely. Because it was men who treated women with special favour from the beginning, and women used to relish every bit of it, till they realize that re-naming chivalry to “Rights”, will enhance their dominant role in the society and also remain a weaker gender. This double-edged policy of women worked wonders for all women, and men were absolutely unaware of what is going to happen next. This new version of chivalry as “Rights” was massively politicized. It had become an important political agenda from a mere natural chivalry of men toward women.

This was perhaps the beginning of the end of social harmony. It is evident that before politicizing “women’s rights”, there exists natural and unclouded gender equality in the society. The insatiable need of women for chivalry in the name of “Rights” was politicized to such an extent that Political ideologies were incorporating these ‘rights’ to augment their social reputation. People who were chivalrous toward a woman - which was then converted into a political and social “rights” of women - were respected in the society, and those who refused or objected on politicizing the women’s need of chivalry were condemned and rebuked. This incident inspired some women to coin the term, “Male-chauvinist pig.” Men began to go to any lengths in order to avoid being called a male-chauvinist pig either by a woman or by the society at large. This treatment given by women and the society to men who objected women’s rights also prevented men to unite and protest against politicizing chivalry. The society continues to be submissive to a woman’s demand of chivalry, and will protect her need of excessive preferential treatment with great aggression.

After many decades, a man continues to bear the brunt for not objecting and protesting against politicizing chivalry in those times. Ridiculous legal ‘rights’ have been extracted by women from the pool of political ideologies of protecting women’s so-called ‘rights’ or ‘insatiable need of chivalry’. However, women have worked very hard to maintain the tag of being called the weaker gender and prevent men to unite and protest against their manipulation. Now, in almost all the countries of the World, women’s ‘rights’ is considered most important political agenda. And many ministers have gained considerable political mileage in appeasing the demands of women by sacrificing the social justice. Women’s ludicrous demand of excessive chivalry in every spheres of life has been met, and they are also called the weaker gender of the society. Killing two birds with one stone.

It is obvious that their demands for ‘rights’ will never end. Even after enslaving male-gender, violating all fundamental rights of men and legally harassing all men, these women will still continue to be called the weaker gender, and the society will continue to accept it as true. Women are enjoying the best of both the worlds. Excessive chivalry of the medieval times, and enjoying unconditional freedom and also be called the weaker gender.

Men have essentially made a gravest blunder of their species to allow women to politicize their exorbitant need of chivalry. Now, women are on top in almost every political authorities and it is highly unlikely that these women will ever admit the need to protect men’s rights. These women in power are all sadists and feel pleasure in tormenting male-gender. All these women are misandrist and will not allow anybody to provide any protection to these innocent hapless men. Men will soon be totally abandoned, helpless, defenseless, having no legal rights with loads of legal obligations that make up Women’s Rights. After all, women’s need for excessive chivalry in the name of ‘rights’ is all about ruining all men’s basic rights and burdening them with legal obligations toward female-gender. To women, this is what gender equality is all about.

More and more children are brought up under single parenting than ever before. Children are deprived of the father’s love and affection. This emotional hole in children usually drive them toward violence, drug-abuse and incite suicidal tendencies. Boys are psychologically crippled while studying in a feministic schooling where girls are encouraged to taunt and ridicule boy’s masculinity. Teachers too are making sure that boys lag behind girls in studies. Fathers are unable to imbibe their wisdom of life into their children because the woman assassinates the character of the father to her child. Men are left to be called as mere sperm-bank before marriage and money-making machine after divorce. A woman will get married to a man to get a child, and divorce her husband to get huge alimony. This is the modern culture, where men are considered as oppressors and women are considered the weaker gender.

Various laws are proposed by anti-male feminists to break marriages, torture men legally and walk away stinking rich. Their anti-male campaign has been facilitated by political parties, media, advertising agencies, NGOs, colleges, schools and even private companies. Male-bashing is the order of the day. Now this misandry culture has been spreading like fire in almost all developed and developing countries. In India, Domestic Violence Bill is introduced on the basis of the survey of United Nation, which as been taken over by radical feminists, and therefore, all their statistical reports on domestic violence on women are fictitious and fabricated. In India, women demand to be worshipped in homes as they assumed that in the vedic times, women were revered in homes. In addition, in vedic times, husbands were considered, “Pati Parmeshwar” (husband is godly). However, when it comes to treating husband nicely, these same women, who demand to be worshipped, like to select tradition as per their convenience and luxury and condemn the rest of the undesirable tradition calling all men as oppressors and criminals.

They would like to wear skimpy clothes to induce sexual feelings in men and at the same time they like men to worship them. How hypocritical and pretentious! When somebody points out their hypocrisy, these same women accuse them for hurting a woman’s so-called dignity and modesty. Only a woman with dignity and modesty will wear skimpy clothes and also expect men to worship them. Women want men to ogle at them, but they never admit that. Women want men to approach them for sex, but they always cry date rape or sexual abuse. In most of the surveys conducted between men and women, women are more comfortable being dishonest to distort the results of the survey. It is believed that now, young boys are more vulnerable to sexual abuse from a woman because nobody would ever doubt the care and affection of a woman toward a child. In India, incest is rampant and females continue to be called the victims even when in most of the cases, females are the perpetrators of such a sexual encounter. Women will seduce her seniors and when he approaches, she will cry sexual harassment and gets him fired, and that is how she could get promoted. These types of women have no sense of character or human values. They are always obsessed with sex, power and money. 

Women being physically weaker, they are verbally extremely vicious and can easily drive a man to insanity and even suicide. Men commit suicide 4 times more often than women for the same reason. A woman is more likely to instigate domestic violence than men but it is always the man who is called the criminal. Women are as violent as men in the domestic relationship but because the man is physically stronger, the sympathy invariably goes to the woman. Blackmailing, emotional abuse, verbal insults and humiliation, physical assaults are all formidable weapons of women to destroy men. But, these weapons have never been recognized by the law or the society. They believe that when women are fighting for their so-called ‘rights’, then it makes no sense to protect men. Now, laws are enacted to be exclusively misused by women to legally harass men. Men who are victims of women’s atrocities are legally, politically, and socially forbidden to complain against a woman. Most women are unconcerned when they see more and more men complaining against women because as long as there are women in authority, these hapless men’s plead will never be taken seriously.      

These women like to live like animals in the name of modern lifestyle and liberalism. All the good stuff should be with women and all the bad stuff should be with men. Women should be treated like princess and men should be treated as criminals who are only useful during sex and alimony. Men should be barred from education so there is no competition for women. Women want legal powers to sleep around with anybody they want and still be called loyal, weaker gender and dignified. Women want legal power in the name of their so-called “rights” to enslave men as their pet dog and have sex with them whenever they can, order men to cook and clean for them, men should serve her when she returns back home from office, act as her punching bag as and when she is frustrated, help her in having sex with her paramour, work like a labour and give all the money to her, look after the kids, entertain her with sleazy dance, and be ready to get kicked out of her house when the man becomes impotent, broke, physically ill and refuses to obey her command. This is what women want and they want all this saying that it is their so-called “rights.” Think about it.    

Now a revolution is needed; Revolution of demolishing the fortress of these women’s deception. There is more inequality and social disharmony now after politicizing women’s rights than ever before. Banishing these women’s rights is the only way to revive equality, social harmony and justice. We don’t want women’s rights or women empowerment. We only want equality and social justice. These male-hating feminists have destroyed all humanly cultures.

The situation is so bad that no man in the world is safe now. Men have no choice but to fight back. Fight for your rights, fight against injustice, fight against tyranny. If men don’t fight, they will perish, and women will still be called the weaker gender and continue to demand her so-called despicable ‘rights’.

There are no ‘rights’. Women only want ‘power’ and ‘legal license’ to enslave men.

Needless to say, the actual victim turns out to be the abused husband who is ordered by the court during the divorce proceedings to give away outrageous amount of money to the insatiable and abusive woman. Since the extortion and blackmail from a woman to her husband has been legalized by anti-dowry law IPC 498A and Domestic Violence Act, the innocent husband would either abide by the monetary demands of his abusive wife, or go behind bars. In a situation like this, the husband is compelled to give away heaps of money to his wife on a short notice. The wife makes sure that she demands enough money to make her hapless husband bankrupt.

The law considers the appeasement of women’s groups more important than giving justice to the innocent. For some women, such monetary transaction after divorce is the real consummation of the marriage. The law is taking good care of the greed of characterless women and apparently, they will continue to do so. Husband and his family will be helplessly liquidating their investments in shares, gold and property to give away to the woman. For them, it is a stranger whom they invited into their life ceremoniously, and that same person ran away with all their money leaving them bankrupt with the help of laws that is supposed to protect the rights of women. Rights?

Therefore, it becomes imperative for Insurance companies to come up with an innovative insurance plan for husband and his family after which the insured sum can be given away to the woman to satisfy her greed, which has been taken cared by the law. The parents will insure their son’s marriage by paying reasonable premium, and when the son gets married, the sum assured will be ready to be given away to the woman when she starts extorting money from them legally. Since most of the families are legally terrorized and blackmailed by their daughter-in-law using the laws that protects women’s so-called “rights”, an insurance plan will give them a little financial cushion.

It is also vital for men to insure their marriage, inter alia, when his wife decides to misuse the women-protective laws and legally blackmail them. When laws have given women the legal power to terrorize, blackmail and extort their husband and in-laws, then it makes sense for the man to take insurance for his marriage to protect his family from going bankrupt. Some believe that it is women’s rights to do all this, and some believe it is injustice and violates men’s rights. Before such draconian law kills the institution of marriage completely, such insurance plan for innocent families will be very beneficial. Families who are legally terrorized will not go bankrupt, and the characterless women’s greed will also be satisfied.

DV Act: Fatal for Congress

Congress, under the unchallenged leadership of Sonia Gandhi, is feeling the shock wave of distrust from their supporters and common people after they passed Domestic Violence Act. Supporters are condemning the way the DV Act has been drafted. They understand that the bill has been deliberately drafted specifically to be misused. Ministers are now coming out of their self-indulgent cocoon and saying that they were savagely pressurized by women’s group with the assent of Sonia Gandhi’s ultimatum. Most of the ministers were always apprehensive and reluctant to pass Domestic Violence Act in the current form, but they were silenced by women group’s pressure tactics and Sonia Gandhi’s intimidation.

Currently, the Parliament is echoing the declaration of women power in the country’s political and social policies. However, women members in the parliament are relentlessly gabbling about women’s rights, which can only be termed as a systematic delusory agenda to topple all fundamental rights of men. The reiteration by women members in the Parliament about the status that a woman deserves and the rights that a woman needs has been stretched to such an extent that it only sends out a message that these women members are only concerned with taking care of the unscrupulous women and their ulterior motives and not for essential National issues. In addition, passing the 33% women reservation in the Parliament will only reinforce their radical feministic deception to enslave men in the society under the agenda of so-called women’s rights.  

After all, what is this buzz-word “Women’s Rights”? Who would call the agenda of destroying all fundamental rights of men as ‘women’s rights’?  Extensive legal powers to extort, blackmail, terrorize innocent families and falsely implicating innocent men and also going off scot-free cannot be termed as “Women’s Rights” and that is precisely what is happening now.

There is a conspicuous alarm in the society that DV Act will prostitutionize relationships. People will first get familiar with the Indian Penal Code and various other Legal provisions and weigh the legal risks involved in marriage and live-in relationship. There will be no place for love, harmony and understanding in a relationship which is governed by absurd, biased, yet politically correct legal provisions. Youngsters have already decided to remain single to avoid getting falsely implicated into women-protective laws. The Congress may perhaps be not aware that the children in school do not differentiate between boy and girl and so it is evident these same children will one day grow and break the spine of political ideologies of overprotecting women.

People are now disillusioned about the political agendas of Congress and are now deciding to vote-out Congress. Media, on the other hand, are feeling the pressure between social welfare and anti-social political agenda. Media is flooded with emails of criticism and condemnation toward women’s group and their radical feministic agenda, which has been propagated as so-called “Women’s Rights.” The social fabric is under attack in the name of Women’s Rights. It is now clear that Domestic Violence Bill is proving to be fatal for Congress.

Men are abused by women

Emotional and physical abuse is believed to be only for women. Men are the abusers and women the victims. Do not women abuse men? Yes they do get abused and mercilessly. A woman can be brutal when it comes to blames and accusations. She can invent many lies and kill the soul of the man with every sentence she speaks. She may not abuse the man physically, but her emotional abuse may be enough to drive a man to lunacy.

I do not know why the abuse is considered to be prerogative of men? Is it because they are considered the stronger sex? What about emotional strength? Some men are very soft and especially when they deal with a woman, they act more softly. The woman wants to abuse the man will have no such compunctions. She can raise her voice, she can use crying, she can corner the man with all her blames because she wants to hurt him. She succeeds because a good man will not retaliate.

There is no help for men who get emotionally abused by women. They do not want to hurt the woman so they keep taking all the abuse. Let me add something here. Women on who their men have greatest faith do most abuse. So when the woman turns a abuser, the first reaction of the man is total disbelief. This surprise continues for a long time, because the man continues foolishly believing that her woman is getting it wrong. She is not abusing him. She cannot do that because she loves him. This thinking process is very dangerous. Evil recognizes no sexual difference. If a man can be evil, so can be a woman.

Kick your parents out

Ketan - a gentleman having utmost respect for women - married to Amita, with whom he had been seeing since college days. Marriage ceremony went satisfactorily and they both went off to Nepal for their honeymoon.

Returning back after twenty three days, they went bank on to their routine life. Ketan was a marketing manager working in a private firm, and Amita was a Creative director in an advertising agency.

One late evening before they were off to sleep, Amita said meekly, “Ketan, how do you think if my parents move in our house?” Ketan kept reading a book and replied, “Sure, you can call them tomorrow for a dinner.”

Amita replied, “No, I mean, call them here to stay with us.” Ketan turned his face and said, “What? Are you serious? What are you saying?”

“I am saying that why don’t we ask them to stay with us? In our house”, enquired Amita. Ketan uttered, “What?” Amita warmly said, “You know, I have been missing my parents a lot. I want to be with them all my life.” “Come on, Amita, you are free to meet your parents anytime. If you like you can go and stay with them for few days” Ketan replied compassionately.

Amita persisted, “No, I mean, I want them to live with us, in our own house, forever.” Ketan closed his book and asked, “Amita, are you out of your mind? We have a two bedroom flat. Where do you think they are going to sleep?” Amita instantly replied, “In the other bedroom.”

Ketan was amused and asked, “What? That is my parent’s bedroom.” Amita slid close to Ketan in the bed, hugged him, kissed him on his chest, wrapped his arm around herself and said, “Darling, why don’t you ask your parents to stay somewhere else? I mean, I am sure they have lots of money to buy another house for themselves.”

Ketan immediately got up from the bed and blatantly said, “What are you talking about Amita? Are you gone insane?” Ketan was aware that Amita is a short tempered woman.

Amita snapped and got out of the bed and replied angrily, “Are you refusing me? Now listen to me Ketan, and listen very carefully,” Ketan nervously looked on, “If you don’t kick your parents out, I will make you do it legally.”

Ketan was hurt and walked out of the bedroom. Amita followed him aggressively and said, “You are walking over me. Now just wait what I do.” That night Amita and Ketan slept in different rooms.

In the morning, Ketan thought that Amita would have changed her mind. Ketan said, “Good morning, Amita. Are you alright?” Amita smilingly replied, “Oh yes, I am alright. But today, you are not going to be alright.” Ketan ignored the topic and decided to head to his office hoping to see Amita’s temper cool down in the evening.

When he returns back home in the evening, he sees his parents standing next to three police constables outside the house. He nervously and fearfully asked his parents, “Dad, what is the matter? What happened?”

One police constable rudely said, “You are under arrest. You and your parents have to come to the police station right away. Your wife Amita has filed a case of dowry harassment.”

Another police constable caught Ketan’s collar and threatened, “What were you thinking? You are going to harass a woman and get away. Now come in the police station and we will show you what harassment is.”

The constable held Ketan’s collar and mercilessly dragged him on to the road and pushed him into the police van. His parents too were brutally pushed into the police van.

Don't get married, son

Ashok, a 56 year-old gentleman, is working as a consultant in a reputed company, breezing through the congested market to buy vegetable, bump into his college friend Dinesh.

“Hello Dinesh, how are you?” warmly and enthusiastically greeted Ashok and shook his hand. Dinesh joyfully said, “Hello Ashok, so nice to see you. I am fine, how you are?”  Ashok enquired, “How is your family?” Dinesh joyously replied, “Everybody is alright. How is your family?”

Ashok said, “All is good. Hey Dinesh, why don’t we meet tonight for a dinner?” Dinesh excitedly replied, “Sounds great to me. How about at my place?” Ashok said, “Sure, I will come alone because my wife has invited some of her relatives at home.” Dinesh said, “Oh sure. You come and we will have a long talk.” They parted with a hand shake.

Ashok arrives in time and greets, “Hello Dinesh! Where is Bhabhi? And your son?” “Yes, they are right here. Sapna, you do remember Ashok, my college friend. And Vikram, he is Ashok uncle” Dinesh introduced. Ashok said, “Hello, Vikram. What are you doing these days?” They sat on the dinning table to chat. “Sir, I am working in an IT company” replied Vikram courteously.

Ashok enquired enthusiastically, “So, when are you getting married?” Dinesh replied with a meek smile, “Well, Ashok, I don’t want my son to marry.”

Ashok frowned and asked, “Why? What are you saying?” Dinesh gravely said, “We don’t want our son to marry.” Ashok persisted, “But, why? What is the problem?”

Dinesh reluctantly said, “I don’t want to hide anything from you Ashok. You know this DV Act, Domestic Violence Act. I mean, I don’t want to put my son and our lives in danger.”

Ashok attentively said, “I know that this law is ridiculous, but that doesn’t mean your daughter-in-law will do something. I mean, you should be positive.” Dinesh confidently replied, “I have done good research on this subject, and I tell you Ashok, this law will destroy families. What I want to say is that I don’t know what will happen tomorrow.”

Ashok tried to pacify the fear of Dinesh and said, “Dinesh, you can’t be so negative. If it is happening in other families, doesn’t mean it will happen to you. I mean, you also need to know what Vikram wants.” Vikram interrupted, “Sir, I respect your views, but you may not be aware of the today’s modern women. They won’t hesitate to misuse this law.”

Ashok kept quiet for few minutes pondering over the gravity of the problem. “Dinesh, I think you are right. I respect your decision. And I think I have to enquire about this from my son, too” Ashok pensively said. Sapna said, “Ashokbhai, we want our son to be happy, not to be legally harassed by some woman. Some of our neighbours too are trying to decide over this. This is a very serious issue.”

Ashok positively replied, “I completely agree with you bhabhi. This is indeed a very serious issue. The Government is only concerned with vote-bank, and here our lives are in danger now.”

Dinesh excitedly said, “Oh yes, the dinner is ready.”

Working women's DV bill

Hema, Tanu and Abhay, working in the same organizations earning a handsome salary, went to a restaurant to have their lunch on a working day. They entered the restaurant, looked around for a cozy place away from the noisy traffic outside, and strode toward the table.

Hema sat on the chair and Abhay sat next to her. Tanu, before sitting opposite them, passed a sarcastic remark, “Abhay, don’t you have any shame? Can’t you pull my chair in courtesy? You just went there and sat like a shameless pig.”

Abhay ignored her offensive remark in order to avoid any altercation. Hema chuckled trying to add insult to injury. Abhay, who was a gentleman by nature, was brought up to respect women, and so he kept on taking the beating from most modern women working in his office. They ordered ‘thali’ and chatted for a while about office politics.

Hema said, “You know, our boss is going for a trip to Japan for some business meeting.” “Really! That is cool” Tanu excitedly replied. Abhay said, “Don’t be so excited. The President is going to be coming from the head office for few days.” Hema snapped, “Shut up, pig. Are you sure?” Tanu said, “F*ck, that ass is coming in our office for all these days?”

They began eating their lunch. Tanu said, “Hey pig, pass me the salt from the table next to you.” Abhay replied, “Come on Tanu, I really don’t like to be called pig. Please stop it, will you?” Hema remarked, “Okay fine, fine. Now don’t act like a male chauvinist, whatever” and started laughing. Tanu giggled. Abhay ignored their harassment and continued to eat his lunch.

Tanu curiously asked, “Hema, do you know about the new Domestic Violence Bill?” Hema smiled while masticating and said, “Of course, that is the sweetest thing the Government gave us.” Abhay said gravely, “I think this law will be misused. Have you read some of the clauses in it? It is so biased. I mean, the man is going to be in trouble. It isn’t a good law at all.”

Hema replied, “Shut up, what do you know? This law is meant for women, not for men. Now stop acting like a male chauvinist pig.” Tanu laughingly said, “Hema don’t call him pig. He will get offended and cry domestic violence accusing us.” Hema laughed and replied, “Who is going to hear his cry? The law is for us.”

Abhay was feeling a crushing pressure on his chest and wanted to snap, but he kept his cool. Hema said, “Tanu, do you know that we can kick our husband and in-laws out of the house legally.” Tanu replied enthusiastically, “Yes. Isn’t that nice? I mean, Government is really taking care of our luxury.” Hema said, “Actually, we should be thankful to women in rural areas. Because of rural women, we are able to enjoy these laws to dominate our men.”

Abhay said, “This is so wrong. You’ll are misusing this law.” Tanu replied, “Shut up, male chauvinist pig. You’ll have harassed us enough. Now it is out turn to harass you‘ll.” Hema continued, “But the difference is that you men were sympathetic toward women. We will make sure you men will become our slaves and that too legally.” Tanu and Hema laughed. Abhay gnawed his teeth in anger.

Tanu excitedly said, “I think I will first gift my husband a dog belt on his birthday. When he enquires about it, I will tell him about DV Bill. If he doesn’t act like my pet dog, I will complain to the police.” Hema laughed and said, “Oh f*ck, that is a good idea.”

Hema gratefully said, “I tell you Tanu, this bill is going to help us a lot to screw all men.” Tanu replied laughingly, “Oh f*ck, look at the face of Abhay.” Abhay left his lunch unfinished, went to the cashier counter, paid the total bill and walked out of the restaurant in disgust. Hema laughingly said, “I guess he left to buy a dog belt for himself.” Tanu laughed.

Indian Journalism

Journalists are traders of Truth. They empower the citizens of the country by communicating news on the current affairs. Millions of people decide upon their routine activities of their day-to-day life referring to the newspaper. Journalism is not just about communication of news from the source to the destination - to the common man. With numerous religions, linguistic and cultural diversity, various caste and community norms, Journalism, confronts several nagging challenges. In order to overcome those challenges, Press Council of India established essential guidelines to ensure accuracy, fairness and correctness.

The element of independence in the press is crucial to maintain the quality of press and the code of conduct of journalism. Any external forces, political, social or international, with vested interest could easily influence the common people in the way that can be detrimental for the people as well as to the whole country through press, and to prevent such disaster, there is an element of ethics along with independence. Ethic refers to the conduct that ensures communal peace and harmony. Truth is not an excuse to sensationalism. When millions of different kinds of people are reading the same news, the damage could be fatal if facts are distorted and delusive news is propagated. Any indiscriminate diffusion of unreliable or unverified news could trigger an adverse chain reaction in the country, which could take months or even years to contain.

The press is entitled to ensure financial viability by all legitimate means, but engaging in crass commercialization in cut-throat commercial competition with the rivals, will violate the code of conduct of journalism. Distortion or exaggeration of facts or incidents in relation to communal matters could easily trigger mass hysteria in the country. However, sensationalism in the press has seemingly proved commercially fruitful. With the incremental increase in the number of press organizations in the country, they seemingly adapted an unwritten code of conduct of journalism, which will ensure commercial gain and effective promotion of the press entity. Social responsibility of the press is subverted in the process of catching and entertaining the mindset of the people.

Importance of reporting accurate, fair and correct news is now overpowered by the self-seeking commercial domination in the press industry. Noble, virtuous and courteous journalists are replaced by aggressive, interrogative and persistently fearless journalists. Reports published on a particular issue are getting judgmental and defamatory. Provocative compositions are employed to sensationalize issues or to prompt the people to think and behave in a certain way that may seem appropriate to the agenda of the press. Social agendas that are incompetently deliberated by the press have grievous consequences in the society, and that has been going on for long. They have been instigating repugnance between the people and some political parties so that other political parties are benefited. Questions in the poll conducted by press are so composed that the result achieved is as per their desire. People’s opinions are sought with biased questions that will derive answers that are beneficial for the press.

After the feminist movement in India, there has been a substantial growth of feminism in journalism. Women-related issues are given inordinate precedence due to which the quality of the press has significantly deteriorated. Increase in sophism has been observed with the increase in feministic journalism. The facts are getting distorted because of the preconception of the journalist, which is leading to perplexing transformation of the masses. Journalists are beginning to present facts in the fashion that appears appropriate to their own psyche. Social and National interests are getting defeated by the personal interests of the journalists. It has become an indispensable function of the press to cater to the political agendas of women groups. In the agenda of empowering women, feministic journalist are twisting the facts, exalting misconduct of women, amplifying crime against women, and infringing the rights of men. Male gender is criminalized and female-gender is labeled victims. People’s opinions are getting manipulated.

Press agendas are now getting amalgamated with the political ideologies. Agendas of the political pressure groups are been accomplished with the assistance of the press. People are misled by the press on the instructions of political pressure groups to believe delusive facts, which in particular, will give these pressure groups effective impetus to their vested interests. People are reading, hearing and seeing news what the political pressure groups want them to read, hear and see. Facts are distorted, truth is obscured, falsehood is rationalized, and slanderous statements are made only to achieve the ends of certain political agendas. Such deceptive conduct of the press has not yet been deemed a grave violation of the code of conduct of journalism as issued by the Press Council of India because they have yet to formulate strict disciplinary action toward the defaulters.

Trial by press has been a common phenomenon in the recent times, which essentially violates the code of conduct of journalism. Investigative journalists are concluding the judicial judgment in the pre-trial period on half-baked incomplete and doubtful facts, which violates the fundamental rights of whose character is assassinated by the press. Press’s initiation to persistently pressurize the legal system to act in accordance with the agendas of the political pressure groups and feminists movement has lead to social inequality and injustice. And in order to conglomerate the sentiments of ill-informed people to support their own journalistic assault on the Governmental conduct, they sensationalize their own justification and blow the issue out of proportion. Judiciary is compelled to act in conformity to the expectations of the press in order to avert journalistic assault, irrespective of the nature and authenticity of the issue. Instead of setting a harmonious and communally peaceful environment, press has been indiscreetly disseminating noxious sentiments within the society for their own commercial benefits and appeasing political pressure groups.

Press has now disempowered the people of the country. Truth is buried and vested interested of pressure groups are accomplished. Disorder and chaos is pervading the society, and people are helpless. People who are part of the political agenda are empowered and people who are excluded from the political agenda are abandoned ruthlessly.

This is Indian Journalism. Who will stop them?

Renuka Chowdhury's arguments on DV Bill

Renuka dismissed the criticism that the new Domestic Violence law was to harsh on men. She is determined to destroy the Indian families. According to the poll conducted by Times of India, 87% people believe innocent men will suffer.

Here are some of her arguments.   

“Women live in dangerously self-embracing situations. Even if you see it as a ferocity in the Act or the ambit is too wide, please understand that women are burnt to death, beaten insensitivity”

Do you have a statistical proof that women are living in dangerously self-embracing situation? It is your own views and you don’t have constitutional rights to make laws on the basis of your self-opinionated perception. As far as women are burnt issues are concerned, we already have IPC 498A. Your arguments are lame and unjustified.  

“There’s always need for corrections and amendments in any law as we progress, as a society develops and the need arise. But for what? Hypothetically, before we reach the bridge and cross it if you want me to make amendments, I wont.”

You have crossed all boundaries of sanity. You don’t even know what you are talking about. IPC 498A is misused now. What amendments and corrections have you planned? You said society is developing and hence the law too must change accordingly. What is your action plans to curb the misuse of 498A? Instead of resolving the issue of 498A misuse; instead of providing legal protection to those innocent families who are legally terrorized by the women you are calling ‘victims’, you have come up with yet another draconian law to multiply the suffering of innocent people. More than 600,000 families are legally threatened of false dowry harassment complaint each year. What have you done to stop this legal terrorism? You said we need to correct and amend the laws as we progress and society develops. What corrections and amendments have you planned in IPC 498A?   

To question on whether men should suffer before the Act undergoes changes, she said, “That’s not a bad idea.”

Who made you the Minister of Women and Child Development? You are definitely a male-hater. When you already are a male-hater, then why you are giving lame justifications that woman needs protection. Just say it openly that you brought Domestic Violence law to torture men. What are you afraid of? You are a minister. You can even physically assault a police officer and go scot-free. If somebody is criticizing your Domestic violence law, why don’t you just say that you want all young wives/girlfriends of the country to torture men legally? Just say it. Stop concealing your ulterior motives behind lame arguments and justifications.    

"Any law is better than no law at all" when protecting women are concerned.”

Do you even know the principles of Law? You need to go back to school. First you are saying that women needs protection, you say that men should suffer, and now you are saying that law is better than no law. As per the Constitution of India, every citizen has the Right to Equality (Art 14-18)(1) Equality before the law (ii) Equal protection of the laws, just in case you entered politics without reading the Constitution of India. If you think law is better than no law, then why have you not provided equal legal protection to men under domestic violence bill? Even if you have some personal hatred for men, which is evident and you also confessed it, you still have no rights to pass such law that is violating the constitutional rights of men. According to the Constitutional of India, men have the right to equality before the law, and therefore, your denial is unconstitutional and deserves to be legally prosecuted for violation of the Constitution of India for accomplishing your own personal vendetta by enacting such biased laws and saying that it is for the protection of women.

"What you deem as silly is really not something I've created today. Under the IPC speaking in a vein that is denigrating to the status of women, which removes her from dignity, is very much an act (offence)."

Do you even know the definition of Dignity? Dignity is not gender-specific. It is the quality of the character, values and ethics of a person. Are you saying that men have no dignity at all? Besides, every single man, one time of the other, is brutally nagged and humiliated by the woman in his life, which degrades his dignity. Why is that not an act of offence? According to you, if a man insults a woman, he should be punished, and if a woman insults a man, she should not be punished. Is this how you understand the principles of law?   

"It's over-trivialising and over-simplifying this Act. Please understand, despite all the checks, women are burnt,"

First, how do you plan to check the incidents of women being burnt to death when domestic violence bill has absolutely no clause referring to this issue? Maybe you haven’t read domestic violence bill because you are so much self-engrossed into torturing men, that you missed out the clause of women being burnt to death in domestic violence bill. If you are aware of that, please think a little deeper if you have to deceive people. People know more than you can ever imagine.

"Because of a minute percentage of people who misappropriate an Act are you saying I should not bring an Act?"

Minute percentage? 90% of the cases filed under dowry harassment law 498A are false. According to you, this statistical figure is minute percentage. Is that correct? If you think you want to conceal the truth, then your efforts are going to be fruitless because when so many people suffer from such draconian laws, the common man will come to know what is what. By denying, you are only putting a full stop on you political career. Instead of tackling the present crisis, you are impatiently brought in another biased law that will be misused on an unprecedented scale.   

"We have put in broad parameters and we will see in which direction the law goes."

You will only make sure that the media does not expose the scale on which domestic violence law will be misused. That is your broad parameters. That is what you have been doing in case of 498A misuse. You have already ascertained the direction of the law, which can easily be observed the way it is drafted. Men and innocent families will suffer and that is exactly what you want, and you also confessed it.  

One in six women is raped, murdered, beaten to death, sent into mental asylums. I don't think that is funny."

You may not think it is funny, but whoever reads your opinion will find it hilarious. One in six women is raped? From where did you get this statistics? There is no way you came up with this idea on your own, and if you did, you need to consult a doctor who will cure your paranoia. It is possible that you are considering the conjugal intercourse between married couples as rape. Then why don’t you accuse your own father of raping your mother?  

I cannot accept every divorce has been examined on the merits of the case

You surely need to understand the principles of laws. According to you, the judgment of the judiciary should not be based on the merit of the case. That is what you are saying?

Empowering women? According to your conduct, it appears that you like to empower women by violating the constitutional rights of men. And you proved it by setting an example of your own self. On January 20, 1993, Assistant Sub Inspector Suraj Mal, posted on the route at Kautilya Marg near Teen Murti on which the Prime Minister
was to pass, had detained Chowdhury's car. You then got down from the car, quarreled with Head Constable Janki Ram, also on duty, and abused him besides giving him fist blows and kicks, thereby, obstructing him from performing his duty. Criminal case was filed against you under IPC 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant) and IPC 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharging of his duty). Is this what you mean by empowering women? Is this how you like to encourage women of the country saying that you’ll torture all men and the law will only punish men?

Honorable Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt Renuka Chowdhury, has eloquently described the way she has effectively engineered the destiny of our Indian Families and Marriage. It is now up to Indian men. Either they try to protect the Indian culture and marriage, or protect himself. If he attempts to protect the culture, the law, prepared by male-hating feminists like Renuka, will ensure that he is bankrupt, humiliated and imprisoned along with his own parents. In this process, these male-hating feminists believe will protect women and also have access to dignity in life. In the name of women empowerment, Men’s constitutional rights are butchered, Indian culture is destroyed and marriage will become extinct.

DV Bill - Questions to Renuka Chaudhury

Q.1 We all are aware that 498A is rampantly misused. Instead of solving that problem, you have introduced DV bill. Why? Are you not worried about innocent families being legally terrorized?

Q.2 Men too are victims of domestic violence. Then why have you not provided legal protection to men under Domestic Violence Bill?

Q.3 You gave a statement on national television saying, “It is men’s turn to suffer”. Is that true? If you did, what do you mean by that?

Q.4 Do you agree that verbal or emotional abuse in Domestic Violence bill is a subjective and relative term? How will you make sure that using these clauses, women will not misuse this law? 

Q.5 Domestic Violence Bill is applicable in live-in relationship, too. Do you have any statistics showing that women who are into live-in relationships are victims of domestic violence? It is unlikely that rural women will ever be in a live-in relationship.

Q.6 When we already have anti-dowry law 498A, then why have you incorporated the clause of dowry harassment in Domestic Violence Bill also?

Q.7 One clause says that if a woman does not have a legal title over the man’s property, if she has some interest, she can demand the property legally using domestic violence bill. Don’t you think this clause is violating men’s right? 

Q.8 A clauses says that if a man ridicules, humiliates or abuses the woman sexually or violates the dignity of the woman, he is subjecting the woman of domestic violence. How would you define dignity? Dignity is not gender-specific. It is the quality of character, values and behaviour of a person irrespective of the gender. Are you saying that men have no dignity?

Q.9 Even if the assets, bank account/locker solely belongs to the husband, the woman has the rights to demand from the man legally according to domestic violence bill. Are you not trying to legalize extortion for women through this bill?

Q.10 Domestic violence bill also includes economic abuse. If a woman is asking something in monetary terms that the man can’t afford, do you think that the man should be imprisoned for this?

Q.11 You are requesting the Government to sensitize the police officer toward women in handling domestic violence cases. Do you want the police officer arrest the accused if they find the case to be fabricated?

Q.12 The clauses in Domestic Violence bill says that after the marriage or live-in relationship ends, the husband must provide alternative accommodation or pay the rent to the woman. According to the Hindu marriage, bigamy is a punishable offense. But live-in relationship that has no legal standing, a woman can have a number live-in relationship at the same time. What do you have to say about it? Are you not providing an opportunity to women to use domestic violence bill to extract property of the man legally?

Q.13 Domestic Violence Bill has established a price to emotional distress and mental torture and ordering the man to pay to the woman as compensation. Do you think those women who are not actually mentally tortured will never want to make quick money out of this clause? Why?

Q.14 You have already included live-in relationship in Domestic Violence Bill. What will be the responsibility of the woman to prove that she did had a live-in relationship with a man? What if the relationship never existed?

Q.15 The bill says that the woman has the right to ask the Protection officer to restrain the family members of the man to come and live together or even visit the house. Is this not violating the fundamental rights of the family members of the man? If not, how?

Q.16 The bill also says that the woman has the right to ask the protection officer to direct the man to leave the house. Is this not violating the rights of men? Even if the house legally belongs to the man, he is kicked out of his own house. Is this how you like to protect women?

Q.17 One clause says that after the complaint is registered, the man will have no right to communicate with the woman in any ways. If a person is arrested, the police will provide the person the right to contact anybody. And here you don’t want the man to contact the woman at all. What are you trying to do?

Q.18 The clause says that even after the live-in relationship has ended; the man can’t evict the woman from his own legally possessed house. Are you saying that even after live-in relationship ends, the man is liable to provide the woman? When the live-in relationship is not legally recognized, then how can you constrain men’s fundamental rights?

Q.19 The clause says that even if the live-in relationship existed in any point of time ever in the past, the woman has the rights to complain against the man for domestic violence. This way the woman is given a way to take revenge and extort money legally from the man whom she had a live-in relationship in the past. What do you have to say about this?

Q.20 The clause says that upon the sole testimony of the woman, the court can conclude that domestic violence was committed by the accused. That means the accused is guilty until proven innocent, and the woman need not prove her allegations. Do you think that this approach is as per the legal principles? Are you not taking away the constitutional rights of men? How? This way the bill will be misused just like 498A. What do you think about this?

Q.21 You know 498A is massively misused. You also know that Domestic Violence Bill will also be misused. What do you want to do? Is this how women can be protected by taking away all constitutional rights of men?

Q.22 You said that this bill is only to protect women from domestic violence. But the bill can easily break millions of families. Is this what you want?

Q.23 Many families, lawyers, NGOs all over the country are objecting on the way the bill is drafted. You don’t seem to be worried at all. Do you think their objection is baseless? Are you going to ignore them like you are doing in case of 498A?  

Q.24 After all this, do you think you deserve to be the Minister of Women and Child Development? When you have introduced draconian laws like DV Bill and have not amended 498A, you don’t have any rights to ruin Indian family. What do you have to say?

Q.25 Are you not going to step down from the ministry for destroying Indian families and marriage? Why not?

Protected Blackmailer

Vikas, a computer engineer married to Sapna, just came back home from the office and overhears the telephone conversation of Sapna having it with her friend.

Sapna talks on the phone, “Harsha, do you know about this new bill passed in Parliament?” Harsha replies, “Yes, Domestic Violence Bill. What about that?”

“I have been seeing a lot of apprehension in men on this bill. What do they really want? I mean why they are objecting?” asked Sapna curiously. Harsha said, “Sapna, men are objecting because they will now be legally forced to listen to us and do what we tell them to do.” “Really! Now that is interesting, very interesting” Sapna remarked contemplating on the endless possibilities.

Vikas nervously got out of the room and hurriedly called his friend Gaurav. “Hey Gaurav, how are you doing?” said Vikas. Gaurav said, “Vikas, I am fine, how are you?”

Vikas anxiously said, “Gaurav, this is getting a little too much.” “What are you talking about?” Gaurav enquired. Vikas nervously replied, “About Domestic Violence Bill. Don’t you see what’s happening?”

Gaurav keenly asked, “Vikas, what is the matter?” Vikas worriedly said, “Sapna was talking about Domestic violence bill with her friend and she said it will be very interesting to have such a bill. I mean, what is she planning? What’s going on in her mind?”

Gaurav said after a long pause, “Vikas, actually I haven’t told you my condition. You know that my wife is working and earning good. Now she wants me to give her pocket money. I said why you want it for. She said I don’t have rights to ask any question. And if I refuse, she would complaint to the police of domestic violence.”

Vikas was shocked. He kept his hand over his head and said, “Oh my God. What are you saying, Gaurav?” Gaurav replied, “And she wants me to pay her twenty thousand as pocket money each month. Come on, man, what do you want me to do?”

Vikas nervously said, “What are your parents saying?” They are saying that I should divorce her.” Vikas asked concernedly, “So what are you going to do? Are you really getting a divorce with her?”

Gaurav sadly replied, “I can’t. If I divorce her, she will file a false dowry harassment case on me and demand all my family wealth to settle the case.” “Oh God, this is very serious issue. I mean, I know they can easily file a false dowry case because few of friends have been harassed like this.”

Gaurav said after a sigh, “I don’t know what to do. I don’t have any option.”

Vikas asked, “What do you think about Sapna? Is she going to do the same thing with me?” Gaurav paused and said, “See Vikas, I think you should be very careful because when they have the right to screw you, then you got to be careful.”

“But, what do I do now? I mean, she now knows that she can screw me if I don’t do as she says. I am scared Gaurav” said Vikas. Gaurav said, “I guess as long as more men don’t come out and aggressively object, there will be no change in the laws. This is enough now.”

Vikas replied, “You are absolutely right. We need to tell people about this. People need to know that this isn’t some protective laws for women. It is a bloody trap, a blackmailing tool. This way they can easily blackmail anybody.”

DV Bill - Q & A for Men

Q  What is Domestic Violence Bill ?

A  Domestic Violence Bill is a Bill that provides all women in the domestic relationship, whether marriage or live-in, a right to seek legal action against her male partner if she perceives her male partner’s conduct is a form of domestic violence. If the complaint is lodged, a protection officer, predominantly a female, will pass restraining orders and give a second chance to reconcile. If the woman complains yet again, the male partner, irrespective of his family background and social status, will be convicted with one year imprisonment and fine of Rs. 20,000/- without any further enquiry.

Q  What are the forms of Domestic Violence Bill?

A  The various forms of Domestic Violence are as follows:

(a) harms or injures or endangers the health, safety, life, limb or wellbeing, whether            mental or physical, of the aggrieved person (woman) or tends to do so and includes causing physical abuse, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse and economic abuse; or

(b) harasses, harms, injures or endangers the aggrieved person (woman) with a view to coerce her or any other person related to her to meet any unlawful demands for any dowry or other property or valuable security; or

(c ) has the effect of threatening the aggrieved person (woman) or any person related to her by any conduct mentioned in clause (a) or clause (b);  or

(d) otherwise injures or causes harm, whether physical or mental, to the aggrieved person (woman).

Q  Does the Domestic Violence Bill protect men?

A  The Domestic Violence Bill does not protect men.

Q  In what ways this Bill is bad for men?

A  Firstly, it does not provide any legal protection to men. Only women have the right to complain and seek legal action against their male partner. Even if the male partner is a victim of domestic violence, he has no right to complain. When the woman will complain of domestic violence, prima facie, the complaint will be treated as true and genuine. It will be the responsibility of the accused, the male partner, to prove his innocence. After the first complain, the Protection officer will issue a final warning after which the male partner could be imprisoned for one year if the woman decides to complain again. After the first complaint, the male partner will be under constant threat of getting convicted and will do anything the woman tells him to do.

Mental harassment is a relative term. Even if the male partner hasn’t harassed the woman, she has the right to accuse the male partner of domestic violence. Harassment is defined here from the woman’s point of view only. Just a mere petty argument within a relationship, which is an acceptable and general phenomenon, can be called harassment. If the male partner is cruelly nagged and decides to defend himself, the conduct of the male partner will be treated as a form of domestic violence, which will be a punishable crime. Women’s vicious nagging has drove thousands of men to commit suicide. In one year, 22,000 men are committing suicide only because of women’s atrocities, and the figures are increasing. A male partner not living on the woman’s terms, the male partner will be accused of committing a crime. Whatever the woman says, the male partner has to do it. If you don’t do what the woman says, you will be punished legally. Be henpecked or be handcuffed.

Economic abuse is a relative term. If a male partner refuses to pay exorbitant monetary demands of the woman, she can accuse him of domestic violence. Not meeting her extravagant monetary demands is a punishable crime. She can demand any amount of money, and refusing her, will invite legal action. Her extortion is legal after this Bill. When any property is held by the male partner and if the woman has any “interest” in the property, the woman has to right to demand what she wants and not giving her will invite imprisonment.

Verbal and emotional abuse is a relative term. A male partner if resists of getting brutally nagged by the woman, he will be accused of subjecting the woman to verbal and emotional abuse. A woman is free to abuse their male partner verbally and emotionally. But for the male partner to even defend himself, it is a crime. If a male partner decides to answer back, he is committing a crime. Lack of unconditional obedience from the male partner is a punishable crime.

If the male partner requests to the woman to make love when the woman is not in the mood, the male partner is committing a crime. If the woman demands sex from the male partner and he refused because he is not in the mood, the male partner is said to be sexually abusing the woman. The male partner must satisfy the woman sexually as and when she likes it. When the woman is not interested in having sex with him or forces him to have sex with her when he doesn’t want to, the male partner cannot complain of sexual abuse.

In every possible ways, the male partner can be legally controlled by the woman. Not allowing the woman to control the male partner, the male partner is committing a legal crime according to this Bill. The male partner will be arrested if he slightly deviates from the command given by the woman. Even if the male partner has ended the relationship with a woman in the past, the woman can still dig out the grave and complain against the male partner of domestic violence, which is usually done to take revenge. Since the protection officer will be a female, the male partner will be threatened of imprisonment if he does not do what his female partner tells him to do.    

Q  Only married men are in danger?

A  No. Domestic Violence Bill extends to live-in relationships too. This also includes relationship between girlfriend and boyfriend.

Q  What are the precautions a man can take?

A  There are no precautions. One, who has the eye of reasoning the legal phrases used in Domestic Violence Bill, will understand that is bill is all-inclusive and comprehensive, and there is no escape. It is highly impressively drafted which displays cruel intent and malicious design of the women organizations. Perhaps a team of female legal experts have work very hard to draft such a all-inclusive law to totally paralyze men legally. This Bill has been formed considering every possible situation present in the society. There are absolutely no loopholes left for male partner to escape even if he is innocent. This isn’t a protective law; this is a license to destroy men.

Q  What can a man do to protect himself?

A  There are two ways. Male partners could either live their life as per the woman’s terms and do as she says, or remain single.

My Nation - India

One of the largest Democratic countries in the World, was on the verge of losing its centennial decade-old priceless heritage, and it remained hanging on the cliff for hundreds of years, till an unassuming man felt the pain of the people of the nation, and decided not to turn back. M.K. Gandhi, who drove the country out of the strangulating clutches of the British Empire, was an exemplary philosopher with iron-like determination. And on the decision of British to retreat back, Jawaharlal Nehru, an exceptional orator, gave one of the greatest speeches in the Parliament, on August 14, 1947. This speech echoed all over the world, millions wept, and the World realized that India will one day become a superpower. The sun that rose in India on that day, was destined never to set.

“Long years ago we made a tryst with destiny, and now the time comes when we shall redeem our pledge, not wholly or in full measure, but very substantially. At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, India will awake to life and freedom. It is fitting that at this moment we take the pledge of dedication to the service of India and her people and to the still large cause of Humanity.

The land of India was blessed with great leaders like Sarder Patel, Subhash Chandra Bose, Maulana Azad, Lal Bahadur Sastri, Lala Lajpat Rai, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Bhagath Singh, Tagore, and many more. Their fortitude and bravery, has been lost in the play scripts. The hope and faith has survived through these tumultuous and insensate periods after Independence, but they are now crushed under the rubble of corruption, insensitivity, and selfish greed for might.

People’s trust is getting hogged in the process of political struggle for supremacy. Great souls are cruelly pushed behind the curtains, to be lost in oblivion, and qualities like greed and selfishness, is acclaimed. Sense of humanity is belittled for demonstrating to the masses that when it comes to success of any kind, morality must take the back seat. The inherent strength of India, the cultural heritage, is denounced for the insentient attraction for the Western enculturation.

The World is changing, and is changing very fast, but it is that nation to claim the supremacy, which beholds its yesteryears of struggle in success and failure. Our inimitable originality is lost in the struggle to pursue the superfluous quest of others. The destiny of the nation belongs to the people of the nation, and we will not succumb to extraneous impels, we will not surrender our faith, we shall vanquish our foes and reclaim our triumph.

If you can revalue the grit and gumption lying dormant inside you, we can revive our nation from dying a slow painful death, and proclaim to the World, that India is not a nation that follows, but leads. The time has come, which comes only rarely in history, to redeem our pledge to the sacred soil of India. The moment is here, to unite and act.

Anti-male TV serials

Now, the mission of women’s organizations is to improve the status of women in the country. Don’t know on what basis they believe that women’s status in the country is inferior. Maybe if they consult a psychiatrist, then we would officially know that they are suffering from paranoia. How will they attain it?

Apparently, the only solution, women’s group is assuming to improve women’s status is to show men in bad light. Till now they aren’t facing any public objection for slandering all men on television. Surprising, isn’t it? The increase in women-centric serials on television is mind-blowing. It deserves to be called an insane phenomenon. Stressed out working people coming home, would like to watch some refreshing and comical serials to de-stress themselves. They keep on changing channels and they only find one type of women-centric serials on all television channels all at once. If this sort of mental torture is given to a hard-core criminal, he would surely breakdown within a week.

These women-centric serials have pretty much the same theme. Show women as better than men. Now how will they do that? They first select the target. Not the target audience. Target the part of the society that they feel should be destroyed. Men and Patriarchy. There are endless creative ideas with the writers to show men as criminals.

The latest serial, ‘Betiyaan – Apni yaa parayaa dhan’ is very fascinating. One family, 2-4 elder daughters and one youngest son. I know you’ll have already visualized what will be shown in this serial. Yes, you’ll are right. The son is shown as spoilt brat, worthless and weak in studies and drunkard. Daughters, on the other hand, Yes you guessed it right, are shown responsible, mature, hardworking, cultured, and an obedient child. There is a lead actress supposedly the eldest of all is a very scary woman. She is always on the slapping spree. Watch just one episode and you will see her slapping different men three to four times. This sort of behaviour on television is a direct encouragement and inspiration to all women that slapping a guy is fine and justified. Are they not worried that this can easily increase domestic violence on men? It seems that is exactly what they want. In the famous movie, ‘Harry Potter’ the girl is shown punching another boy and men’s groups had objected because this sort of visual will only increase violence in women. They are quite justified in their objection.

Anti-patriarchal value serials like, ‘Thodi khushi, thoda gum’ is yet another classic. The head of the family, a male, is always made a scapegoat. The daughters-in-law are superwomen. They are invincible, impeccable and always right. The world would have been heaven if this was true. Anyways, the serial is doing well to crumble the patriarchy system of the society but ironically, the value system of patriarchy of protecting and providing women should still remain. Well, that is quite understandable seeing the way women usually think. They want to have the best of both the worlds. Eat one’s cake and have it too.    

There are innumerable women-centric serials on air at the moment. All have the same theme with different stories. Degrade male gender so that women’s status is improved. Show men as oppressors, criminals and show women as victims, innocent and potentially better than men in every respect. Women just love these serials. And men, well men are facing domestic violence which the Government does not want to recognize. Men’s health has been steadily deteriorating because they are cruelly forced by their wife to watch these torturous serials everyday. Phew, now that is some nasty cruelty.

Let’s see how many more such women-centric serials will come and go. The damage is already been done. Showing men as criminals and women as victims is apparently a winning formula in television serial business.

Men's status in India

Men have proved that they will continue to follow the tradition of the country – protecting and providing women of the society. In this process, even if he stands to lose, the society will not tolerate their deviation. Women in the Indian culture are revered for their sanctity, modesty and sacrificial attitude toward children. The culture is destroyed. Now women are clad in skimpy clothes flaunting their bodies to attract and seduce men and also continue to demand the same reverence from the society. It is unfair for intelligent people but it is perfectly fair according to women. Quite rightly so as they stand to lose if they allow anybody to look at them with less reverence, even after shedding all their sanctity, modesty and sacrificial nature, which we are now seeing in modern women.

Men in India have brought up to protect and provide women and they have helplessly accepted it. He is demanded to behave responsibly and he must always think first about his family welfare and never about himself. That can easily be proved when we see men working in the most inhospitable environment, doing hazardous jobs, slogging in the scorching sun only to feed a two square meal to his family. Has this sort of sacrificial code of conduct of men ever been revered or praised? Never. They have always been money-making machines of the family.

Now, after the women empowerment campaign, the condition of men is deteriorating to a dangerous level. The legal system and the political system conveniently makes a scapegoat out of a man for their vested interest. Police, who are under pressure from their peers to solve the case, will implicate an innocent man and as far as confession is concerned, police hire hefty monstrous men to give these innocent men third degree. Bollywood has always made a point that whenever a woman is in trouble, a man comes to rescue her and beats the crap out of a male villain. And women obviously stand to gain to maintain a piercing competition and hostility between two men. The mindset is so much altered by movies that people spontaneously come to the conclusion that if a woman is complaining, then the man has to be at fault and should be punished. Credibility of women in India is stupendous.

The lifestyle of men has always been ignored for centuries. It is not a rare sight to watch an unassuming man peeing on the side of the road. Women, as usual, think that they are men and so they have no shame. But the Government is more interested in beautifying posh locality instead of providing essential sanitation and public toilets at key spots. Most poor men would be seen bathing near a water tank on the side of a road and people never think that they are helpless because they have no other alternative to keep themselves healthy. There are hundreds of urchins roaming around the city streets but you will hardly see a girl child wearing nothing, but you will see plenty of male children with no clothes. There are many rural areas in the country where women are heavily clad along with their daughters but male child is always kept naked. This is seen on not only roads but also in good homes. It is highly disgusting and disappointing to see people’s indifference and lack of sensitivity toward these little boys who are actually being sexually abused openly.

A husband is not immune to his wife’s vicious nagging that goes on ceaselessly. But men have accepted it as a part and parcel of a married life. Every man who is about to get married is always teased with statements like, “Now you are dead, you will be sacrificed like a goat and you will have to keep a smiling face.” Conversely, when a woman is about to get married, she is meticulously taught with statements like, “Keep your husband under your control.” Amazingly, we all know about it but we still remain skeptical when a man complains of being harassed by his wife. To add insult to injury, women have introduced domestic violence bill wherein the wife will have a legal license to drag her husband to jail if he resists her domination. Alarmingly, there is hardly any aggressive objection from men on such laws that will strangulate their individuality, identity and freedom. And women, they are constantly reminding the society that they are women and so men is obligated to protect and provide women with no exception whatsoever.

It is already late but it is better late than never to realize and accept the fact that men have always been a weaker gender and a second class citizen of the country. A citizen who is born to grow up as money making machine and act as a pet dog to their wife in order to maintain the traditional culture bombarded on him since centuries. If we men won’t understand another man, then who will? And women have conveniently defamed our brotherhood as male chauvinism. Think about it.

Women's status in India

“Never get in a mess with a woman.” This is the statement given by everybody, from a police officer to gangster, from politicians to a common man. This gender carries so much credibility that the society is forced to react on a slightest grumble of a woman. The society has assumed that they will be accused of hurting a woman if they don’t take the side of a woman even if they know that the woman’s complaint is baseless and unjustified.

Police are wary of reacting if a woman happens to commit a crime. There are innumerable cases where police officers were falsely accused of misbehaving with a woman even when the woman was the culprit. Police has to immediately take an action against a man whenever a woman is the accuser. Even when the police are aware that the woman is the main culprit and the man is innocent, they are compelled to arrest the innocent man. They are scared that their reluctance in registering a woman’s complaint and not arrested the accused might invite women organizations to their police station. Excise officers are cautious in raiding a factory because they have been falsely accused of molesting women employees in the past. And they know that a woman’s allegation always invite trouble even if it is a false allegation. Media are scared of taking a risk of publishing any article or news that exposes a woman’s crime. They are forced to publish articles that show women as victims and men as criminals and if they don’t do it, they face a severe public criticism from women organization.

Politicians too are unwilling to challenge women organization’s absurd legal proposals because they have been boycotted by women organizations which could be detrimental to their political stability. Ministers are careful not to give any statements that could invite rebuke from women organizations even if their statement is correct and justified. Men, in general, are careful not to get into trouble with a woman because they know that even if they are innocent and the woman is at fault, they will either get beaten up by the public or get arrested by the police. In offices too, seniors are careful in dealing with their female employees as they can easily disrupt the management by calling women’s cell and falsely accuse the seniors. Men are keeping their distance with female employees in submission because they could easily get fired if the female employee intends to falsely accuse them of sexual harassment. The legal system invariably passes judgments in favour of women even when she is at fault to avoid protests from women organizations.

In every field, women are expected to get special preferential treatment. Budget is prepared keeping in mind that they are obligated to keep women organizations happy or else they will be boycotted politically. Nobody messes around with women even if the woman is at fault. They are above the law, above the society and culture and very soon, they will be above God since they have already started preaching people that women were worshipped in the olden days. They can wear anything they want but they still expect the people to respect their dignity and modesty. They can sleep around with anybody, have one-night stand, get into adultery, but women organizations always force people to respect them.

This is the status of women in India. However, what we continuously hear from women organizations that women are the weaker gender and their status in the society is inferior. Really! It is one of the classic deceptions of the 21^st century where women rein the whole nation but continue to be called the weaker gender. The whole nation is scared of women but still they say that they are living in a male-dominated society. There is none to challenge the deception these women are establishing in the country. They have deliberately maintained their position of calling themselves weaker gender in order to extract as much legal protective laws as possible to be in control of everything.

As long as you and I continue to tolerate this mass deception of women, their power will increase manifold which will easily strangulate our basic human rights. Now that their deception has been uncovered and exposed to the public knowledge, the people must react against it and reclaim their human rights. Considering the above condition of the country, no man would ever say that women are the weaker gender. Now men have become the weaker gender only because we are forced to assume that women are special and need protection. Now make your own choice. Accept and tolerate what you hear or fight for your rights and stop their feministic invasion. It is our social obligation and responsibility to stop this deception that is ruining our country and making the lives of people torturous. If we don’t do anything, then who will?

Business of Marriage

Gone are the days when marriage ceremonies were filled with joyous sentiments and a warm welcome to a whole new life of learning, happiness, understanding and salvation. Parents were rejoicing to see their son/daughter getting married and starting a new journey of life, a journey where they will get to experience ups and downs, and more importantly, they will one day become parents. Son/daughter will be taught to tackle daily family problems with understanding and adjustment.

Now, in the 21^st century, the desire for detached freedom has become so acute and pierce that people began to find the traditional way of living a married life as ridiculous and oppressive. Now marriage is all about flashy decoration, swanking outfits, pricy jewelry and flamboyant ceremonies. The marriage expenses quite obviously sky-rockets. Both the parties are competing for the fame of getting their son/daughter married in the most lavish way. Elaborate entertaining jests are organized to keep the guest spellbound by the immensity of the marriage. But the intoxication of celebrating the marriage ceremony doesn’t even last for a week. Married couple will return back to their mundane life and will occasionally visit the moments of marriage watching the videos/photo albums.

Only when the man realizes that now he can start saving money for the education of his children, his wife will pull out her much deliberated lists of demands. She will demand her in-laws to live separately. She will demand equal rights in the in-law’s ancestral property. She will demand the transfer of title of the house to her name. The husband, being gullible and God-fearing will not see any harm in approving most of her demands. He would, however, respectfully explain to her that he cannot ask his parents to live elsewhere. She will complain to her parents of being harassed by him and he will soon be reprimanded for treated her like this. He submissively tries to mitigate the situation by apologizing. After all, if the marriage breaks apart, the society will accuse him only irrespective of whose fault it is.

After regular blackmailing, she will complain to the police of dowry harassment and domestic violence. The police, like scavengers, will immediately arrest him and his parents. The cops are also helpful to them explaining the unofficial mechanism if they want to escape imprisonment. They will be asked to cough up mind-blowing monetary compensation as demanded by the accuser. Who would want to get entangled in our notorious legal system especially one who is accused by a woman? They reluctantly give away huge chunk of their ancestral property to the woman to settle the case. The woman is happy to earn so much money that it is only a dream of people to earn it in such a short span of time. She walks away with fortune and a tag of being a victim of domestic violence, and the husband walks away bankrupt and a tag of being a culprit who wrongly got acquitted.

It is all about money. As soon as the husband tries to re-collect his composure, he then gets slapped by the court orders commanding him to provide maintenance to his wife. Now he is slogging day and night to earn to make ends meet and a portion of his earning is going into the hands of a woman who legally destroyed him. The woman is thankful to such laws in place and also flaunts her assertiveness to her friends and relatives for fighting for her so-called rights.

Woman’s rights are all about a man’s liability. More and more women are happy to increase men’s liability calling it as their rights. Women have proved that women’s liberation is all about strangulating men’s rights. What started off as a beginning of a new life of happiness for the husband, abruptly ends by becoming bankrupt, defamed, and humiliated. And for the woman, it has always been about money before marriage, after marriage and after divorce. There is no stigma on the woman for filing a false harassment case on her husband and in-laws and blackmailing them for money. What is more disturbing is that people continue to believe that women are always the victims. And to make sure that women continue to make a business out of the marriage, women groups work hard to propose women protective laws, gender sensitivity, legal leniency toward women, uplifting women’s status and defaming men as born oppressors.

In the business of marriage, men are not more than money-making machines and women are no less than legal extortionists.

Men will fight back

It was a quiet morning. The dawn was tranquil; birds were cheerfully chirping and welcoming a new day of learning. But there was also an eerie blanket of anxiety permeating the whole city landscape. It was the day after Sunday, but there was an unusually quiet street and unpopulated. After a while, a roaring sound became audible for miles. It was the sound of the biggest demonstration of the country after independence. There were only men. Men, with large banners, were marching uniformly through the main streets of the city. People immediately came out to their balcony to see the source of the roar.

They saw an ocean of men, holding different sizes of banners and shouting slogans. Media cameramen were swinging from all directions to capture the vehemence of this agitation. Cops were unusually less in numbers to control the fury. The crowd was going havoc; however, there was no damage to anybody’s property. The crowd was furious yet composed. There were more men joining forces from various cross streets. People were coming out of their apartments to join them. There were three trucks following the crowd carrying drinking water, food and other necessities.

Some people first saw it in the live television and soon they saw the crowd marching through their own streets. It was a nation-wide demonstration. Reports were broadcasted that the agitation is in all the major cities the country. Military assistance was called to control the crowd. Surprisingly, some of the military officers were indirectly encouraging the crowd to continue their protest. This news was broadcasted even in foreign news channels. It was the day like no other day.

Politicians were compelled to ask their demands. The demands were:

1)      Amend IPC 498A (anti-dowry law)

2)      Abolish domestic violence Bill or protect men too under the bill.

3)      Abolish extra tax concession to women

4)      Ban feminism

5)      Shut down women organizations that are anti-males.

6)      Ban male-bashing advertisements

7)      Sensitize police force and legal system toward men

8)      Ban women empowerment

9)      Promote realistic gender equality

10)  Punish media for sensationalizing women issues and ignoring men

11)  Lift the obligation of alimony and maintenance off men’s shoulder

12)  Not a single innocent man be punished

Hearing these demands, politicians were convinced that they can never ever fulfill their demands. Women were, as usual, chuckling within themselves after hearing these demands. Men decided to stand their ground. Banks, companies, civil services like buses and railways were disrupted. Politicians then ordered a strict military action against the crowd. But the military officials were not willing to take action against the crowd because they knew that the purpose of this agitation is justified.

Politicians threatened to sack military and police officers. Women were least bothered because they knew that the Government will never approve these demands. The whole country was virtually paralyzed when the agitation continued for a week. People were determined. For them it was ‘do or die’. They had enough and can’t tolerate any more injustice in the name of women empowerment and women protection laws.

The Government, after much deliberation, decided to approve their demands. Women groups got angry. After much heated altercations, men were victorious.

Probably, this is the only last resort left with men in order to stop women’s legal atrocities. They had enough and now they will fight for their rights. For those who are not aware or don’t want to open their eyes will look at this with laughter, but those who are victims and also helpless will hope the day comes very soon. Sooner or later, men will be forced to take drastic steps if women were to continue harassing them. It is too much.

Boys too are sexually abused

We know that approximately one out of six of all American boys are sexually molested by the time they reach 18 years of age. There is no reason to believe that there will be any less number of boys molested in India. We do not know how many of these boys are molested by sisters, teachers, baby-sitters and others in position of authority.

First, is it true? Can boys be molested? Can they be victims in the hands of not only men, but women too? The answer to these questions is an absolute “Yes!” Yes, it’s true, males are molested too. Yes, it’s true that boys are some times molested by perfect strangers. However, vast majority of boys, who are molested are victimized by some on they know. Perhaps someone they trust very much. Someone in position of authority. They are also molested by mothers, sisters, aunts, baby-sitters, teachers, nuns, music instructors, principals, school counselors, neighbours. So if boys are being molested by all of these kinds of people, why doesn’t the public hear more about this? When a female victim is sensationalized in media, then who would be curious to know about male victims?

It is estimated that only 10% of molested boys ever make such reports. And even when they do, society tell boys that they should be ‘tough’ and solve problems on their own instead of complaining like a girl. Why don’t boys report when they are sexually abused? Boys are frequently threatened by the perpetrators that speaking up will lead to further violence for themselves and/or others. If the boy has an early sexual experience with an older female they are told they are ‘lucky’. How embarrassing for a male to admit he has been molested by his sister, neighbour, teacher, baby-sitter!

The unwillingness of boys to report when they’ve been sexually victimized is even greater when the perpetrator is a sister, teacher, baby-sitter, aunt, neighbours and/or someone in authority. Bonding with, trusting and learning from our elders is an essential survival mechanism well-developed in modern day humans. We put our faith in the hands of someone in authority. At least until we learn there is a reason to question the facts which we were fed.

They betrayed because these are the ones in life that are expected to protect us the most. Betrayal is a very difficult event to recover from. Betrayal leaves the victim with a sense of guilt. A sense that they "should have known better.” A sense that they are at fault. In fact, these exact messages are frequently fed to the victim by the perpetrator. "You know you wanted it. ""You enjoyed it. ""I don't do this with others. You're so special that you made me do it!"These are some of the words used by perpetrators to defend their actions. And the rest of the damage is done by the people who disbelieve the victim.

On top of all this is the problem of being believed if one did speak up. Who would believe them? Sisters, teachers, baby-sitters and others in authority, are commonly well-known, well-respected, ‘trusted’ individual of the society. Who is going to believe a child over these people? Pressure exerted by radical feminists, the society has helplessly accepted that women are always victims and men are always the culprit. Under the multitude of conditions addressed above, who would want to speak up? Who would want to admit they have been sexually abused?

Teach children ways to increase their safety. Let them know that if they are sexually abused its okay to report it. That they will be believed whoever the perpetrator is. Parents must understand that children are frequently exposed to sexually explicit pictures/videos, which will provoke their sexual tendencies even when they are young. Boys are sexually vulnerable particularly when they are left alone with someone parents believe will be responsible. Excessive trust on someone like elder sister, teachers, baby-sitters, aunts, neighbours could do an irreparable emotional damage to your child. If you don’t hear news of boys been sexually molested that does not mean it is not happening or it could never happen to your child.

Especially in India, a female is over-protected and a male is left alone to take care of himself. Many families consider it normal and conventional to leave their male child in under-garments in the house. Such malignant attitude toward male child has never been criticized. Why? It is believed that only and only females have dignity and modesty, males don’t. Such anti-male attitude, sadly, has never been criticized by anybody because of the fact that in India, women are revered and ironically still it is called a male-dominated society. We know that a male-child is much more sexually vulnerable than a female-child because females reach puberty much early than males, but there is hardly anybody out there who is really concerned of protecting male-child.

Two different men

Ravi and Prashant were working in the same company when they started their career. One day, they decided to meet at a local bar in the evening after office hours. They ordered beer and snacks, discussed about their work and were watching cricket match on the television in the bar.

Prashant, looking at the grave expression of Ravi, asked, “Ravi, what’s wrong?”

Ravi picked up the glass of beer, took a sip and replied after a pause, “The condition of our country is getting worse.” “Welcome to India, Ravi” replied Prashant with a smile.

“No, seriously. I mean, you know, women of today have changed a lot” Ravi said. Prashant ate a morsel of Haraa Bharaa Kabaab and said, “So what? Now they have become bolder.”

Ravi continued, “No, not only that. You know, today I visited some website in which they had given details on how these modern women are misusing laws after marriage.” Prashant interrupted, “Oh please Ravi, you don’t tell me that you are taking all this seriously.”

“What? You knew about this” Ravi shockingly questioned. Prashant passively replied watching the cricket match, “Yes, I know what’s going on. But, come on Ravi, you don’t have to get upset. Why do you bother about all this?”

Prashant continued, “Look, you just enjoy yourself, man. Why do you care what’s happening around. Just enjoy.”

Ravi pensively looked at Prashant, and was perplexed to see his reaction. Ravi continued, “But, Prashant, don’t you feel scared that this might happen to you too?” Prashant replied “Come on, Ravi. You can’t think negative. If some men were falsely accused, that does not mean that you too will face the same fate. Relax. You are overreacting.”

Prashant said, “Look, you just enjoy, man. Look at the beautiful figures of women instead of getting upset over such things. And if you feel scared then don’t get married.” Prashant chuckled.

Prashant’s disinterested reaction left Ravi stunned. Prashant cheered when a batsman hit a six.

Prashant got married, and soon after, his wife demanded his parents to live elsewhere. This marital dispute continued and his wife filed for divorce. Prashant was then accused of dowry harassment and was sent to jail for six days along with his old parents. He had to give away a huge chunk of his family wealth to his wife to settle the case.

After two years, he met Ravi again in the supermarket and decided to take a stroll. After brief informal conversation, Prashant said, “Ravi, you were right, I was wrong. I was falsely accused by my wife. I should have listened to you. I could have averted this had I understood the situation seriously. I blame myself for my parent suffering who too were arrested.”

Ravi sympathetically replied caressing his shoulder, “Don’t worry Prashant. Everything will be alright. I am still single and happy to take care of my parents. Now you realize that if it could happen to other, it could happen to you too.”

Prashant assertively said, “But I am not going to keep quiet. I will meet ministers and let them know that such laws are ruining Indian families. I will also become a member of organizations that address these issues. I will not let this happen to other innocent family.”

Ravi smilingly replied, “Welcome to India.”

Male-dominated Society

There has been excessive hoopla about male-dominated society, and quite understandably, from modern radical feminists of India. What is this male-dominated society where not a single man thinks so? Why only women harp about male-dominated society and men never? If at all it is a male-dominated society, then how come women make the rules and men have to protect and provide women? If it is a male-dominated society then how come women have always dominated men? It is the same deception women uses.

For centuries, men are fulfilling the obligation of protecting and providing for his family, which predominantly includes his dear wife. It has been taught to all men since childhood that he has to live his life for his family and not for himself. Repeatedly, all his sacrifice to keep his family happy has never been recognized or appreciated by the society for the basic fact that it is his inherent obligation, a liability that he has to comply for being a male gender in the country like India. He slogs all day only to see his family’s wishes come true and he never gets disappointed when the woman of the family takes all the credit of a happy family.

Male gender in the family is primarily about responsibilities and by-God he has never disappointed anybody for his courage and resilience. He happily fulfills the economic wishes of his family even when he is in great pain. Millions of men have worked in some of the most inhospitable location, done the most dangerous jobs, slogged under the scorching sun, never grumbled when he slept empty stomach; he is the epitome of responsibility and courage. The ability to face crisis, and stand against the torturous emotional weather is the mark of a man.

On the contrary, women have been so far successful in demeaning the man’s courage and the ability to shoulder responsibility by saying that women were oppressed by men for centuries. For all the sacrifice made by male-gender of the family to protect and provide women, this is what men get in return: humiliation and false allegations. Furthermore, only a woman who fails to respect her father would say that it’s a male-dominated society where women were always oppressed by men. It is a proven fact that a man’s life has always been more gruesome and torturous than women. And women have always been secure under the protection of men.

Indian society has never been a male-dominated society because men have always lived his life for the protection of women in the society. Even now. But now women have turned the tables. Now women want men to fulfill her desire, which has always been like this from the start, but now women have started refusing to accept slightest responsibility. Not only women want men to perform his duties but also want that women are making them do it or else they would again start oppressing women. Such humiliating allegations had been tolerated by the society only because they are women and men are expected to bear the responsibility of women.

The very belief system of protecting women stems from the attitude of men toward women. And now this belief system has been so manipulated by women that they have criminalized the whole male-gender to an extent that there is absolutely none to consider the plight of men in the society. This negative development has been encouraged by politicians for vote-banks and feministic media. Politicians believe that as long as they are getting the vote-bank and remain in power, the common man’s suffering should remain unnoticed. And this attitude of politicians has been cunningly exploited by women’s group to their advantage for encouraging all women to victimize men legally.

By sensitizing the society toward women, they are forcing the society to be insensitive toward men and this can be clearly seen in the way law and order treats men. The truth is that women were never the weaker gender. It was the religious obligation of men to protect women for which he will be awarded highest heaven. But now men have become the weaker gender, thanks to ungrateful women. Men are expected to protect women; women have always been protecting other women, now who will protect men? If this unfortunate condition of the society continues to treat men as criminals and women as victims, then women, in the long run, will suffer ten times more than men.

It is a highly precarious situation for men because he is constantly bombarded with his obligation toward women especially when there are no deserving women left. Now there is much more of women than meets the eye. Women have proved that they have an innate ability to destroy men. Women will soon be paying a very high price for torturing men in this way.

Effects of DV Bill

DV Bill has been welcomed by women groups and rightly so as they now have the legal rights to accuse their husband and in-laws for not fulfilling her demands. When IPC 498A has been grossly misused, then who will not be tempted to misuse DV bill? DV bill has been so composed that only a woman can accuse a man, a man cannot accuse a woman of domestic violence. Men commit suicide 4 times more often than women. Men suffer more deadly depression than women. There is none interested in paying attention to the plight of men. In any given period, a man’s life has always been gruesome and tough than women. But men have always been expected to take it in their stride unlike women who complains over a non-existent problem.

It is amusing to understand that what a husband faces in the hands of his erratic, hot-tempered and stubborn wife is all part and parcel of a married life, and when a wife gets paranoid when her husband refuses to fulfill her absurd demands, she has the right to call it domestic violence. The only reason for not allowing men too to accuse his wife of domestic violence clearly means that only women should be allowed to make life difficult for men. Only women should be allowed to victimize men legally. Just because men are courageous enough to take all trials of life in their stride does not imply that they need no legal protection from a devilish wife.

A wife is in a position of accusing her husband of domestic violence even when there was no domestic violence. This understanding itself must be good enough reason for people to challenge the skewed judgment of feminists. Even though feminists like Girija Vyas, Flavia Anges, Brinda Karat and many more, who are convinced that DV Bill will be misused itself proves that they don’t care if the marriage breaks-up. People who don’t care about the society and people’s welfare have no rights to introduce such a discriminatory law. And because we are not challenging them, they are ceaselessly proposing ridiculous, anti-social laws for women to misuse. These feminists are enjoying themselves in orgies and the common man is suffering.

The post-DV Bill will allow women to blackmail their husband and threaten them with legal action if her demands are not met. Therefore, it suggests that husband will either stand his ground and go to jail or live like a slave to his wife. It is important to note that those men who were falsely accused under dowry harassment case were all positive and optimistic about their marriage and had trust and understanding with their wife. But they were sent to jail by their wife’s false complaint. If such a thing can happen to a positive and optimistic man, then it can happen to anybody.

Women have always been deceptive in demanding legal protection and even after DV Bill, they give statements like, “This is only half the work done, women need more protection.” Such statements force all of us to believe that they are in for introducing tyranny in the country. Women are insatiable. Even after it is accepted that men are the weaker gender of the society, women will still continue to call themselves weaker gender in order to extract more biased legal protection to harass men.

We will be making a grave mistake if we do not join together and challenge these feminists who are on the mission to destroy India. One man can’t stand a chance against these devils. We must unite, join forces and fight for our rights, for the safety of our family and for the well-being of the generations to come. And if we let these feminists do what they want to do then marriage will be non-existent and there will be no future of the children. These women have lost their minds. It is now our duty to save Indian families.

Only we men can protect India from destruction. Think about it. Each and every woman out there is eligible to become a legal terrorist and who knows, you might have invited one such legal terrorists into your family by marrying one. By not recognizing this danger, you will only make life hell for innocent people who want more men to stand against these feminists.

What women will bring in a man's life?

For centuries, women of India were revered as the form of Goddess Laxmi of the house. The current trend has finally unraveled the mystery behind the reason for relating Indian women with Goddess Laxmi. Goddess Laxmi is the Goddess of wealth and prosperity. Rightly said, wherever woman goes, wealth and prosperity will follow her. This strongly applies to the situation wherein a woman gets divorce from her husband and there goes the wealth and prosperity of the man in the hands of the woman. Man is the money-making machine and woman is the enjoyer of wealth and prosperity.

We have, however, never allowed the innumerable incidents about what women can do to get money in the way of our traditional belief system. Perhaps the media has never gathered enough courage to show the truth about women. Unfortunately, people of India are keen to learn about gold-diggers not from other’s mistake but by committing a mistake themselves.

When a woman falsely accuses her husband of dowry harassment, in order to settle the case, she takes away all the wealth and prosperity of her husband with the help of unconditional support of the legal system. What is absurd is that the legal system does not believe that a woman can ever lie. Furthermore, men commit suicide 4 times more often than women, and it is increasing, but the legal system considers only and only women to be the victims of domestic violence. Women are extremely stubborn and will not allow the people to accept the truth that men are now the weaker gender of the society.

There was already a formidable weapon in the hands of women in the form of anti-dowry laws IPC 498A to legally harass and blackmail innocent families, now the Government has one more gift for women – Domestic Violence Bill. This Bill has been gifted to women so that they can legally threaten to their husband that if they don’t become their slaves then they will be jailed. Women definitely couldn’t be happier for the Government’s support in their legal terrorism.

What is important in this double-barrel gun – 498A and DV Bill, is that all women will be tempted to misuse it against their husband and the only escape for the husband from being arrested it to never get married at all. It is obvious that when all women are gifted with 498A and DV Bill, why would they not misuse it against their husband when they know it will paralyze their husband and in-laws legally? Besides, is there any other way to earn millions in a very short span of time?

Apparently, now we know why women are revered as the form of Goddess Laxmi: because they have been gifted with 498A and DV Bill and would offer it to their husband and in-laws.

A man getting married is not only bringing in a woman but along with her, she will bring in 498A and DV Bill. So when you frisk your bride on the day of marriage, you will find the deadly double-barrel gun attached to a waistline – 498A and DV Bill. And when she is dressed in heavily embroidered pricey saree and designer jewelry waiting for the marriage ceremony to get over, she will then offer you 498A and DV Bill as a token of love, not for you, for your wealth and prosperity. She will invite wealth and prosperity from your life into hers using 498A and DV Bill. She is indeed the form of Goddess Laxmi.

Marriage Crucified

Finally, women of India have successfully crucified the sacred institution of marriage. First, the proliferation of misuse of IPC 498A (anti-dowry law), which has created much apprehension in the hearts of many families who are under constant threat of being falsely implicated under IPC 498A. When that was not enough to satisfy the modern sadist (women), they have now introduced Domestic Violence Bill in order to loot the husband and his family legally.

More than 60,000 cases are filed each year, 800,000 families are badly affected and more than 90% of the cases are false. Shocking!!! The more shocking is to know that women organizations and the Government are aware of these figures but are not willing to protect the husband and his family from being victimized in the hands of their unscrupulous wife/daughter-in-law. Media, too, shamelessly is not willing to accept the blame for not raising this serious issue in the public. It is very clear that the women organizations have deliberately instigated such a plot to harass innocent families and the Government is helping them to ruin marriages.  

It is important to note that those innocent people who have been falsely implicated didn’t commit any crime, but they had to pay a very large sum of money to their sleazy wife to settle the case. This situation is even worse than dowry. To top it all, Domestic Violence Bill gives ridiculous rights to women to loot their husband and in-laws legally. Women call this as gender equality. Some women are bold enough to blurt it out that now its men’s turn to suffer in pain. This clearly shows that sadistic approach in attaining gender equality. Unfortunately, with people’s ignorance and lack of empowerment, they are simply living their helpless life under constant threat, thanks to bias media.

Anybody with reasonable maturity can figure out from these developments that women are not interested in gender equality; they are aiming for a World where men live like pet dogs to them who are stinking rich. Men will be legally obligated to live like pet dogs to women, earn lots of money and give it away to his wife, satisfy her sexual needs as and when, and finally to cheerfully dance on her tunes like a monkey.

However, in order to create the balance of power between the two genders, men are now beginning to realize that women can’t be judged from their beauty. Men are becoming conscientious to an extent that they find it highly unreasonable to follow the age-old tradition of respecting, protecting and providing for women. They are now beginning to accept women as just another person in the society who can potentially hurt them. Now men will not fall for a beautiful and curvaceous woman having greed, jealousy and hatred in her heart. And there are plentiful of such women out there. This positive change will definitely shake the foundation of radical feminism. Needless to say, media will remain shameless and continue to protect the deception of women empowerment.

Women had dug up a grave for men but it seems women are going to fall into it and men are going to have loads of laugh.

Justice for Men

A 45-year old Armogam Munnaswami Kounder walked out of Pune’s Yerawada Jail after spending 11 years in prison on charges of raping and murdering a six-year old girl.

Although the punishment for such crimes is life imprisonment but he was a free man only after spending 11 years in jail. Why? 11 years isn’t enough for a crime like this, right? But what if he was innocent? What if he was falsely implicated and framed by the police? And that is exactly what happened with this hapless innocent man.

Kounder was an illiterate sweeper with the Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation. On 1 June 1995, the police came and arrested him. The police showed him the body of the girl and took him to the lock up. Kounder, who was unfamiliar with Hindi or Marathi, made futile attempts to prove his innocence. He was brutally beaten up by the police in the lock-up. Kounder was then convicted. Human Rights Commission need to shut down their organization if they can’t ban third degree torture during interrogation.  

Fortunately, the cop who falsely implicated Kounder committed suicide and also left a suicide note in which he confessed that Kounder was framed by him at the instance of his superiors. The judges then decided to acquit Kounder.

Now Kounder roams the streets of Pune and was at a complete loss. He went back to Vellore to try to reunite with his wife and kids who never came to see him after he was falsely convicted. Talk about marriage vows taken by his wife to support her husband in all circumstances.

He lost 11 years of his life and also his family only because of the insensitive attitude of the legal system toward male gender. It goes without saying that there are hundreds of prisoners who are falsely implicated and are waiting for someone to come and prove their innocence. But maybe that someone will never arrive because the whole legal system has been engaged in pampering female gender. In order to sensitize the legal system toward female gender, the judiciary aren’t worried about innocent people been falsely convicted in the process of appeasing women groups. For women groups, this is equality and fair play.

Ask these women groups to rehabilitate Kounder and their answer would be, “That is not our concern.” Yes, their only concern is to take away basic rights of men and also deceive people by saying that it is all part of gender equality process.

Extortion

Ramesh, a respectable businessmen and a caring family man, receives a phone call from an anonymous caller.

Anonymous: “Ramesh, if you do not pay us Rs. 25 lakhs, we will kill you.”
Ramesh agrees with the demands of the anonymous person and arranges to pay him Rs. 25 lakhs. But he also informs the police about the extortion call. The police plans to catch the culprit red-handed and the anonymous person does get caught and is punished with imprisonment and fine.

The extortionists threatened to kill Ramesh if he does not agree to their demands. Under Indian Penal Code, this is a punishable crime.

However, there are other methods to extort money from someone, which as incredible as it sounds, is not punishable crime.

Who isn’t interested in getting a quick buck? Apparently, earning a quick buck is the prerogative of women in Indian society. 90% of the cases filed under dowry harassment case of IPC 498A are false confirms lawyers. 90%!!!! Apparently, the citizens of India has no rights to demand an explanation as to why the IPC 498A hasn’t yet been amended to curb this misuse. After all, the opportunity to earn a quick buck by women misusing the laws isn’t openly disclosed, thanks to biased media.

The wife, who succeeded camouflaging her greed for money and power, goes to the police to file a case of false dowry harassment against her husband and in-laws. After discussing with her lawyer, the lawyer contacts the husband and in-laws and demands Rs. 25 lakhs to be paid to the wife if they want to settle the case amicably. Amicably?

The husband, being aware of how biased the legal system is, decides to pay the money to his wife and seeks to settle the case. He pays because he is given an opportunity to sneak out of the strangle-hold of the legal system which considers all women as victims and all men as criminals. Incredibly, this whole extortion takes place right under the nose of the cops and they too seek to benefit from such a transaction.

The husband attains freedom by paying a huge sum of money under the supervision of the police, the legal system makes sure that the rights of women are protected, and the wife goes away with a hefty sum of money by threatening the husband of legal consequences. Now that is an impressive way of earning a quick buck, legally. The wife goes home with a grin and observes that whatever she did, legal system, society, media and the government is with her.

Women call this method of extortion as their rights. Rights?

Double Standard

Ravan had ten heads but he had only one distinct personality. Whereas Indian women have one head but many conflicting personalities. Women have always been hard to understand. The reason was not that they are enigmatic and unpredictable. The reason had been that men were conditioned to think in a particular manner about women. Most of the time men find it difficult to learn from experiences where he sees a distinct difference between the woman and the belief system the society carries about women. But now men have rejected the old outdated belief system about women and have begun understanding women through observation and experience. They now know that what they are asked to see is not always true.  

Feminists have been babbling about women rights and people are now kind of getting bored and irritated with their eccentric ideologies on womanhood. People are realizing that these feminists are holding a double standard in their so-called woman liberation. They want to be financially independent and also want to brag about it on a global scale but when it comes to alimony, they don’t feel ashamed of demanding her ex-husband to pay them maintenance. Where is their so-called dignity the idea of women liberation at the time of being a financial burden on her ex-husband especially when they brag about being financially independent? It seems that they do not have any self-respect or dignity and that is why they are not ashamed of extracting money from their ex-husband even when they are financially independent. They wouldn’t want to miss any chance to pass the buck onto her ex-husband’s shoulder of providing her financially. This is double standard.

They are not only shaking off their basic family responsibilities, but they are also offensively dictating the duties of men. When it comes to their freedom, they rationalize their self-centered actions by comparing the culture of US and when it comes to the men’s freedom, they remind people of the tradition of our country that men must support and provide woman. That means women have the right to follow US culture and men are obligated to follow India’s 14^th century tradition. When a man gets into an extramarital affair, he is called a cheat and disloyal to his wife. But when a woman gets into an extramarital affair, she is called a modern woman who does not hesitate to satisfy her sexual needs. She is praised when she has a one-night-stand and when a man has a one-night-stand, his character is assassinated ruthlessly.

Men are naturally attracted to women and they will try to grab the attention of women in more than one ways. But women never admit that they want to grab men’s attention by wearing skimpy clothes. They often rationalize saying that they wear skimpy clothes because they feel comfortable. Women want men to look at them and also want to induce sexual feelings in men toward them. But when men do look at them, they immediately conceal their ulterior motives by saying men only think about sex and that they dislike being ogled by men. What a big lie!

They even make a big fuss that so-and-so city is not safe for women because they can’t go out in the middle of the night. Well, going out in the middle of the night is not safe for men either. And only a person with questionable maturity would want to go out in the middle of the night to see if they are safe. No country in the world is safe in the night for anybody including US.

Feminists are encouraging women to get aggressive, offensively assertive and whimsical and this can easily be seen in today’s modern women. Men are constantly bombarded with the etiquettes he must follow of respecting all women equally and acting submissive to the woman’s desires. It is alright for women to humiliate, insult, and offend a man and she will also be praised to give a piece of her mind to that innocent man. But when a man even attempts to defend his dignity, he is brutally criticized for disrespecting a woman’s dignity and modesty. It seems that dignity, self-respect and modesty is the prerogative of only women and these feminists are trying hard to demean men’s status in the society even though their own father, husband, brother and son are also men.

They even try to remind people that in India, women are worshipped and therefore, the tradition must go on even now. In that case men too are worshipped because most of the Indian Gods are males. No! Men, according to feminists, must worship women and women must not worship men at all. As a matter of fact, women must demean men so that they learn the lesson for not listening to women. With such offensive, destructive attitude of women, the Indian society will soon be destroyed beyond repair and women shall be wholly responsible. Modern women just can’t follow one simple principle – Give Respect to Earn Respect. Being intensely demanding only proves their pathetic arrogance.

Bias against Women

Indian women are relentlessly babbling about the bias a woman faces in India. Let’s take a look at how true their claims are.

1) Taxable Income: It is an accepted fact that the financial responsibility of the family invariably lands on the male members of the family. Women have started earning and are enjoying every bit of bragging the media is doing on their behalf. However, the financial responsibility is on the man’s shoulder, the woman gets a preferential treatment as far as taxation is concern. Women have higher disposable income after tax than men even though men are obligated to provide the family. Isn’t this bias? According to women, this is bias against women as women are demanding more and more tax concession. When asked why, their answer is because they are women. Just because they are women, they have the right to get better than men and simultaneously demand men to provide them financially. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?

2) Media coverage: Women expect the public to react immediately on news about a woman in distress. Women organizations are putting enough political pressure on the media to cover only those issues where women are victims. At the same time, feminists in media are influencing the way people interpret news story with the help of words that would implicitly suggests that men are criminals and women are victims. The objective is to take away all credibility from the whole male-gender so that a woman is powerful enough to accuse anybody with anything. News of suicide committed by a woman hits the headlines whereas news of suicide committed by a man doesn’t even reach the news. Their aim is not only to sensitize people toward women but also to desensitize people toward men.  Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?

3) Protective Laws: Laws are enacted to protect the citizen of the country. But in case of women, it is justified to misuse the laws to take revenge. Dowry harassment law has been so composed that women need not only file a dowry harassment case on their husband and in-laws when they harass her for dowry, she can also file a dowry harassment case on their husband and in-laws even when they don’t follow the rules made by her. Her rules could be 1) paying money to her parents 2) transferring the property, house to her name 3) kicking in-laws out of the house 4) making her husband submissive. All these are reasons that a woman can file dowry harassment case on her husband and in-laws. The police, in order to exploit the vulnerable position of the husband, will make every effort to settle the case with a huge monetary compensation paid to the woman. Husband who never demanded any dowry and never harassed his wife had to pay his wife huge sum of money only because he is a man. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?

4) Children: It is a proven fact that the computation of sex ratio is not accurate because it is based on predetermined assumptions, which are subjected to errors. Knowing this fact, women organizations are doing everything to influence the people with these questionable sex ratios in order to demand more rights for women. Knowing the ulterior motives of these unscrupulous women organizations, it will not be a surprise to see if females are born more than males, women organizations will continue to fabricate the reports to extract more legal rights for women. Who knows, maybe more females are born than males and they are concealed from the public. More women-centric serials are produced with these women issues as their theme to brainwash the people to think that women are victims, stronger and superior, and men are criminals, abusers and inferiors. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?

5) Education: Reports say that there are more males working as child labour than females. There are more males who drop out of the school forced by the family to start earning working as a labour. Despite these facts, the Government is forced to provide free education only for females on the instruction of women organizations who are exploiting the government’s stand on vote-bank politics. Women organizations want men to work as labour and women to work as top executives. They want men to remain illiterates so that they remain submissive to educated women. It is extremely disturbing that those little boys having great ambitions are forced to work as labour because of these devilish women organizations. Wouldn’t you call this bias against men?

As long as these unscrupulous women organizations remain in the country, India cannot progress. They are forgetting that women learn more from men than from women and if they want to ruin men’s life, they are actually ruining their own life. If you want respect, give respect. If women are insulting male-gender, their own gender will lose all respect. Excessive pampering of women-centric issues has infact made people more insensitive toward women and women only are to be blamed for their hate-mongering attitude.

Bias is only against men. It has always been men and now also men are on the receiving end. Not only women organizations but also the people who have been ignoring these negative development created by women are to be blamed for decadent condition of the society. All the claims made by women that there is bias against women are false.

Male-Bashing Advertisements

The only way women’s status can be improved is by representing men as criminals, stupid, irresponsible and abusers. This is what the new-age advertising code of conduct is all about.  With the increasing feminists working in advertising agencies, their male-hating attitude clearly oozes from their advertisements. It is no longer about women becoming stronger and achieving their potentials. It is now about how to make all men submissive to a woman’s domination.

It is now not uncommon to see a woman slapping a man in advertisements. If it is wrong for man to hit a woman, why are these feminists trying to justify a woman hitting a man? Sociologists say that these are an encouragement to women to get physical with men, which will definitely hurts a man’s sensibilities and will also damage woman’s status in the society. Some male-hating women working in advertising agencies are coming up with creative ideas to ridicule men’s masculinity making men ashamed of their own self. This can be said to be am ingenious idea to empower women to control men but in the long run, women will prove to be a loser.

It is a shame that Advertising agencies have lost all ethical code of conduct and have begun producing such anti-social male-bashing advertisements. Gender equality is not about making men inferiors with the help of such advertisements and woman-centric serials that portray men as criminals, abusers, oppressors, stupid or senseless. This is happening in foreign countries too and men’s organizations have begun protesting against this attack. But in India, there are no men’s organizations to fight against this injustice and inappropriate representation of male-gender.

By showing men as inferiors to women will only increase the gender gap and that can be clearly seen in the increasing number of divorce cases. Who is responsible for this sad condition of our society? These hate-mongering feminists have gone too far and needs to be disciplined by enforcing strict guidelines on advertisements. Any derogatory advertisement toward male-gender must invite legal action against the culprit.  

Stop male-bashing advertisements. Enough is enough. By resorting to such male-bashing advertisements to empower women is a sign of cowardice and shamelessness.

Feminists under fire

For decades feminists have flourished spectacularly and have invaded print media and television to voice their lists of rights that seemed alright for men. Not any more. Only recently, men are beginning to realize the inappropriate radicalism in feministic ideology, which they initially believed will attain gender equality, and are now willing to object on their one-sided feminists’ movement.

By holding on to the sham belief that it’s a Man’s world, these feminists have managed to carve a niche for themselves where they continue to be called the weaker gender but still make all the rules not only for themselves but also for men. It is an important question to ask, “If men have all the powers, how come women make all the rules?” Men’s greatest weakness is that they can’t justify their weakness. Women’s greatest strength is that they can portray themselves as weak.

When men began realizing the deception behind feminism and all those issues concerning gender equality and women empowerment, they began their aggressive movement onto the internet because media weren’t willing to challenge women organizations. At first, they were brutally rebuked by the people but now people are beginning to realize that what has been written on the internet about deceptive feminism is actually true. Even the media has come under pressure from e-defense of men against feministic attacks. Men have finally decided to throw away all traditional inhibitions and have started to object vigorously against women. This was something these feminists had never imagined.

The number of men’s organization working on the internet to spread awareness about the deceptive feminism, gender equality and women empowerment has been steadily increasing and soon the media will be forced to expose this deception to the whole nation. This deception has only increased the hatred in women towards men. Now men are realizing that gender equality policy is a zero sum game. Men need to lose for women to win. This is no longer acceptable for men, which has become a major concern for the women organizations all over the World. Men are also finding it highly offensive when these feminists are producing male-bashing advertisements to encourage women to ridicule men.

The deceptive feministic ideology, which gave women legal control over men, is no longer effective enough for women to rule the world and are now beginning to feel apprehensive about their fate that was built on falsehood. It seems that now women are realizing that what they wanted to achieve will not only put men at the receiving end but will also put their own respect in the society in jeopardy. People are becoming insensitive toward women seeing the way women are progressing and demanding ludicrous rights making men vulnerable and defenseless. They want all the rights but are shamelessly shunning all responsibility and accountability.

It is unfortunate that people had accepted the feminist ideology that men should lose for women to win. However, there are some people in media who are stubbornly portraying women as oppressed by men and it would not be a surprise if these people are women. Just a few women in power are propagating their hate-mongering attitude onto all the women of the country with the help of media, either by showing male-bashing advertisements, publishing one-sided dowry cases and/or showing women as victims and men as criminals. It is a shame that there is none to object against these anti-social activities of these feminists. People’s increasing insensitiveness toward women was inevitable, thanks to these hate-mongering feminists.

If women wants to be respected, then they must respect men. They can’t go on hating men and exploit the Indian tradition and victimize men legally. If women will harass men, men will fight back.

Women exposed

The book ‘If men have all the power, how come women make the rules?’ written by Jack Kammer has indeed shook the very foundation of feminism, so to speak. It has incorporated some of the most thought-provoking facts about women, which men often overlook it or even ignore considering it to be a natural quality of women. The observation he made in this should have been known to all men but Jack Kammer probably is much more courageous to defend his self-respect against the incessant attacks of feminism.

Some of the facts given in the book are enumerated below:

1) Women invent rules, manipulate men to obey them, and in this way dominate men – but in no way apply the rules to themselves.

2) How come men never say, “It’s a man’s world”?

3) Our greatest weakness is our façade of strength. Women’s greatest strength is their façade of weakness.

4) If men have all the power how come women make the rules?

5) Women’s power is difficult to see and measure. As long as women can pretend they don’t have any power, we can’t call them on how they use and misuse it.

6) It’s tough to trust a person who holds a club behind her back and says, “A club? What club? I don’t have a club.”

7) As long as women get away with thinking we’re inferior, they’ll have no qualms about treating us badly. They might not even know they’re doing it.

8) Any man would be damaged by the allegation that ‘he doesn’t respect women.’ Why is it so hard to imagine that any woman would be hurt by the charge that ‘she doesn’t respect men”?

9) Women get a lot of power just out of the fact that they expect and demand special and preferential treatment.

10) Most of the damage women do is indirect. If she only bats her eyes to induce a guy into a fight, nobody’s going to blame her. Women do a lot of things that provoke and trigger responses in men. But nobody seems able to see that.

11) Society authorizes women to use make-up, fashion and jewelry to gain attention and stimulate sexual demand among men.

12) Women laugh at us when studies show that we think about sex several times per hour. We could get a bigger laugh if anyone ever did a study on how often women think about being sexy.

13) If a woman ends a marriage, she is putting an end to a stifling and oppressive relationship. If a man ends a marriage, he is abandoning his family. If a woman decides not to marry someone, it is her choice of making her life as happy as she can. If a man decides not to marry someone, he is a womanizer or afraid of commitment.

14) The standard for boy behaviour toward girls: You may never every hit a girl, no matter what, not even in self-defence and if you ever do we’ll thrash you to within an inch of your life to teach you a lesson about violence. The standard for girl toward boys: Did you really slug him ? Wow, you go girl.

15) Why is sex thought to be something women give and we get?

16) It is statistically true that married men are more successful than unmarried men. But are they more successful because they’re married or are they married because they are successful?

17) Would we expect a mother without custody to continue to cook and clean for her ex-husband? Then why do we expect the non-custodial father to keep providing money, especially to an ex-wife who interferes with his visitation time?

18) A false allegation of rape can have consequences as severe as or even worse than an actual rape.

19) Women coined the emotionally powerful phrase, “date rape” to identify a danger they face. We need to popularize “fake rape” to call attention to a problem that threatens us.

20) When a man and woman commit a crime together, prosecutor invariably assume that the man is the truly guilty party while the woman was only a hapless – maybe she was abused – duped in the male’s nefarious plot. They’ll make a deal with her and she’ll cry on the witness stand and explain to the jury how the bad, bad man was bad, bad, bad. So, in large measure, we live in a society in which women can reckon they have a fair shot at getting off sot-free for even heinous crimes – if they can raise a convincing tear or two and have a defenseless (dead will do) nearby man to finger.

21) If our lives are so wonderful and women’s are so full of oppression and degradation, why do we commit suicide 4-5 times more often than girls and women do?

22) Did you ever notice that when we have opinions that women don’t like, they’re not called opinions, but ‘attitudes’?

Obviously women won’t like to read these points which itself proves that all these points are true. They may even try to hide their faces while this book exposes them to the whole world. Some men too would find it absurd because their individuality is totally dependent on what women think about them. A person with keen observation will find these points as true, intriguing and also unfortunate because nobody else seem to realize this deception that women have been playing with men and also the society for decades. Let’s hope that people realizes the above truth and seek to live in an egalitarian society instead of deceptive women’s society where they are expected to hate men.

Gandhi - Revealed

Indira Gandhi, daughter of the Jawaharlal Nehru, the prime minister, who gave one of the World’s best speeches on the day India got independent, grew up under the political shadow of her father. Jawaharlal Nehru died of a stroke in 1964, his daughter Indira was not seriously considered as a successor. However, when two years later the Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri also died suddenly, she was chosen to fill the leadership void in India. The cause of Lal Bahadur Shastri’s death always remained a mystery. Overnight she became the leader of India and perhaps the most powerful woman in the World.

Although Indira had vowed to remain single, she decided to marry Feroze Gandhi, a family friend. He was a Parsi, a member of a small cultural group that had fled from Persia centuries earlier to escape Muslim persecution. Indira was criticized for her choice of a husband not only by her father but also from the public. Despite these protests the couple married in 1942. Because Nehru was a widower he needed Indira to act as hostess at official government functions. Gradually she and her husband drifted apart and although they were never divorced they live separately until his death in 1960. It is difficult to confirm that Indira married to Feroze Gandhi only to get his surname for her political career.

In late 1971, Indira gave military support to a successful attempt by East Bengal to secede from Pakistan, which resulted in the creation of the state of Bangladesh. Following the Pakistan conflict, Indira won the 1972 election, again by a large majority, but her defeated opponent charged that she had violated election laws. The high court of Allahabad ruled against her in 1975, posing the prospect of her being removed from parliament and being barred from politics for six years. Instead of accepting the court's decision, Indira declared a state of emergency, imprisoned her opponents, and suspended civil liberties.

Over the next several years her political fortunes rose and fell dramatically, and in 1977, her party was swept from power. In 1978, after her supporters formed the Congress (I) "I" for Indira 151 Party, she regained her parliamentary seat and two years later was re-elected to her fourth term as prime minister. Her son Sanjay became her principal political adviser, and all legal cases against Indira were withdrawn. Nobody knows how and why those legal cases were withdrawn. After Sanjay died in an airplane crash in 1980, she began grooming her son Rajiv for leadership of the party. 

In June 1984, Indira sent the Indian army to the Punjab to drive Sikh out of the Golden Temple of Amritsar, the holiest shrine of the Sikh religion. Over 600 people died in the conflict. On October 31, 1984, Gandhi was assassinated by two of her own Sikh security guards while she walked through her garden. Upon his mother's death, Rajiv became prime minister. Rajiv too was assassinated in 1991. Now Sonia, Rajiv’s wife, who is an Italian citizen, now holds the highest power in Indian politics. Sonia is the daughter-in-law of Feroze Gandhi, and Feroze was nowhere connected to Mahatma Gandhi nor can he be said to be the successor of Jawaharlal Nehru.

Born in Italy, married to Rajiv, the son of Feroze Gandhi, a Parsi, is now become so powerful in India that the whole political system of the country dances on her tunes.

No Women, No Lie

With the increasing number of false dowry cases slapped on innocent husband and in-laws, it becomes transparent that women don’t hesitate to lie. After all, the whole idea of filing a dowry case is based on a big lie. An unlawful incident she claims to have occurred, in reality it never happened. Scientists say that women are better equipped to express themselves verbally, they have better communication skills. In that case, lying is probably much easier for women than for men.

A woman will make some ridiculous demands on her husband and will continue to fight on trivial matters. She will propagate her husband’s so-called non-existent abuse to her family, friends, relatives and neighbours with crocodile tears in her eyes. Then she will go to the police station and give a written complaint against her husband and in-laws knowing that the police will not demand any evidence from her. She will request the police to take the statements of her neighbours who are already misinformed about the situation by her in advance. And there goes the innocent husband and in-laws in the jail while she shows a sympathetic sadness on her face.

There is an important question to ask ourselves. Why do we tend to believe a woman’s statement and not of a man? Most men believe women because of their inherent respect for women which they learned in their family. Women believe another woman because they have an unending hatred for all men seeing that if their own husband are not submissive than they must release their frustration onto all the men. The hatred for men clouds most women’s logical thinking and judgment. If these kind of women having so much hatred for men join some women organization, it will not take much time for them to rejoice seeing themselves able to influence other women to follow their footsteps and this way all women will begin to hate men. Some man-hating women have joined advertising agencies and are satisfying their ego by producing male-bashing advertisement.

The hatred for men in women is so prevalent and intense that those women who are never abused or harassed will tend to misunderstand their well-to-do relationship with their husband into an abusive relationship. She will begin to fight on petty issues that don’t deserve to be even discussed and soon the loving chemistry between husband and wife will fall apart. However, the husband is the only one to suffer because he is punished for the mistake/crime he never committed. Psychologists say that those who have such level of hatred for someone with some inferiority complex will tend to support her thinking with a lie and will also exaggerate their claims to earn other’s sympathy. She will continue to lie till she sees the object of her hatred suffer. When she sees the object of her hatred suffering, that is men, they feel a thrilling satisfaction.

Therefore, men will continue to suffer, which will satisfy the ego of these hate-mongering women unless people recognize the truth that women CAN lie.

Now, NRI hubbies victims of dowry laws

New Delhi: They are the silent minority. Their anguished cries are barely audible and their scars — mainly, emotional — well-camouflaged. They seldom make it to the headlines. Yet, the growing number of harassed husbands is as much a reality today as tortured wives. And a sizable number are NRIs, who find their dreams of an ‘ideal Indian wife’ turning into a nightmare.

    When US-based software engineer Amit Gupta had an arranged marriage with a doctor, little did he know what awaited him. His wife was in love with someone else. Plus, she had a violent rage. ‘‘When she flew into one, it was impossible to control her. Many times, she hit me and once, attacked me with a knife,’’ remembers Gupta. Yet, he tried hard to make his marriage work, funding his wife’s medical studies in the US and tolerating momin-law’s interference. ‘‘But it didn’t work. Once her exams were cleared, she went back to India and filed a dowry case against me,’’ he says. The sad irony, he says wryly, is that his wife is working in a US hospital. ‘‘And I can’t even go to India.’’

    Similar stories abound across US, UK and Canada. And the victims are software professionals, doctors, engineers and bankers, all victim to the misuse of Indian dowry laws or what’s commonly known as IPC 498a. Most cases are of emotional harassment, but physical torture too is there. IT consultant Satya Verma remembers a call he got in the middle of the night. ‘‘The man was crying and wanted me to rescue him from his wife who would hit him violently. Today, he’s one of the counsellors at our helpline in the US.’’ Most men shy away from reporting physical torture due to the shame involved.

    The US alone has over 350 cases of victims of 498a — a substantial rise in the last few years, say sources. UK has close to 25 cases. The US government, alarmed by the number of such incidents against Americans of Indian origin, issued a warning to them on its website recently. The Canadian government has a similar warning.

    What makes the law scary is that it doesn’t require any evidence from the complainant. The husband and in-laws are immediately arrested on a complaint. Families of NRI husbands face the maximum harassment. When US-based software professional Suresh Raju’s wife filed a dowry case, he discovered to his horror that his 78-year-old father was roughly pulled into a police station. ‘‘I have been living in the US for the last seven years and have everything I can dream of. Why would I harass for dowry?’’ he asks. Usually, the root cause is greed for money. London-based banker Gaurav Bhalla, for instance, has been asked to cough up Rs 30-40 lakh by his in-laws. If he does that, they may withdraw the case against him.

    Similarly, Gupta can save himself and his family by paying Rs 60-70 lakh. ‘‘Where am I going to get that kind of money?’’ he laments.

Let Men die

According to a comprehensive survey conducted by IGIDR, age-adjusted Suicide Mortality Rate for males increased from 17.4 in 1995 to 20.3 in 2004 and that for female decreased from 13.6 in 1995 to 10.8 in 2004. Even in 1995, males committed suicide more than female. In 1995, 4984 females committed suicide and 6882 males committed suicide. In 2004, 4826 females committed suicide and 9903 males committed suicide. Male/female suicide ratio is about 1.89.

Marital status-wise Suicide mortality rate only in Maharashtra are – not married: 8.7 males, 6.8 females; married: 30.6 males, 15.4 females; widowed: 38.7 males, 7.0 females and divorced/separated: 135.9 males, 30.3 females.

The distribution of causes of suicides only in Maharashtra suggests that for males 31% is due to family problems (wife), 8% is due to mental disturbance, 24% is due to illness, 11% is due to economic reasons, 1% due to love affairs, 2% is due to female.

The total number of farmer suicide increased from 1083 in 1995 to 4147 in 2004. Suicide Mortality Rate for male farmers more than trebled from 17 in 1995 to 53 in 2004, but for females the trend fluctuated to reach the peak of 12 in 2001 but thereafter it has been declining.

978 male farmers committed suicide in 1995 against only 105 female farmer suicides. 3799 male farmers committed suicide in 2004 against only 348 female farmer suicides. From 1995 to 2004, suicide death in Maharashtra alone increased from 11866 to 14729. This increase is largely among males. Total suicide deaths for females have been declining after 1999.

From the 111 suicide cases under survey analysis, basic particulars of the deceased indicate that 91% were males, 71% were below 50 years of age, and 80% were currently married.  

Enough of number crunching and lets get back to the essential facts what the society are induced to believe in. Let males die. This is the message sent to the people by women organizations by way of aggressive male-bashing advertising campaign and male-bashing television serials. Their only ambition is to empower women to a biblical proportion so that males are liable to work as slaves on the whims of females.

These suicide numbers are actuals and not based on some questionable mathematical formula used in determining sex ratio. However, it seems women organizations have found a way to sustain their dying organization by focusing on undeserving issue of female foeticide. It is understandable to get obsessive about a non-issue because when women are getting stronger, thanks to ludicrous legal rights given to them, women organizations are left with idleness and therefore they want something to be raised to sustain their organizational activities.  

Apparently, if somebody wants to form an NGO and like to procure funds, both domestically as well as internationally, then they are advised to address women issues. Everybody is cashing in on addressing women issues. Besides, fabricating fake statistical reports on women’s status in India can be easily prepared and funds can be procured, which usually end up in going into administration expenses of the NGO. The end result – increase in male-hating attitude in women.

The fact remains the same whether people are induced to believe otherwise that male’s condition in India is worse than females’. And women organizations, in association with advertising agencies, television serials and news media, are doing everything they can in their powers to portray females as victims of males. Let’s see how long their deception lasts.

What Indian women want?

Indian women are successful. What they want, they are achieving it and it can be proved from the present trend given below.

1) Portray all women as victims of male-dominated society. It is an accepted fact that the society has always revolved around the importance of women but it is important to deceive people saying that women are victimized by men in the society. Men have always respected women in the family but let people know that men are abusing women. Show fabricated statistics of domestic violence on women even when men are emotionally abused much more than women in the family.

2) Do not allow any female-bashing advertisement. Increase male-bashing advertisement in order to disarm the masculinity of male gender and make them submissive to female domination. Produce advertisements that are derogatory for male gender and show women has smarter, stronger and powerful than men. Increase mockery of male gender to make men weaker than women.

3) Blow the issue of female foeticide out of proportion even when the statistics on sex ratio is questionable. It is a fact that these statistical figures on sex ratios are far from reality but people needed to be reminded that girls child are less only because women have a lower status in the society. Consequently, the Government will be forced to give women extra legal protection and economic facilities, which must deprive men in all respect. Even though sex ratio is determined from a mathematical formula, which are not authentic but let people panic on the fabricated statistics. Show men as the culprit even when men prefer daughters and women prefer sons.

4) Continue to show women as victims of dowry and rape. Even though dowry law is being misused by women but that should never come to the news. Rape laws too are misused but the false cases should never come to the news. Warn the news media not to publish any such article that will prove that dowry and rape laws are misused.

5) On a regular basis, publish articles that will portray women as victims and men as criminals, which will brainwash the minds of the people making them believe that men are born criminals and women are always victimized by men.

6) Never show men as successful. Always show the success of women in an exaggerated manner. For example, Sania Mirza is miserable in her game but continue to show her as a great fighter. Target the players of Indian cricket teams as useless and good for nothing.

7) Pressurize the judiciary to give women the highest level of credibility so that women can accuse anybody they want and ensure conviction. Whether the complaint is genuine or false is not important. Women should have the right to ruin anybody’s life.

8) All demands of women should be labeled as “Rights”. Follow double standard to get demands approved by the Government under the name of gender equality and women empowerment. Let the Government know that women are potential voters and so their demands of harassing men should be approved. Increase the burden of responsibility on men and focus on women’s freedom and rights only.

New kind of Terrorism

Who could have guessed that the whole gender equality and women empowerment program initiated by “only” women groups would unleash a new kind of terrorism – Legal Terrorism? Using the marginal cases of crime against women, they have successfully extracted ridiculous legal rights for those women who have fetish for money and power. Whatever absurd proposals are made to the Government, which are clearly extravagant and also anti-social are given the shelter of so-called gender equality.

First, the already lopsided anti-dowry law, which was supposed to stop any unlawful dowry demands from women, has now become a successful legal extortion racket in the society. And the Government and the media has proved that they will not provide any support to those victims who are falsely implicated under IPC 498A because their chief concern is vote-banks and loads of money.

However, it would be a mistake to conclude that these miscreant women groups will be satisfied with these exorbitant legal rights. They are now focusing on other laws to make it even more lopsided. The credibility given to women in rape cases is so unbelievably high that no man is going to be able to get away from a false rape case. There are many, going in thousands, cases where it was proved that the rape case slapped by the woman was false, but the Government has always kept its eye on the vote-banks and therefore turns a blind eye refusing to amend the laws to provide legal protection to those who could easily be falsely implicated.  

Various laws have been amended especially after one, just one, Jessica Lal case. But opportunist women groups took full advantage of this excessively hyped case, thanks to media for sensationalizing undeserving issue, to sought ludicrous legal rights for women. And the Government obeyed them. The women issues are blown out of proportion to such an extent that the common citizens are wary of the status of women in the society knowing that these women are fully equipped to ruin anybody’s life legally. Perhaps this was the main objective of these women groups behind gender equality and women empowerment – terrorizing the whole male-gender.

Supreme Court has rightly termed the malicious actions of these miscreant women as “Legal Terrorism.” Are we ready to face this new kind of terrorism in our country, in our own society? It all depends on the media. If media decides to let people know the reality, improvement can be expected. But media won’t do that.

Government against male-gender

The Government is doing a great job by ignoring the plight of innocent farmers who have been committing suicide, and the numbers are just increasing with every passing day. First, they enacted a lopsided law (IPC498A) that can easily be misused by women against innocent men, then they proposed reservation bill and now by ignoring farmers, they have proved that they are against male-gender.

Anti-dowry law has been enacted to protect women from unlawful dowry demands but has now been a formidable weapon in their hands of women to torture their husband and in-laws legally. Even after thousands of false cases coming out and the Supreme Court too have termed this malpractice as “Legal Terrorism”, nothing has been done to stop the misuse of this law. POTA was abolished because they believed that will put the minority at the receiving end, which will put their own political status under jeopardy. What about IPC 498A? This too is massively misused, then why this law hasn’t been changed? No! This is all part of vote bank politics. They want to appease those e.g., Muslims and Women, so that they get enough votes from them to get into political power. Needless to say, the common man and innocent people are suffering.

Hundreds of innocent men are killed during interrogation process in the police custody. Farmers are committing suicide. Innocent husband and in-laws are falsely implicated under IPC 498A. Media aren’t stopped portraying men as born criminals. There is an increase in male-bashing advertisement to disarm the masculinity of men. There are hundreds of women organizations to look after the women related issues. What about Men? Who will look after the above issues where men are suffering and nobody is interested to help?

What sort of apprehension the Government is facing in order to establish National Commission for Men? Or maybe the Women groups are against all sorts of help given to men from the Government. This clearly shows that these women groups are totally anti-social elements in the Indian society and it is necessary to curb their so-called activities toward gender equality and women empowerment, which are actually anti-social activities. Human Rights Commission has just become an organization having no powers and therefore, it becomes imperative that National Commission for Men be established to provide healthy and peaceful environment for the citizens of India.

No! The Government is only concerned with appeasement of Muslims and Women. Men are mere animals for the Government. They don’t care if one man dies or one thousand men. They only want political power. And so men will continue to suffer and die and women will continue to carelessly giggle on the way they are given legal rights to do absolutely anything they want to. After all, women are shown as if they can never ever commit a crime, they can never ever lie, they can never ever misuse laws, and they can never ever have any bad intentions. Well, people might not see the reality on television but they do realize what’s happening to the new generation of women and so, even if women are continued to be portrayed as only victims, people know who are the real victims in our society as of now – men.

We, the Indian

To gain a political mileage in a country like India, manipulation of public sentiments is probably getting inevitable making the life of people miserable when the politicians untiringly brag about India’s greatness. Where media are doggedly exposing the corrupt and irresponsible politicians, people are dealing with their own problems, which are actually politically reproduced such as secularism, reservation, gender-equality and terrorism.

India has a rich heritage of cultural discipline, which was followed for centuries, has now been craftily manipulated for the convenience of a few miscreants hiding behind either Gender equality or reservation issues. For example, women issues are so blown out of proportion that any politician can exploit the issues to their advantage by giving ludicrous legal rights to women. When it comes to women liberation in the country, women groups are urging all women to emulate foreign country’s culture of freedom, which is absolutely nowhere near to the sanctity of Indian culture. And when it comes to legal rights, women groups are aggressive enough to remind society and the politicians about the status of women in Indian culture. Impressive manipulation, isn’t it?

Gender equality is fundamentally a zero-sum-game; one gender has to lose for other gender to win. In India, men have to lose for women to win. We call this gender equality. It is a proven fact that female-gender is much more important than male-gender – only in our country. And women groups are clever enough to hold to this fact and continue their battle against male-gender. Women groups are not only urging women to live a life of freedom but are doing everything possible to take away the basic human rights of men, thanks to media for not doing anything even after knowing about it.

Women liberation is all about legal rights of women, and obligations of men toward women. In attaining women liberation, it has become necessary - according to women – to flood various absurd obligations on men toward women taking away men’s basic human rights. All this is done under the name of gender equality. Women are getting the best of both the worlds, thanks to media who are not willing to expose this deceptive campaign. It is so simple – follow the foreign culture when it comes to women’s freedom, and force men to follow Indian culture to protect and provide these same women.

However, women have invaded the media and relentlessly continue to portray women as only victims and men as only criminals, society are beginning to understand that the more legal rights are given to women, women are getting even more empowered to disrupt the peace of the family, society and the country. Families are wary of getting their son married to a woman these days knowing the tendencies of women to break the family or getting them behind bars with a false dowry harassment case. People know women are no longer the women of yesteryears and deserve absolutely no rights at all. This is the irony – women of yesteryears deserved rights but never got it, women of today don’t deserve these rights but they have it all and are openly misusing it.

First, politicians tried to break India into Hindus and Muslim and some are still trying for their ulterior motives. And now they are trying to break India into men and women. Why can’t we just be Indians, instead of men and women, Hindu and Muslims? No, we can’t because this is the only way out political system works – Divide and Rule.

Marriage for Women

Rakesh gave a kiss to his wife Kalpana and left to his office. They were happily married after they met each other on a matrimonial website a year ago. Kalpana, a housewife, came from a decent family; beautiful and wearing elegant and dignified dress. Rakesh had blind trust on the faithfulness of Kalpana.

Rakesh reached office and receives a call from a woman name Neha. She was the woman who wanted to sleep with Rakesh when he was her neighbour in his earlier residence.

Neha said, “Rakesh, I know you are married, I also know you love your wife. But what’s the harm in doing just once? I am not asking you to leave your wife.”

Rakesh replied, “Neha, please. I have told you many times that I will not cheat my wife. And I also don’t want to sleep with you. Why don’t you just leave me alone?”

Neha continued, “You won’t be cheating your wife. You are only enjoying your life. You are in 21^st century; you shouldn’t be thinking like this, you know.” “Neha, why don’t you catch somebody else to satisfy your lust? It is not my fault that you are bored with your husband” Rakesh replied.

Rakesh sternly said, “Neha, I don’t want you to call me again. I will never sleep with you. I am loyal to my wife.” Neha replied, “Fine, but answer my question. Do you think that your wife too is as loyal to you as you are to her?”

Rakesh assertively replied, “Of course yes. She is the one who taught me love. She can never cheat me, never.” Neha said, “Fine, I hope you are right. But, remember that my husband too thinks the same about me, and you know I am asking for a sexual favour from you.”

Rakesh irritatingly said, “Please Neha, if you don’t know my wife, don’t assume anything. She is the goddess of love. Please now don’t call me again.” Rakesh hung up the phone.

Rakesh was very upset. He began to wonder, how come women of today are so characterless. He was unable to concentrate on his work and after an hour, decided to go back home and take some rest for the day. He leaves the office and head back to his house. On the way home, he was glad to know that he has a wife like Kalpana who, he thought, is out of this world.

He didn’t want to disturb Kalpana in the afternoon so he used his keys to open the door instead of pressing the doorbell. He enters the hall quietly, takes off his shoes and goes straight to his bedroom.

He carefully turned the knob of the door to avoid any noise and opened the door slowly. He was completely shocked to see what he saw. His dear wife, Kalpana, was found naked having sex with another man. Kalpana looked at him in awe and quickly got out of the bed and covered her body with the bed sheet. The nude man too picked up his clothes and covered his body.

He couldn’t endure the sight of his loving wife having sex with another man in his bed. He immediately got out of the bedroom and sat on the couch in the hall, holding his head in disgust. After awhile, the stranger ran away from the scene after wearing his clothes.

Kalpana was terrified to see that now her husband has caught her shameful act red handed. She started crying and instead of admitting her fault, she started blaming Rakesh.

She said, “Now you see what happened. If only you would have loved me the way I want, I wouldn’t have gone to somebody else.” Rakesh shouted, “What? It’s my fault?”

She said, “Yes, it is your fault. You didn’t love me enough and so I decided to get from outside.” Rakesh hit the glass table placed in the middle of the hall and broke it with his hands. He yelled, “Stop it. Stop lying. Get out of my life. I don’t want to live with you.”

She stopped crying and replied curtly, “Fine, I will leave but I will complain to the police against you that you harassed me for dowry.”

On that night, Rakesh committed suicide by hanging himself from the fan. Kalpana received all the sympathy from the family, relatives and friends, and also the insurance money. She then got married to the same man she had sex with.

Gender Equality

Let us have a look at the work of women’s organizations to attain Gender Equality in the country. They have worked really hard to attain Gender Equality. Now its time to evaluate their work and see what results they have achieved.

1) Even though men predominantly are the bread-earners of the family, women are provided with irrational tax exemption on their income. Rs. 100,000 for men and Rs. 125,000 for women. They argue that men spend all their money on gambling and alcohol. Is it justifiable to generalize saying that men spend all their money on gambling and drinking by seeing only less than 1% of men? What about the remaining more than 99% of men? Women, however, seems to enjoy the tax breaks because they have more money at their disposal to spend on “necessities” like designer dresses, jewelry, beauty accessories instead of contributing in household expenses.

2) Dowry law, which was enacted to prevent any unlawful dowry demands on the daughter-in-laws and protect women from any dowry related harassment, has now become a formidable weapon in the hands of those women who believe that extracting money, blackmailing husband and in-laws and filing a false dowry case on them is their “Rights.” The Government is, as a matter of fact, mainly responsible for thousands of families being dragged into the jail on a false complaint of a money-minded, selfish woman. Even after knowing the torture, legal terrorism thousands of families facing each year, the Government is not willing to take any remedial actions. They are probably waiting for women organization’s directives on this issue who are themselves advising money-minded, characterless women to file false cases on their husband and in-laws calling it their basic “Rights.”

3) No husband in the World who is never been brutally nagged by his wife. Nagging of a wife, which can easily lead a husband to commit suicide, has not yet been termed as Domestic Violence. Sadly, the husband been nagged, cornered, threatened and blackmailed by his wife has been considered as part and parcel of a married life of men, which is why married men committed more suicide than women. On the contrary, women groups are demanding Domestic Violence Bill to protect only women and not men in the family setup. A wife has been provided exorbitant powers to accuse her husband of domestic violence on absolutely frivolous and trivial issues. Men have no rights to even complain against his wife’s atrocities.  

4) As far as female foeticide is concerned, it pays to address a wrong factor responsible for female foeticide. Women groups do not want to assign any duties on the daughter toward her parents and continue blaming parents for having so-called irrational preference for son. Because of deliberately addressing the wrong factor, many women groups are procuring public funds to help women without considering the plight of those parent whose daughter have failed to fulfill her duties toward her parents. On any given day, a son is better equipped to take care of his parents. Not that a daughter can’t, but she choose not to, thanks to excessive pampering from women groups implying that daughters have only “Rights”, but no duties.

5) In the olden days, education used to only create, but now, education can create as well as destroy. The society has accepted the fact that they must educate women so that they can get married to a rich man. Everything depends on money, isn’t it? And to educate their daughters, parents don’t hesit
